As can be seen from table 4, the first credit line of the contracted terminal may be obtained from a third-party credit system, where table 4 is merely an example, and the first credit line of the contracted terminal may also be obtained from another third-party credit system, for example, a bank credit system.
And S102, determining the service state of the signed terminal according to the payment type, the account information and the credit information.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the information, the service state of the contracted terminal is determined according to the payment type, the account information, and the credit information of the contracted terminal.
The service state of the subscription terminal in this embodiment may include a shutdown state, a speed limit state, and a non-shutdown (i.e., normal use) state.
In actual use, when the account balance in the account information of the signing terminal is smaller than a preset value, determining that the signing terminal is in arrearage, and at the moment, determining the service state of the signing terminal according to the credit information of the signing terminal. For example, when the second credit of the user is higher, the user may temporarily not stop for the contracted terminal, but may transition to a service state with a limited speed, and in this state, the basic functions of the contracted terminal may be normally used, for example, the contracted terminal may normally make and receive calls, send and receive short messages, surf the internet, and the like, where the speed of surfing the internet may be limited. This does not affect the basic use of the user. When limiting the speed, the user can log in the operator webpage client to pay on the client.
In this embodiment, when the payment types of the subscribing terminals are different, the corresponding preset values are different, for example, the preset value corresponding to post-payment is greater than the preset value corresponding to pre-payment.
The method for determining the mobile service state provided by the embodiment of the application obtains the payment type, the account information and the credit information of the signed terminal, wherein the credit information comprises a first credit line in a third-party credit system outside the mobile service system; and determining the service state of the signing terminal after defaulting according to the payment type, the account information and the credit information. That is, in this embodiment, when the user owes the fee, the service state of the user is determined by referring to the first credit line in the third-party credit system of the user, instead of directly stopping the service, so that the user experience is improved.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the credit information of the present embodiment may include a second credit line of the subscription terminal in the mobile service system and a first credit line in the third-party credit system.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining a mobile service status according to a second embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the above embodiments, this embodiment relates to a specific process of determining a service state after the subscription terminal is owed according to the payment type, the account information, and the credit information. As shown in fig. 3, the S102 may include:
s201, acquiring an arrearage threshold of the signed terminal according to the payment type of the signed terminal, wherein the payment type comprises prepayment and post-payment, and the arrearage thresholds corresponding to the prepayment and the post-payment are different.
S202, if the account balance in the account information is smaller than the arrearage threshold, whether a second credit limit of the signing terminal is larger than a second limit threshold is judged.
S203, if the second credit line of the signed terminal is smaller than the second credit line threshold, judging whether the first credit line of the signed terminal is larger than the first credit line threshold.
S204, if the first credit limit of the signed terminal is smaller than the first limit threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is shutdown.
The credit information of the signed-up terminal of the embodiment comprises a second credit line and a first credit line.
In this embodiment, the arrearage thresholds corresponding to different payment types are different, where the arrearage threshold is set according to actual needs, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In this step, before determining the service state of the contracted terminal, the defaulting threshold corresponding to the payment type of the contracted terminal is obtained according to the payment type of the contracted terminal. For example, the arrear threshold value for post-payment is arrear threshold value 1, and the arrear threshold value for post-payment is arrear threshold value 2.
And then, acquiring the account balance from the account information of the signing terminal, and judging whether the account balance is less than the acquired arrearage threshold value.
And if the account balance is less than the defaulting threshold, judging a second credit line and a first credit line of the signing terminal instead of directly stopping the machine.
Specifically, whether a second credit limit of the signed terminal is larger than a second limit threshold value is judged. If the second credit limit of the signing terminal is smaller than the second limit threshold, whether the first credit limit of the signing terminal is larger than the first limit threshold is judged.
And if the first credit limit of the signed terminal is smaller than the first limit threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is shutdown.
That is, in this embodiment, when the account balance of the user is insufficient, the system is not simply shut down, but the second credit line and the first credit line of the user are determined, and when the second credit line and the first credit line are both insufficient, the system is shut down for the subscription terminal, so that the user experience is improved.
In a possible implementation manner of this embodiment, the method of this embodiment further includes:
s205, if the first credit line of the signed terminal is larger than or equal to the first line threshold, or if the second credit line of the signed terminal is larger than or equal to the second line threshold, judging whether the data service allowance in the account information is smaller than a flow threshold.
And S206, if the data service allowance is larger than or equal to the flow threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is the speed limit.
And S207, if the data service allowance is smaller than the flow threshold, judging whether the account balance is smaller than a shutdown threshold.
And S208, if the account balance is smaller than the shutdown threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is shutdown, and if the account balance is larger than or equal to the shutdown threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is speed limit.
With continued reference to the foregoing embodiment, after the foregoing S202 is executed, if the first credit line of the signed terminal is greater than or equal to the first line threshold, obtaining the data service allowance from the account information of the signed terminal, and determining whether the data service allowance in the account information is smaller than the traffic threshold.
And if the data service allowance of the signed terminal is larger than or equal to the flow threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is the speed limit.
Optionally, at this time, the speed limit message of the subscribed terminal may be sent to a Policy and Charging Rules Function PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function). The speed limit message sent to the PCRF is shown in table 5:
TABLE 5
Mobile phone number Speed limit sign
1
The PCRF is used for carrying out policy control operation on network resources used by the user.
Optionally, a message may be pushed to the subscribing terminal through a public number. The information pushed to the subscribing terminal by the public number is shown in table 6:
TABLE 6
Mobile phone number Account balance Data traffic margin Speed limit sign
18600000001 50.00 1024 1
The public number is used for pushing public number messages to users.
In this embodiment, if the data traffic margin is smaller than the traffic threshold, it is determined whether the account balance is smaller than the shutdown threshold.
And if the account balance is less than the shutdown threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is shutdown, and if the account balance is greater than or equal to the shutdown threshold, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is speed-limiting.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if the data traffic margin is smaller than the traffic threshold, the embodiment further includes: sending an SMS Message to a Short Message gateway SMS (Short Message Service), wherein a format of the SMS Message is shown in table 7:
TABLE 7

TABLE 8
Mobile phone number Stop sign
18600000001 1
The shutdown flag is 1, which indicates shutdown, and the shutdown flag is 0, which indicates startup.
The HSS is used for performing shutdown and startup operations on a user and recording related information.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner of this embodiment, after the account balance in the account information is smaller than the arrearage threshold, this embodiment further includes:
s200, if the signed terminal meets a preset condition, determining that the service state of the signed terminal is not stopped, wherein the preset condition comprises that: at least one of a mobile red list, a statutory holiday, and an international roaming period.
In this embodiment, when the user is in the legal holiday or international roaming period, the normal activities of the user may be seriously affected by the defaulting and shutdown due to the fact that the entity business hall of the operator cannot normally pay or the user is inconvenient to pay when going out, and the user experience is reduced.
In order to prevent the above problem, in the method of the embodiment of the present application, when the subscription terminal is determined to be owed, the current date and the area where the subscription terminal is located are determined, and if the current date is a legal holiday or the subscription terminal is in an international roaming period, in these cases, the subscription terminal is not stopped, but is guaranteed to be normally used.
Optionally, when the subscriber terminal is a subscriber terminal in the mobile red list, the subscriber terminal may not be stopped due to arrearage, but may be used normally.
The mobile red list client refers to a client which can be continuously used under the condition that the telephone charge is negative and can give credit to other non-red list users.
According to the method for determining the mobile service state, when the subscription terminal is defaulting, the service state of the subscription terminal is determined by combining the first credit line and the second credit line of the subscription terminal, the mobile red list, the legal holiday, the international roaming period and other information, and therefore user experience is improved.
