本发明涉及保温领域,具体来说,涉及一种自洁保温板。
背景技术
岩棉保温板是以玄武岩及其它天然矿石等为主要原料,经融化后,采用国际先进的四辊离心制棉工序,将玄武棉岩高温溶体甩拉成4~7μm的非连续性纤维,再在岩棉纤维中加入一定量的粘结剂、防尘油、憎水剂,经过沉降、固化、切割等工艺,根据不同用途制成不同密度的系列产品。岩棉保温板产品适用于工业设备、建筑、船舶的绝热、隔音等。
建筑用岩棉板具有优良的防火、保温和吸音性能。它主要用于建筑墙体、屋顶的保温隔音;建筑隔墙、防火墙、防火门和电梯井的防火和降噪。现有的岩棉板外立面在使用一段时间后,表面沾染很多脏污,显得陈旧,人工清洁既危险有费时费力。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提出一种自洁保温板,能够解决上述问题。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种自洁保温板,包括岩棉层,所述岩棉层的两面分别连接有外板层和增强玻纤水泥基薄毡层,所述自洁保温板的两端分别设置有阴企口和阳企口,所述外板层上喷涂有自洁层。
进一步的,所述自洁层与所述外板层之间设置有封闭层。
进一步的,所述封闭层与所述自洁层之间设置有防静电层。
进一步的,所述自洁层为纳米TiO2层,所述纳米TiO2层厚度为8-12μm。
进一步的,所述自洁层为含氟硅胶层,所述含氟硅胶层的厚度为3-5μm。
进一步的,所述自洁层为纳米自洁罩光漆层,所述纳米自洁罩光漆层厚度为30-50μm。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的自洁保温板设置自洁层,有较强的抗污能力,安装后能保持表面光洁如新,便于打理,增加了美观度。
2、本发明设置有防静电层,可以防止空气中灰层吸附在自洁层上对自洁层造成破坏,延长了自洁保温板的使用寿命。

如图1所示,根据本发明实施例所述的一种自洁保温板,包括岩棉层1,所述岩棉层1的两面分别连接有外板层2和增强玻纤水泥基薄毡层3,所述自洁保温板的两端分别设置有阴企口4和阳企口5,所述外板层2上喷涂有自洁层6。岩棉层1保温效果较好,重量较轻,而且价格便宜,是合适的保温材料,增强玻纤水泥基薄毡层3和墙体的水泥属于同种材料,同种材料之间的结合强度高,有效的提高了保温板的安装强度,不容易脱落。外板层2作为基材,在上面喷涂自洁层6,可以维持自洁保温板长时间光洁如新。
进一步的,所述自洁层6与所述外板层2之间设置有封闭层7。封闭层7用来保护外板层2,将外板层2与外界的空气水分隔绝开来,以免外板层2受到侵蚀。
进一步的,所述封闭层7与所述自洁层6之间设置有防静电层8。外板层2表面在自然环境作用下容易积累静电荷,这些静电荷易吸附空气中细小尘埃,也不能通过光催化反应使其分解,这些细小尘埃长期的积累会让自洁层6失去原具有的亲水性能从而失去自洁效果。防静电层8可以有效防止外板层2对于空气中细小尘埃的吸附,延长自洁保温板的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述自洁层6为纳米TiO2层,所述纳米TiO2层厚度为8-12μm。纳米TiO2在光线中紫外线的作用下长久杀菌,应用于医院病房、手术室及家庭卫生间等细菌密集、易繁殖的场所,防止感染、除臭除味。纳米TiO2具有很强的“超亲水性”,在它的表面不易形成水珠,而且纳米TiO2在可见光照射下可以对碳氢化合物作用,可以把吸附在氧化钛表面的有机污染物分解为CO2和O2,同剩余的无机物一起可被雨水冲刷干净,从而实现自清洁功能。纳米TiO2既能吸收紫外线,又能反射、散射紫外线,还能透过可见光,是性能优越、极有发展前途的物理屏蔽型的紫外线防护剂,由于具有超强的抗紫外吸收功效使得涂覆有该纳米涂层的 装饰板还具有很好的隔热效果。
进一步的,所述自洁层6为含氟硅胶层,所述含氟硅胶层的厚度为3-5μm。含氟涂料是以含氟聚合物或有机氟改性聚合物为主要成膜物质的涂料,具有优异的耐侵蚀、耐高温高压、热不乱性、高化学惰性、耐候性、等机能。用含氟涂料对橡胶制品表面进行涂装改性,能有效的改善橡胶制品的表面机能。
进一步的,所述自洁层6为纳米自洁罩光漆层,所述纳米自洁罩光漆层厚度为30-50μm。纳米自洁罩光漆户外自洁效果与环境温度、雨水频率、大气污染程度成正比,环境温度高(夏季),雨水多(春季)、大气污染严重的地区效果显著,反之在冬季、雨水少、空气洁净的地区效果会差一些,可以根据当地的气候具体选择。
进一步的,所述封闭层7为油漆层。油漆作为常见的涂层可以有效的保护金属材质不被腐蚀,且化学性质稳定。
进一步的,所述封闭层7为防水层。防水材料多用于石材等防水性不佳的材料,可以增强自洁保温板的防水效果,以免渗透。
进一步的,所述外板层2为铝板。铝板的抗腐蚀性较好,而且重量较轻,材质软,易于加工,同时具有金属的光泽,视觉上有一定的质感。

实施例六,根据本发明的一种自洁保温板,包括岩棉层1,所述岩棉层1的两面分别连接有外板层2和增强玻纤水泥基薄毡层3,所述自洁保温板的两端分别设置有阴企口4和阳企口5,所述外板层2上喷涂有自洁层6;所述自洁层6与所述外板层2之间设置有封闭层7;所述封闭层7与所述自洁层6之间设置有防静电层8;所述自洁层6为纳米TiO2层、含氟硅胶层、纳米自洁罩光漆层中的一种;所述外板层2为铝板,所述封闭层7为油漆。
实施例七,根据本发明的一种自洁保温板,包括岩棉层1,所述岩棉层1的两面分别连接有外板层2和增强玻纤水泥基薄毡层3,所述自洁保温板的两端分别设置有阴企口4和阳企口5,所述外板层2上喷涂有自洁层6;所述自洁层6与所述外板层2之间设置有封闭层7;所述封闭层7与所述自洁层6之间设置有防静电层8;所述自洁层6为纳米TiO2层、含氟硅胶层、纳米自洁罩光漆层中的一种;所述外板层2为陶瓷板,所述封闭层7为防水层。

Claims (10)

1.一种自洁保温板,包括岩棉层(1),其特征在于,所述岩棉层(1)的两面分别连接有外板层(2)和增强玻纤水泥基薄毡层(3),所述自洁保温板的两端分别设置有阴企口(4)和阳企口(5),所述外板层(2)上喷涂有自洁层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述自洁层(6)与所述外板层(2)之间设置有封闭层(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述封闭层(7)与所述自洁层(6)之间设置有防静电层(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述自洁层(6)为纳米TiO2层,所述纳米TiO2层厚度为8-12μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述自洁层(6)为含氟硅胶层,所述含氟硅胶层的厚度为3-5μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述自洁层(6)为纳米自洁罩光漆层,所述纳米自洁罩光漆层厚度为30-50μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述封闭层(7)为油漆层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述封闭层(7)为防水层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述外板层(2)为铝板。
10.根据权利要求1所述的自洁保温板,其特征在于:所述外板层(2)为陶瓷板。
