Abstract
The invention discloses a miniature waterproof loudspeaker structure, which belongs to the electroacoustic field and comprises a sound membrane component, a magnetic pole ring, an elastic sheet and a magnetic conduction sheet, wherein the sound membrane component consists of a plastic frame, a notch, a sound membrane and a sealing ring, the magnetic pole ring is arranged in an inner cavity of the sound membrane component, the magnetic conduction sheet is arranged on the bottom surface of the sound membrane component, plastics are arranged on two sides of the magnetic conduction sheet, a dovetail structure is arranged on one side surface of the plastics, and the elastic sheet is arranged on the other side surface of the plastics. The invention realizes the loudspeaker with simple structure, high sensitivity, high space utilization rate and simple, stable and reliable assembly through innovative design.

Optionally, notches are formed on two sides of the top surface of the plastic frame.

Referring to fig. 1,2 and 3, the micro waterproof speaker structure provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a sound membrane assembly 1, a magnetic pole ring 2, an elastic sheet 302 and a magnetic conduction sheet 304, wherein the sound membrane assembly 1 consists of a plastic frame 101, a notch 102, a sound membrane 103 and a sealing ring 104, the magnetic pole ring 2 is installed in an inner cavity of the sound membrane assembly 1, the magnetic conduction sheet 304 is installed on the bottom surface of the sound membrane assembly 1, plastic 301 is installed on two sides of the magnetic conduction sheet 304, a dovetail structure 303 is arranged on one side surface of the plastic 301, and the elastic sheet is installed on the other side surface of the plastic 301. The novel loudspeaker is simple in structure, high in sensitivity, high in space utilization rate and simple, stable and reliable in assembly.
Referring to fig. 1, in the micro waterproof speaker structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, two sides of the top surface of the plastic frame 101 are provided with notches 102.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the micro waterproof speaker structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sound membrane 103 is installed around the bottom of the inner cavity of the sound membrane assembly 1.
Referring to fig. 1, in the micro waterproof speaker structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, a sealing ring 104 is installed on one side of the plastic frame 101. Wherein, sealing effect of the structure can be effectively enhanced through the sealing ring 104.
Referring to fig. 3, in the micro waterproof speaker structure according to the embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic conductive sheet 304 is connected to the elastic sheet through a dovetail structure 303 and plastic. Wherein, through adopting dovetail structure 303 and plastic to connect, not only can insulate but also greatly improve and reduce the volume, improved space utilization.
