The oxygen supply system and the control system are arranged inside or outside a shell of the aluminum air power generation system.
The aluminum air power generation module unit is the minimum basic unit of the power generation part of the aluminum air power generation system and is also a key device for power generation of the aluminum air power generation system, and the plurality of power generation module units are connected in series or in parallel to form the aluminum air power generation system with various powers.

The oxygen supply device provides oxygen or air for the power generation module unit. The oxygen supply device comprises at least one centrifugal fan, the centrifugal fan generates high-pressure gas, and the high-pressure gas enters the gas inlet of the aluminum air power generation system through the oxygen supply pipeline.
Preferably, the centrifugal fan is a high-speed centrifugal fan.
Preferably, the number of the high-speed centrifugal fans is 2-20, and the number of the high-speed centrifugal fans can be adjusted according to the power generation power of the aluminum air power generation system. A plurality of high-speed centrifugal fan constitute multistage oxygen suppliment mode, are convenient for control air feed gas speed or tolerance, according to aluminium air power generation system's generated energy, reasonable control air supply volume.
The heat dissipation device comprises at least one air suction and exhaust device, an inlet, an outlet and a heat exchange tube between the inlet and the outlet, wherein the inlet of the heat dissipation device is connected with the electrolyte outlet of the power generation module unit through an electrolyte liquid outlet pipeline, the generated electrolyte is input into the heat dissipation device, the outlet of the heat dissipation device is connected with the precipitation inlet of the precipitation treatment filtering device through the electrolyte liquid outlet pipeline, and the cooled electrolyte is input into the precipitation treatment filtering device.
The heat exchange tube is communicated with the inlet and the outlet of the heat dissipation device and is connected into the cooling tube of the cooling device, namely the heat exchange tube is positioned inside the cooling tube, electrolyte with higher temperature flows in the heat exchange tube, and cooling water flows outside the heat exchange tube and in the cooling tube to exchange heat and cool the electrolyte with higher temperature.
Preferably, the outer wall of the heat exchange tube is provided with helical fins, more preferably, the helical fins are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the whole heat exchange tube in a surrounding manner, so that the heat exchange area is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the heat exchange tube is made of stainless steel, so that the heat conduction coefficient is high, and the corrosion resistance is good. Preferably, the spiral fins are made of metal aluminum, so that the heat conduction coefficient is large, the heat exchange area is large, the heat exchange is fast, and a good cooling effect can be achieved.
The air suction and exhaust device is arranged opposite to the heat exchange tube, and sucks and exhausts air outside the heat dissipation device to the surface of the cooling tube to physically cool electrolyte inside the heat exchange tube.
Preferably, the number of the air suction and exhaust devices is 2-10, and the multistage air suction and exhaust devices are formed, so that multistage cooling and heat dissipation can be performed on the electrolyte in the heat exchange tube. And adjusting the number of the air suction and exhaust devices according to the actual heat dissipation requirement of the electrolyte and the flow of the electrolyte.
The cooling device comprises a cooling water tank, a cooling pump and a cooling pipe, wherein the cooling water tank and the cooling pump are independent of the outside of the heat dissipation device, the water suction end of the cooling pump is connected with the cooling water tank, the water supply end of the cooling pump is connected with the cooling pipe, and the cooling pipe is connected into the heat exchange pipe of the heat dissipation device and used for heat exchange and cooling.
Preferably, the cooling pump is a spray pump, and the cooling effect of the spray pump is better and more uniform and is easy to control.
During the use, high temperature electrolyte is followed the import of heat abstractor is inputed to the electrolyte export of electricity generation module unit to get into the heat exchange tube, the exhaust device that induced drafts carries out outside physics heat dissipation cooling to heat exchange tube and cooling tube, simultaneously, under control system's effect, cooling device's cooling pump starts, with cooling water tank's cooling water input in the cooling tube, the cooling tube is in the outside of heat exchange tube to the higher electrolyte cooling of temperature in the heat exchange tube. Therefore, the air suction and exhaust device and the cooling pipe play a synergistic effect to quickly cool the electrolyte in the heat dissipation device.
The liquid outlet temperature sensor is arranged on an electrolyte liquid outlet pipeline between an outlet of the heat dissipation device and a precipitation inlet of the precipitation treatment filtering device, and monitors the operation effects of the heat dissipation device and the cooling device in real time, namely whether the cooling temperature of the electrolyte reaches the requirement of recycling the electrolyte into the power generation module unit. The liquid outlet temperature sensor is connected with the control system.
The precipitation treatment filtering device comprises a precipitation filtering box, a high-frequency precipitation processor, a nano filter, a filtering backflushing pump, a precipitation inlet and a precipitation outlet, and is used for treating the electro-generated precipitates in the electrolyte discharged by the electro-generating module unit. Deposit the import and pass through electrolyte drain pipe and connect heat abstractor's export, deposit the import and insert deposit the rose box, deposit processing filter equipment with the electrolyte input after the cooling. The power generation module unit is characterized in that power generation sediments in electrolyte discharged by the power generation module unit are mainly aqueous solution and alkali liquor of potassium metaaluminate and sodium metaaluminate, the electrolyte enters a precipitation filter box after being cooled, and nano-scale aluminum oxide is generated after high-frequency electrochemical treatment and filtration of the high-frequency precipitation processor. And then, after the electrolyte containing the nano-scale aluminum oxide is filtered by a nano filter, the electrolyte is discharged out of the precipitation filter box through a precipitation outlet under the action of the filtering recoil pump and then is discharged into the circulating liquid box through a circulating inlet. And the nano-scale aluminum oxide obtained by filtering through the nano-filter is recycled.
The circulating liquid box comprises a circulating inlet, a circulating outlet, an alkali liquor filtering port and a liquid supply pump. The circulating inlet is connected with a precipitation outlet of the precipitation filter box, and the electrolyte after precipitation and filtration is discharged into the circulating liquid box. And the circulating outlet is connected with an electrolyte inlet of the power generation module unit through the electrolyte liquid inlet pipeline, and the electrolyte after alkali supplementation is input into the power generation module unit to continuously provide a reaction environment for the discharge reaction of the aluminum electrode plate and oxygen/air.
The alkali liquor filtering port is connected with an alkali supplementing outlet of the automatic alkali supplementing device through an alkali supplementing pipe, one end of the liquid supply pump is connected with the circulating liquid tank, and the other end of the liquid supply pump is connected with the circulating outlet.
Preferably, a stirring device is arranged in the circulating liquid tank to promote the mixing of the supplemented fresh alkali liquor and the recovered electrolyte.
When the device is used, the electrolyte subjected to precipitation and filtration treatment is discharged into the circulating liquid tank through the circulating inlet, fresh alkali liquor enters the circulating liquid tank from the alkali liquor filtering port and is mixed with the recovered electrolyte, and the mixed electrolyte is discharged into the power generation module unit under the action of the liquid supply pump.
The feed liquor temperature sensor set up connect the circulation export of circulation liquid case with on the electrolyte feed liquor pipeline between the electrolyte import of electricity generation module unit, whether the temperature of the electrolyte after the real-time supervision retrieves and mends alkali reaches the requirement of electricity generation module unit. The automatic alkali supplementing device comprises an alkali supplementing box, an oscillator, an automatic alkali supplementing device, an alkali supplementing outlet and an alkali supplementing pipe. The oscillator and the automatic alkali supplementing device are arranged inside or outside the alkali supplementing box, and the alkali supplementing outlet and the alkali supplementing pipe are respectively arranged on the side surface and the outside of the alkali supplementing box. The automatic alkali supplementing device is connected with a control system and is responsible for injecting fresh alkali or alkali liquor into the alkali supplementing box. The oscillator promotes the fresh alkali or the alkali liquor in the alkali supplementing box to be dissolved uniformly, the dissolved alkali liquor is discharged into the alkali supplementing pipe through the alkali supplementing outlet, and then is discharged into an alkali liquor filtering port of the circulating liquid box through the alkali supplementing pipe, and finally enters the circulating liquid box.
The control system is a control core of the aluminum air power generation system and controls the power generation process of the aluminum air power generation system, and comprises a hardware part, a software part and an operation panel, wherein the hardware part is an embedded control device, the software part is intelligent control software of the aluminum air power generation system, and the operation panel is provided with a power generation starting button and a power generation stopping button.
The embedded control device of the hardware part comprises a keyboard interface loop, a current detection interface loop, a voltage acquisition interface loop, a temperature detection input interface loop, an input/output interface loop, a CPU unit, a display, a power supply loop and a communication loop. The keyboard interface loop is connected with a power generation starting button and a power generation stopping button of the operation panel. The temperature detection input interface loop is connected with the liquid inlet temperature sensor and the liquid outlet temperature sensor. The input/output interface loop, the current detection interface loop and the voltage acquisition interface loop are connected with the power generation output end of the power generation module unit. The power supply loop and the communication loop connect all interface loops of the hardware part with the CPU unit and the display. The display displays the voltage, the current, the temperature, the output voltage and the starting or stopping state of the power generation module unit and the aluminum air power generation system.
Preferably, the display can also display the operation condition of each device in the oxygen supply system.
Preferably, the embedded control device of the hardware part may further include a WIFI loop and a lightning stroke EMI loop, and the power supply loop and the communication loop connect the WIFI loop and the lightning stroke EMI loop with the CPU unit and the display, so as to provide network connection and lightning protection functions for the aluminum air power generation system.
The intelligent control software of the aluminum air power generation system is arranged in the CPU unit and provides a full-automatic temperature-voltage control program of the aluminum air power generation system, the temperature and voltage changes in the whole power generation process can be automatically controlled through a high-speed PID algorithm according to the real-time current consumption detection feedback of a power load, the consumption of aluminum electrode pieces with useless power in the power generation process is reduced to the maximum extent, the complete machine stable power generation efficiency of the aluminum air power generation system and the energy conversion rate of the aluminum electrode pieces of the aluminum air power generation module unit are improved, and the intelligent control software is the key for realizing the complete machine stable power generation of the aluminum air power generation system.
The power generation starting button is used for starting power generation of the aluminum air power generation system, and the power generation stopping button is used for stopping power generation of the aluminum air power generation system. And when the power generation starting button or the power generation stopping button is pressed, the control system automatically controls the aluminum air power generation system to start power generation or stop power generation, and other manual auxiliary operations are not needed in the whole power generation process.
When the power generation module unit is used, the power generation starting button is pressed, the control system automatically controls the liquid supply pump of the circulating liquid tank to start running, and electrolyte is supplied to the power generation module unit in a circulating mode; and meanwhile, the control system automatically controls the oxygen supply device to supply oxygen or air to the aluminum air power generation system. And an aluminum electrode plate in the aluminum air power generation module unit performs electrochemical action with oxygen and electrolyte to start power generation. And the power generated by the power generation module unit is directly output to the voltage inverter and output for power supply. In the power generation process, the generated electricity sediment that the electricity generation module unit produced passes through the electrolyte export along with electrolyte after heat abstractor's heat exchange tube and cooling device's cooling tube cooling heat dissipation, flows into the sediment rose box through the sediment import of sediment processing filter equipment, filters through high frequency electrochemical treatment, generates nanometer aluminium oxide, the warp electrolyte after the nano filter filters gets into the circulation liquid case, after the alkali is mended, qualified electrolyte input electricity generation module unit, aluminium air power generation system begin to get into the power generation process. Press the electricity generation stop button, the feed pump shutdown of control system automatic control circulation liquid case, electricity generation module unit stops circulation and supplies liquid, simultaneously control system automatic control apparatus stops the oxygen suppliment or the air feed, and aluminium air power generation system stops the electricity generation.
Specifically, the intelligent control software of the aluminum air power generation system controls the current detection interface circuit and the voltage acquisition interface circuit to detect the output voltage and current of the power generation module unit and the aluminum air power generation system. The control software controls the detection of the liquid outlet temperature sensor and the liquid inlet temperature sensor through the temperature detection input interface loop and controls the temperature of the electrolyte during cooling and returning. The control software automatically controls the running conditions of the multistage oxygen supply, the heat dissipation device and the cooling device of the oxygen supply device and the alkali supplement amount of the automatic alkali supplement device according to the detected voltage, current and temperature data through a high-speed PID algorithm, and adjusts and controls the generated energy, the electrolyte temperature and the temperature and voltage change in the whole power generation process in real time.
In a fourth aspect, the invention further provides an aluminum air generator set, the generator set includes at least one aluminum air power generation system, and the power generation power of the generator set is determined by the number of power generation module units in the aluminum air power generation system.
The invention also provides an aluminum air power station, which comprises at least one aluminum air generator set and a distributed energy power station control management system, wherein the power generation power of the power station is determined by the number of the aluminum air generator sets.
The aluminum air power generation module units are combined in series and parallel to form an aluminum air power generation system, and the aluminum air power generation system with different power can be used as basic modules of an aluminum air power generator set to be freely combined to form power stations with various specifications. For example, the generating power of aluminium air electricity generation module unit is 10KW, by the combination of 1-n aluminium air electricity generation module unit cluster parallel, preferred, n is 2-10, the configuration control system and electricity generation auxiliary device constitute aluminium air electricity generation system's power can be 10KW, 20KW, 30KW, 50KW or 100KW, by aluminium air electricity generation system is as aluminium air electricity generation unit basic module, and the free combination becomes from the generating set of various specifications of 10KW-1000KW, can cover all specification products of traditional diesel generating set more than or equal to 10KW international at present. Meanwhile, the 100KW aluminum air generating set or the basic module can be freely combined into power stations with various specifications from 100KW to NMW, all the specifications of the traditional power stations with the specification of more than or equal to 100KW in the world at present can be covered, and a distributed energy power station control management system is added, so that the control management of the distributed energy power station can be realized, and the megawatt thermal power station with high energy consumption and high pollution can be replaced.
The aluminum air power generation module unit and the aluminum air power generation system provided by the invention have the following advantages: (1) the aluminum air power generation system can continuously generate power, and the electrolyte is recycled; (2) preferably, the power generation power is higher, the output voltage is stable, and the energy density is higher; (3) preferably, the utilization rate of the aluminum electrode plates is high, in the discharging process, the aluminum electrode plates of each power generation module unit are uniformly peeled off, the consumption speeds of the aluminum electrode plates of different power generation module units are the same, the consistency is good, and the service life of the generator is long; (4) preferably, the heat in the aluminum air power generation system is uniformly distributed, and air flows uniformly in and among the power generation module units; (5) preferably, the design of the positive conductive elastic sheet is beneficial to the quick assembly and disassembly of the power generation module unit, so that the ignition phenomenon is prevented when the electrode is assembled and disassembled; (6) preferably, the oxygen supply and liquid supply system and the control system can reduce the consumption of aluminum electrode plates with useless power to the maximum extent in the power generation process, the stable power generation efficiency of the whole aluminum air power generation system and the energy conversion rate of the aluminum electrode plates are improved, and the energy conversion rate of the aluminum electrode plates reaches 95%.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
In the following examples, the waterproof breathable film is a film formed by mixing and pressing polytetrafluoroethylene and acetylene black, wherein the mass fraction of the polytetrafluoroethylene is 50%, the mass fraction of the acetylene black is 50%, and the catalyst is manganese dioxide.
EXAMPLE 1 aluminum electrode sheet
The structure diagram of the aluminum electrode sheet 1 of this embodiment is as shown in fig. 1, the shape of the aluminum electrode sheet 1 is a cuboid, the two ends of the top of the aluminum electrode sheet 1 are respectively fixedly connected with a first negative electrode tab connecting sheet 2 and a second negative electrode tab connecting sheet 3, the first negative electrode tab connecting sheet 2 and the second negative electrode tab connecting sheet 3 are detachably connected to the aluminum electrode sheet 1 through screws, and the first negative electrode tab connecting sheet 2 and the second negative electrode tab connecting sheet 3 have the same shape and material. First negative pole ear connection piece 2 is L shape, and the horizontal end 201 and the aluminium electrode piece 1 of L shape are parallel and with screw fixed connection, and the vertical end 202 perpendicular to aluminium electrode piece 1 of L shape, the material of first negative pole ear connection piece 2 is metallic aluminum.
The conductive interlayer 4 is arranged inside the aluminum electrode plate 1 to form the integrated aluminum electrode plate 1 with aluminum on two sides and the conductive interlayer 4 in the middle. The conductive interlayer is a polymer layer containing conductive filler, specifically, carbon black is filled in a polypropylene material, the conductive interlayer 4 has high conductivity, heat transfer, ventilation and corrosion resistance, and meanwhile, the conductive interlayer 4 has good toughness and is not easy to deform, and the discharge of the aluminum electrode plate 1 is not influenced. The conductive interlayer 4 is arranged in the aluminum electrode plate 1, when the aluminum electrode plate 1 is subjected to discharge reaction, aluminum on two sides continuously reacts and peels off, and the conductive interlayer 4 plays a supporting role in the aluminum electrode plate 1.
After the conductive interlayer 4 is added, the aluminum electrode plate 1 can uniformly participate in discharge reaction, the output voltage is more stable, the aluminum electrode plate 1 is uniformly peeled off in the discharge process, the fracture phenomenon cannot occur, and the utilization rate of the aluminum electrode plate 1 is greatly improved. The temperature distribution of the aluminum electrode sheet 1 is more uniform.
The surface of the aluminum electrode sheet 1, which is in the same direction as the vertical end 202 of the first negative electrode tab connecting sheet 2, is the front surface, and the surface of the aluminum electrode sheet 1, which is opposite to the vertical end 202 of the first negative electrode tab connecting sheet 2, is the back surface.
EXAMPLE 2 air electrode
The aluminum electrode sheet 1 of the present embodiment is the aluminum electrode sheet 1 of embodiment 1, the cell frame 6 of the present embodiment is the cell frame 6 of embodiment 4, and the power generation module unit of the present embodiment is the power generation module unit of embodiment 8. The front and rear side surfaces of the unit frame 6 are two side surfaces having a large area, and the left and right side surfaces of the unit frame 6 are two side surfaces having a small area.
The assembly structure of the air electrode 5 and the aluminum electrode sheet 1 of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 2, the air electrode 5 is disposed on two sides of the aluminum electrode sheet 1, the air electrode 5 includes a first air electrode 501 and a second air electrode 502, the first air electrode 501 is disposed on one side of the back surface of the aluminum electrode sheet 1, and the second air electrode 502 is disposed on one side of the front surface of the aluminum electrode sheet 1. The first air electrode 501 includes a first current collecting net 503 and positive plates at both ends thereof, and the second air electrode 502 includes a second current collecting net 504.
The first current collecting net 503 and the second current collecting net 504 are both provided with metal wires which are staggered transversely and longitudinally, so that air entering the power generation module unit can uniformly pass through the first current collecting net 503 and the second current collecting net 504, and further, the discharge reaction of the air and the aluminum electrode plate 1 can be performed more uniformly on the surface of the whole aluminum electrode plate 1. The second current collecting net 503 and the first current collecting net 504 are rectangular, and the air electrode 5 is made of copper.
The left end and the right end of the first current collecting net 503 are respectively connected with a first positive plate 505 and a second positive plate 506, the first positive plate 505 and the second positive plate 506 respectively extend out and are attached to the left side surface and the right side surface of the unit frame body 6, the first positive plate 505 and the first negative electrode lug connecting piece 2 on the same side surface are parallel to each other and are not in contact with each other, the short circuit caused by positive and negative electrode contact is prevented, and similarly, the second positive plate 506 and the second negative electrode lug connecting piece 3 on the same side surface are parallel to each other and are not in contact.
After the first positive plate 505 and the second positive plate 506 extend out and are attached to the left side surface and the right side surface of the unit frame 6, the first positive plate 505 and the second positive plate 506 are respectively contacted with the edges of the left end and the right end of the second current collecting net 504, so that the first current collecting net 503 and the second current collecting net 504 are connected through the first positive plate 505 and the second positive plate 506, the first current collecting net and the second current collecting net are further connected around the aluminum electrode plate 1 for a circle, air entering the power generation module unit uniformly passes through the first current collecting net 503 and the second current collecting net 504, the discharge reaction of the air and the aluminum electrode plate 1 can be more uniformly performed on the surfaces of the two sides of the aluminum electrode plate 1, the utilization rate and the service time.
The present inventors have unexpectedly found that the aluminum electrode tab 1 has two negative electrode tab tabs as negative electrodes and the air electrode 5 has two positive electrode tabs as positive electrodes, so that the discharge of the aluminum electrode tab 1 is more uniform and stable. The first air electrode 501 is arranged on one side of the back face of the aluminum electrode plate 1, so that a certain distance is kept between the first positive plate 505 and the first negative electrode tab connecting piece 2, and a certain distance is kept between the second positive plate 506 and the second negative electrode tab connecting piece 3, and short circuit caused by positive and negative electrode contact is prevented.
A first catalytic waterproof breathable film 507 is arranged between the aluminum electrode sheet 1 and the first current collecting net 503, a second catalytic waterproof breathable film 508 is arranged between the aluminum electrode sheet 1 and the second current collecting net 504, catalyst manganese dioxide is uniformly coated on two sides of the first catalytic waterproof breathable film 507 and the second catalytic waterproof breathable film 508, the reaction rate of the aluminum electrode sheet 1 and air is improved, and a catalyst is a manganese catalyst.
The waterproof breathable film separates the aluminum electrode sheet 1, the first current collecting net 503 and the second current collecting net 504 from the outside of the unit frame 6. Specifically, the waterproof breathable film includes a first waterproof breathable film 509 and a second waterproof breathable film 510, the first waterproof breathable film 509 is arranged outside the first current collecting net 503, the second waterproof breathable film 510 is arranged outside the second current collecting net 504, namely, the first current collecting net 503 is sandwiched between the first waterproof breathable film 509 and the first catalytic waterproof breathable film 507, and the second current collecting net 504 is sandwiched between the second waterproof breathable film 510 and the second catalytic waterproof breathable film 508.
Embodiment 3 Positive electrode conductive spring plate
The air electrode 5 of the present embodiment is the air electrode 5 of embodiment 2, and the power generation module unit of the present embodiment is the power generation module unit of embodiment 8.
The structure diagram of the positive conductive elastic sheet of this embodiment is shown in fig. 3, the positive conductive elastic sheet includes a bottom plate 703 and a connecting portion 704, the connecting portion 704 is disposed on the top of the upper surface of the bottom plate 703, the bottom plate 703 is made of strip-shaped conductive metal, the top end of the connecting portion 704 is fixed on the top end of the upper surface of the bottom plate 703, the bottom end of the connecting portion 704 can freely extend and retract on the upper surface of the bottom plate 703, the connecting portion 704 is made of sheet material and is in a fence shape, four shuttle-shaped pieces 705 are disposed in the middle of the connecting portion, the shuttle-shaped pieces 705 are inclined with respect to the bottom plate 703, an angle formed by the shuttle-shaped pieces. The top and bottom ends of the connecting portion 704 are bent toward the bottom plate 703, so that the middle portion of the connecting portion 704 is arched in the opposite direction of the bottom plate 703 to form an arch.
The assembly of the positive conductive elastic sheet and the air electrode 5 is shown in fig. 2, and includes a first positive conductive elastic sheet 7 and a second positive conductive elastic sheet 701, the first positive conductive elastic sheet 7 and the second positive conductive elastic sheet 701 are respectively arranged on the top of the first positive plate 505 and the top of the second positive plate 506, and the connecting portions 704 of the first positive conductive elastic sheet 7 and the second positive conductive elastic sheet 701 are respectively at the same level with the vertical ends of the first negative electrode tab connecting piece 2 and the second negative electrode tab connecting piece 3.

Fig. 4 shows a structural diagram of the unit frame 6 of the present embodiment, in which the unit frame 6 includes a frame 602 and a liquid guide tube 603, the frame 602 is located around the unit frame 6, and the liquid guide tube 603 is located at the bottom of the frame 602. The frame 602 of the unit housing 6 is rectangular parallelepiped.
The two ends of the top of the unit frame body 6 are respectively provided with a negative electrode slot 604, the opening of the negative electrode slot 604 is upward, and the horizontal ends of the first negative electrode tab connecting piece 2 and the second negative electrode tab connecting piece 3 can be respectively inserted into the two negative electrode slots 604 from top to bottom, so that the fixation of the aluminum electrode plate 1 is completed. After the horizontal ends of the first negative electrode lug connecting piece 2 and the second negative electrode lug connecting piece 3 are inserted into the negative electrode slot 604, the vertical end points to the opposite direction of the first positive electrode plate 505 and the second positive electrode plate 506, meanwhile, the negative electrode slot 604 isolates the first negative electrode lug connecting piece 2 and the first positive conductive elastic piece 7, the second negative electrode lug connecting piece 3 and the second positive conductive elastic piece 701, the design enables the size to be reduced as much as possible, on the basis of the negative electrode interval, the positive and negative electrodes of the same power generation module unit are not in contact with each other, and short circuit is avoided.
As shown in fig. 5, an electrolyte inlet 601 is disposed on the bottom surface of the bottom of the frame 602, a recessed liquid tank 605 is disposed on the bottom of the frame 602, and the liquid tank 605 is communicated with the electrolyte inlet 601. Liquid guide pipe 603 is arranged inside liquid groove 605 at the bottom of frame 602, namely liquid guide pipe 603 is arranged above electrolyte inlet 601. After entering the unit frame body 6 from the electrolyte inlet 601, the electrolyte is blocked by the liquid guide pipe 603, is uniformly filled in the liquid groove 605, then flows upwards, enters the electrolyte cavity formed between the first catalytic waterproof breathable film 507 and the second catalytic waterproof breathable film 508, so that the electrolyte uniformly disperses and flows into the electrolyte cavity, and the stability of discharge reaction and the stability of output voltage are improved. The material of the liquid guide tube 603 is stainless steel.
Electrolyte shunt outlets 606 are respectively arranged at the tops of two sides of the frame 602, flow channels are respectively arranged inside the upright columns at two sides of the frame 602, the bottoms of the two flow channels are communicated by a liquid guide pipe 603, and an electrolyte outlet 607 is arranged at the bottom of one flow channel on the bottom surface of the bottom of the frame 602.
The electrolyte inlet 601, the liquid guide pipe 603 and the electrolyte shunt outlet 606 are all arranged inside the electrolyte cavity. When the aluminum electrode plate is used, electrolyte is input from the electrolyte inlet 601 and enters the electrolyte cavity, the electrolyte flows from bottom to top in the electrolyte cavity to provide a conductive liquid environment for the discharge reaction of the aluminum electrode plate 1, when the electrolyte flows to the top of the frame 602, the electrolyte flows into the flow channels inside the columns on two sides of the frame 602 from the electrolyte shunt outlet 606, the electrolyte flows in the flow channels from top to bottom, when the electrolyte moves to the bottom of the flow channels, the electrolyte in the flow channels inside the columns on one side of the frame 602 is directly discharged from the electrolyte outlet 607, the electrolyte in the flow channels inside the columns on the other side of the frame 602 enters the liquid guide pipe 603, and the electrolyte enters the flow channels inside the columns on one side of the frame 602 after passing through the.
The structure of the unit frame body 6 provides a flowing mode for the electrolyte inside the electrolyte cavity, the electrolyte flows from bottom to top in the electrolyte cavity, then flows from top to bottom in the columns on the two sides of the frame 602, and finally flows out of the unit frame body 6, the flowing mode avoids the direct contact of the electrolyte in the opposite flow direction, the turbulent flow and even the cyclone are prevented from being formed inside the electrolyte cavity, the uniform implementation of the discharge reaction on the whole aluminum electrode plate 1 is facilitated, and the stability of the output voltage is improved.

The electrolyte of the power generation module unit enters the electrolyte cavity between the first catalytic waterproof breathable film 507 and the second catalytic waterproof breathable film 508 from the electrolyte inlet 601 of the unit frame body 6, and can only flow in the electrolyte cavity under the action of fluid flow, and simultaneously provides a liquid environment for discharge reaction for the aluminum electrode sheet 1 along with the discharge reaction of the aluminum electrode sheet 1 and air. The multilayer waterproof breathable film can effectively prevent electrolyte from permeating outwards, so that electricity leakage or circuit short circuit is prevented, and air is allowed to enter the electrolyte cavity.
Example 5 liquid inlet and separating device
The unit housing 6 of the present embodiment is the unit housing 6 of embodiment 4, the power generation module unit of the present embodiment is the power generation module unit of embodiment 8, and the battery jar 1101 of the present embodiment is the battery jar 1101 of embodiment 9.
The structure diagram of the liquid inlet and separation device of this embodiment is shown in fig. 6, and the liquid inlet and separation device includes liquid inlet knockout 8, separation baffle 802 and liquid inlet interface 805, and the electrolyte import 601 of the unit frame 6 of power generation module unit is connected to one end of liquid inlet interface 805, and the bottom that the other end stretches out battery jar 1101, and the quantity of liquid inlet interface is 36.
The liquid inlet separator 8 is a cubic liquid tank with a shell only having a side surface and a bottom surface, the bottom of the liquid inlet separator 8 is provided with an electrolyte inlet 801, and the top surface of the liquid inlet separator 8 corresponds to and is fixed in the area of the bottom plate of the battery tank 1101 where the liquid inlet interface 805 is located.
The liquid separating partition plate 802 comprises a main plate 803 and fins 804, the main plate 803 and the fins 804 are vertically fixed on the bottom surface inside the liquid inlet separator 8, gaps are reserved between the main plate 803 and the bottom surface, two fins 804 extending to the side surface of the liquid inlet separator 8 are arranged on one side of the main plate 803, and the fins 804 are perpendicular to the main plate 803. The length of mainboard 803 equals the length of feed liquor knockout 8 bottom surface, and the height of separating partition 802 is the same with the height of feed liquor knockout 8, and mainboard 803 is established in the middle of total import 801 of electrolyte, and two fins 804 are established respectively in the both sides of total import 801 of electrolyte, and mainboard 803 is established in the middle of feed liquor interface 805, and one side of mainboard 803 is divided into two parts with total import 801 of electrolyte promptly, and the other side divides into two parts with feed liquor interface 805.
During the use, electrolyte gets into feed liquor knockout 8 from electrolyte gross entrance 801, and electrolyte is separated by the mainboard 803 of separating partition 802, and fluid pressure is dispersed rapidly and evenly distributed along mainboard 803 for electrolyte can not directly flow into the feed liquor interface 805 nearest apart from electrolyte gross entrance 801, but along mainboard 803 evenly distributed, and accumulate inside feed liquor knockout 8 gradually, when electrolyte height equals the height of feed liquor knockout 8, electrolyte gets into each feed liquor interface 805 simultaneously with the same velocity of flow. Since the flow pressure of the electrolyte at the electrolyte inlet 801 is the highest and the flow rate is the fastest, the fins 804 of the separating partition 802 assist the main plate 803 to further disperse the fluid flow pressure of the electrolyte inlet 801. Through separating baffle 802 and feed liquor knockout 8, realize the buffering to electrolyte, guide electrolyte gets into different feed liquor interfaces 805 simultaneously with balanced speed, and then makes each power generation module unit discharge balanced stable.
EXAMPLE 6 liquid-separating device
The unit housing 6 of the present embodiment is the unit housing 6 of embodiment 4, the battery jar 1101 of the present embodiment is the battery jar 1101 of embodiment 9, and the power generation module unit of the present embodiment is the power generation module unit of embodiment 8.
The structure diagram of the liquid outlet and distribution device of this embodiment is shown in fig. 7, the liquid outlet and distribution device includes nine liquid outlet and distribution devices 9, a liquid outlet storage tank 901, and liquid outlet ports 902, one end of the liquid outlet ports 902 is connected to the electrolyte outlet 607 of the unit frame 6 of the power generation module unit, the other end extends out of the bottom of the battery jar 1101, and the number of the liquid outlet ports 902 is 36.
The liquid outlet tank 901 is a cubic liquid tank having only side and bottom housings, and the top surface of the liquid outlet tank 901 corresponds to and is fixed to the bottom plate area of the battery tank 1101 where the liquid outlet port 902 is located.
The liquid outlet liquid separator 9 is fixed inside the liquid outlet storage tank 901 and is positioned below the liquid outlet port 902, the liquid outlet liquid separator 9 is in a gear shape, the liquid outlet liquid separator 9 can rotate in the flowing direction of the electrolyte flowing out of the liquid outlet port 902, and when the electrolyte flows to the edge of the liquid outlet liquid separator 9, the electrolyte is immediately scattered by the rotating liquid outlet liquid separator 9 and cannot continuously flow in strands. The bottom surface of the liquid outlet storage tank 901 is provided with an electrolyte main outlet 903, and after flowing out from the liquid outlet interface 902, the electrolyte is scattered by the liquid outlet knockout 9, then is gathered to the bottom surface of the liquid outlet storage tank, and finally is discharged out of the aluminum air power generation system from the electrolyte main outlet 903. The liquid outlet and distribution device separates continuous electrolyte into discrete states, prevents the continuous electrolyte from forming resistance, and improves the power generation power.
Example 7 air guide grille
The cell frame 6 of the present embodiment is the cell frame 6 of embodiment 4, and the power generation module unit of the present embodiment is the power generation module unit of embodiment 8.
The structure diagram of the air guide grid 10 of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 8, the air guide grid 10 includes a frame 1001 and a guide vane 1002, the air guide grid 10 is a cuboid, and the size of the air guide grid 10 is equal to that of the unit frame 6, so that the air guide grid 10 can be placed between two adjacent power generation module units. The air guide grid 10 is made of hard material.
The outer periphery of the air guiding grille 10 is provided with a frame 1001, one end of the bottom of the frame 1001 is provided with an air inlet 1003, and an air outlet 1004 is arranged at the top of the side frame 1001 which is the same as the air inlet 1003.
The flow deflector 1002 is arranged on the front surface of the frame 1001 of the air guide grid 10, so that the entering air flows along the flow deflector 1002, the air is uniformly distributed, the flowing time of the air in the air cavity is prolonged, the discharging stability is improved, and the power generation time is prolonged.
The guide vanes 1002 are transversely distributed on the front surface of the air guide grid 10 at equal intervals, one end of each guide vane 1002 is fixed on the frame body on the side surface of the air guide grid 10, the other end of each guide vane 1002 is suspended, namely, the guide vanes 1002 are horizontally arranged, one end of each adjacent guide vane 1002 is correspondingly suspended, the other end of each adjacent guide vane 1002 is fixed on the frame body on the other side surface of the air guide grid 10, and the guide vanes 1002 are staggered on the front surface of the air guide grid 10, so that air flows in a snake shape along the guide vanes 1002 after entering from the air inlet 1003 of the air guide grid 10 and finally flows out from the air outlet 1004.
EXAMPLE 8 Power Generation Module Unit
The aluminum electrode sheet 1 of this embodiment is the aluminum electrode sheet 1 of embodiment 1, the air electrode 5 is the air electrode 5 of embodiment 2, the positive electrode conductive elastic piece is the positive electrode conductive elastic piece of embodiment 3, the unit frame 6 is the unit frame 6 of embodiment 4, and the air guide grid 10 is the air guide grid 10 of embodiment 7.
The assembly schematic diagram of the power generation module unit of this embodiment is shown in fig. 9, the power generation module unit includes aluminium electrode slice 1, two air electrodes 5, unit framework 6 and electrically conductive intermediate layer 4, set up aluminium electrode 1 between two air electrodes 5, electrically conductive intermediate layer 4 sets up the inside at aluminium electrode 1, the fixed joint of aluminium electrode slice 1 is inside unit framework 6, two air electrodes 5 are established respectively in the positive and negative two sides of unit framework 6, and aluminium electrode slice 1 is parallel to each other with air electrode 5, first negative pole ear connection piece 2 and second negative pole ear connection piece 3 are connected respectively to aluminium electrode slice 1's top both ends. In the power generation module unit, a first catalytic waterproof breathable film 507, a first current collecting net 503 and a first waterproof breathable film 509 are sequentially arranged on the back surface of an aluminum electrode plate 1, and a second catalytic waterproof breathable film 508, a second current collecting net 504 and a second waterproof breathable film 510 are sequentially arranged on the front surface of the aluminum electrode plate 1. The aluminum electrode tab 1 is fixed to the negative electrode slot 604 of the unit frame 6 via the first negative electrode tab connection piece 2 and the second negative electrode tab connection piece 3. A first current collector net 503 is sandwiched between the first waterproof breathable membrane 509 and the first catalytic waterproof breathable membrane 507. A second current collector 504 is sandwiched between the second waterproof breathable membrane 510 and the second catalytic waterproof breathable membrane 508. The first waterproof breathable film 509 and the second waterproof breathable film 510 respectively seal the front and back surfaces of the unit frame 6, and an electrolyte cavity is formed between the first catalytic waterproof breathable film 507 and the second catalytic waterproof breathable film 508.
The bottom of the unit frame body 6 is provided with an electrolyte inlet 601, and electrolyte is input from the electrolyte inlet 601, enters the electrolyte cavity and flows from bottom to top. When the electrolyte flows to the top of the unit frame 6, the electrolyte flows into the flow channels inside the columns on both sides of the frame 602 from the electrolyte branch outlet 606 and flows to the bottom of the flow channels from top to bottom, the electrolyte in the flow channels inside the columns on one side of the frame 602 is directly discharged from the electrolyte outlet 607, the electrolyte in the flow channels inside the columns on the other side of the frame 602 enters the liquid guide pipe 603, and the electrolyte passes through the liquid guide pipe 603, enters the flow channels inside the columns on one side of the frame 602, and is finally discharged from the electrolyte outlet 607.
The air flow guide grids 10 are arranged outside the positive side and the negative side of the unit frame body 6, air is uniformly distributed outside the power generation module unit, and the air enters the electrolyte cavity through the waterproof breathable film and is subjected to discharge reaction with the aluminum electrode plate 1 in the electrolyte environment.
Example 9 aluminum air Power Generation System
The power generation module unit of this embodiment is the aluminium air power generation module unit of embodiment 8, and the feed liquor of this embodiment divides the device to be the feed liquor in embodiment 5 and divides the device to be the play liquid of embodiment 6 and divides the device to be the air water conservancy diversion grid 10 in embodiment 7, the play liquid of this embodiment.
The overall structure diagram of the aluminum air power generation system of the embodiment is shown in fig. 10, the aluminum air power generation system includes 36 power generation module units, an air diversion grid 10, a liquid inlet and separation device, a liquid outlet and separation device, an air supply device, a housing 11 and a circuit system, the power generation module units are vertically placed in a battery jar 1101 of the housing 11, the air diversion grid 10 is arranged between adjacent power generation module units, the liquid inlet and separation device is arranged at the bottom of the battery jar 1101 and corresponds to an electrolyte inlet 601 of the power generation module unit, the liquid outlet and separation device is arranged at the bottom of the battery jar 1101 and corresponds to an electrolyte outlet 607 of the power generation module unit, a gas inlet 1102 and a gas outlet 1103 of the air supply device are arranged at the side surface of the housing 11, and the circuit system is arranged inside the housing 11 and connected with a positive electrode and a.
The housing 11 is in a cubic shape, the material of the housing 11 is insulating rigid plastic, a battery jar 1101 is arranged inside the housing 11, the battery jar 1101 is used for placing a power generation module unit, and the battery jar 1101 is in a cubic shape.
An air cavity is arranged between the power generation module units, and an air guide grid 10 is arranged to promote uniform distribution of air in the air cavity. The air chamber is adjacent and independent setting in the outside and the inside of electricity generation module unit with the electrolyte cavity, for air and electrolyte provide the space respectively, prevents the regional contact of air and electrolyte outside aluminium electrode piece 1, and make full use of electrolyte improves reaction efficiency, prevents electric leakage or circuit short circuit, in addition, has also reduced the quantity of the part of contact electrolyte, has reduced the anticorrosion operation, the cost is reduced.
The gas supply device comprises a gas inlet 1102, a gas outlet 1103 and a gas pump. The gas inlet 1102 and the gas outlet 1103 are arranged on two adjacent sides of the housing, the gas outlet 1103 is provided with a grid, which is beneficial to improving the gas dispersion degree, and the gas pump is arranged inside the housing 11. After entering the housing 11 through the gas inlet 1102, the outside air gradually flows to the air cavity closest to the air inlet 1003 of the air guide grid 10, moves along the guide vanes 1002, uniformly enters the air electrodes 5 of the power generation module units, participates in the discharge reaction, flows out of the air cavity through the air outlet 1004, flows to the next air cavity and the power generation module units, and finally is discharged out of the housing 11 through the air outlet 1103 after being utilized by each power generation module unit.
The circuitry includes a positive circuit, a positive interface 1104, a negative circuit, a negative interface 1105, and a three-phase ac power outlet 1106. The positive electrode circuit is connected with the positive electrode conductive elastic sheet of the first power generation module unit, the positive electrode conductive elastic sheet of the subsequent power generation module unit is connected with the negative electrode lug connecting sheet of the adjacent power generation module unit in series, and the negative electrode circuit is connected with the negative electrode lug connecting sheet of the last power generation module unit. The positive circuit and the negative circuit are respectively connected with the positive interface 1104 and the negative interface 1105, and the positive interface 1104 and the negative interface 1105 are arranged on the side surface of the shell 11 to transmit the electric energy generated by the aluminum air power generation system.
The side surface of the outer shell 11 is further provided with a liquid inlet 1107 and a liquid outlet 1108 which are respectively connected with the electrolyte inlet 801 and the electrolyte outlet 903, and the liquid inlet 1107 and the liquid outlet 1108 are respectively used for leading in and leading out electrolyte.
Fig. 11 and 12 show a process and a working schematic diagram of an aluminum air power generation system, an oxygen supply system thereof, and a control system 12 thereof according to this embodiment, wherein an aluminum air power generation module unit includes a power generation output end, and the power generation output end includes a negative electrode tab connecting piece and a positive electrode conductive elastic piece. The power generation module unit is the minimum basic unit of the power generation part of the aluminum air power generation system, and a plurality of power generation module units are connected in series or in parallel to form the aluminum air power generation system with various powers.

Meanwhile, the 100KW aluminum air power generation system group or the basic module can be freely combined into power stations with various specifications from 100KW to NMW, all the specifications of the traditional power stations with the power consumption of more than or equal to 100KW in the world at present can be covered, and then the control management system of the distributed energy power station is added, so that the control management of the distributed energy power station can be realized, and the megawatt thermal power station with high energy consumption and high pollution can be replaced.
The outside of the power generation module unit also comprises an electrolyte liquid inlet pipeline, an electrolyte liquid outlet pipeline and an oxygen supply pipeline. The electrolyte outlet is connected with the heat dissipation device 17 through an electrolyte outlet pipeline and used for guiding out the electrolyte used in the power generation module unit. The electrolyte inlet is connected with the circulating liquid tank 20 through an electrolyte liquid inlet pipeline and is used for inputting the electrolyte recycled by the oxygen supply and liquid supply system into the power generation module unit and continuing to participate in the discharge reaction. The gas inlet is connected with an oxygen supply device 16 through an oxygen supply pipeline and is used for inputting oxygen/air provided by the oxygen supply system into the aluminum air power generation system, and the oxygen/air and the aluminum electrode sheet are subjected to chemical reaction and generate power.
The direct-current voltage input end of the DC-AC380V inverter 15 is connected with the power generation output end of the aluminum air power generation system, the three-phase alternating-current voltage output end of the DC-AC380V inverter 15 is connected with the three-phase alternating-current power supply socket 1106 on the shell of the aluminum air power generation system, and the DC-AC380V inverter 15 converts the direct-current voltage generated by the power generation module unit into three-phase alternating current to supply power for external equipment.
The oxygen supply system comprises an oxygen supply device 16, a heat dissipation device 17, a cooling device 18, a precipitation treatment filtering device 19, a circulating liquid tank 20 and an automatic alkali supplement device 21. The oxygen supply device 16 supplies oxygen or air for power generation to the aluminum air power generation system. The oxygen supply device 16 comprises five high-speed centrifugal fans 1601 which form a multi-stage oxygen supply mode, wherein the high-speed centrifugal fans 1601 generate high-pressure gas, and the high-pressure gas enters a gas inlet of the aluminum air power generation system through an oxygen supply pipeline.
The heat dissipation device 17 comprises four air suction exhaust devices 1701, an inlet, an outlet and heat exchange tubes 1702 between the inlet and the outlet, wherein the inlet of the heat dissipation device 17 is connected with an electrolyte outlet of the power generation module unit through an electrolyte outlet pipe, the generated electrolyte is input into the heat dissipation device 17, the outlet of the heat dissipation device 17 is connected with a precipitation inlet of the precipitation treatment filtering device 19 through the electrolyte outlet pipe, and the cooled electrolyte is input into the precipitation treatment filtering device 19.
The heat exchange tube 1702 is communicated with the inlet and the outlet of the heat sink 17 and is connected to the inside of the cooling tube 1803 of the cooling device 18, that is, the heat exchange tube 1702 is located inside the cooling tube 1803, the electrolyte with higher temperature flows inside the heat exchange tube 1702, and the cooling water flows outside the heat exchange tube 1702 and inside the cooling tube 1803 to perform heat exchange and cooling on the electrolyte with higher temperature. The outer wall of the heat exchange tube 1702 uniformly surrounds the spiral fins, which is beneficial to increasing the heat exchange area and improving the heat dissipation efficiency. The heat exchange tube 1702 is made of stainless steel, so that the heat conductivity coefficient is high, and the corrosion resistance is good. The spiral fins are made of metal aluminum, so that the heat conductivity coefficient is large, the heat exchange area is large, the heat exchange is fast, and a good cooling effect can be achieved.
The air suction and exhaust device 1701 is arranged opposite to the heat exchange tube 1702 to form a multi-stage air suction and exhaust device, so that air outside the heat dissipation device 17 is sucked and exhausted to the surface of the cooling tube 1803, and the electrolyte inside the heat exchange tube 1702 is physically cooled.
The cooling device 18 comprises a cooling water tank 1801, a cooling spray pump 1802 and a cooling pipe 1803, the cooling water tank 1801 and the cooling spray pump 1802 are independent of the outside of the heat dissipation device 17, the water suction end of the cooling spray pump 1802 is connected with the cooling water tank 1801, the water supply end is connected with the cooling pipe 1803, and the cooling pipe 1803 is connected into a heat exchange pipe 1702 of the heat dissipation device 17 for heat exchange and cooling.
During the use, high temperature electrolyte exports from the electrolyte of electricity generation module unit and inputs heat abstractor 17's import to enter heat exchange pipe 1702, air suction and exhaust device 1701 carries out outside physics heat dissipation cooling to heat exchange pipe 1702 and cooling tube 1803, and simultaneously, under control system 12's effect, cooling device 18's cooling spray pump 1802 starts, with coolant tank 1801's cooling water input cooling tube 1803 in, cooling tube 1803 is outside heat exchange pipe 1702, and to the higher electrolyte cooling of temperature in the heat exchange pipe 1702.
The liquid outlet temperature sensor T1 is arranged on an electrolyte liquid outlet pipeline between the outlet of the heat dissipation device 17 and the precipitation inlet of the precipitation treatment filtering device 19, the operation effects of the heat dissipation device 17 and the cooling device 18 are monitored in real time, and whether the cooling temperature of the electrolyte meets the requirement of recycling the electrolyte into the power generation module unit or not is judged.
The precipitation treatment filtering device 19 comprises a precipitation filtering tank 1901, a high-frequency precipitation processor 1902, a nano filter 1903, a filtering back-flushing pump 1904, a precipitation inlet and a precipitation outlet, and is used for treating the generated-electricity precipitates in the electrolyte discharged by the power generation module unit. The precipitation inlet is connected with the outlet of the heat dissipation device 17 through an electrolyte outlet pipe, the precipitation inlet is connected with the precipitation filter box 1901, and cooled electrolyte is input into the precipitation treatment filter device 19. The high-frequency precipitation processor 1902 and the nano-filter 1903 are arranged inside the precipitation filter box 1901, one end of the filtration back-flushing pump 1904 is connected with the liquid outlet of the nano-filter 1903, the other end is connected with the precipitation outlet, and the precipitation outlet is connected with the circulation inlet of the circulation liquid box 20.
The generated electricity precipitates in the electrolyte discharged by the power generation module unit are mainly aqueous solution and alkali liquor of potassium metaaluminate and sodium metaaluminate, the electrolyte enters the precipitation filter box 1901 after being cooled, and after being subjected to high-frequency electrochemical treatment and filtration by the high-frequency precipitation processor 1902, nano-scale aluminum oxide is generated. Then, after the electrolyte containing the nano-scale aluminum oxide is filtered by the nano-filter 1903, the electrolyte is discharged out of the precipitation filter tank 1901 through the precipitation outlet and then discharged into the circulating liquid tank 20 through the circulating inlet under the action of the filtering back-flushing pump 1904. The nano-alumina obtained by the filtration of the nano-filter 1903 is recycled.
The circulating liquid tank 20 comprises a circulating inlet, a circulating outlet, an alkali liquid filtering port and a liquid supply pump 2001. The circulation inlet is connected with the precipitation outlet of the precipitation filter box 1901, the circulation outlet is connected with the electrolyte inlet of the power generation module unit through an electrolyte liquid inlet pipeline, the electrolyte after alkali supplement is input into the power generation module unit, and a reaction environment is continuously provided for the discharge reaction of the aluminum electrode plate and oxygen/air. The alkali liquor filter opening is connected with an alkali supplement outlet of an automatic alkali supplement device 21 through an alkali supplement pipe, one end of a liquid supply pump 2001 is connected with a circulating liquid tank 20, and the other end is connected with the circulating outlet. During the use, deposit electrolyte after the filtration processing and discharge into circulation liquid case 20 through the circulation import, fresh alkali lye gets into circulation liquid case 20 from alkali lye filter opening to mix with retrieving electrolyte, mix the back, discharge the power generation module list under the effect of feed pump 2001.
The feed liquor temperature sensor T2 sets up on the electrolyte feed liquor pipeline between the circulation export of connecting circulation liquid case 20 and the electrolyte import of electricity generation module unit, and whether the temperature of the electrolyte after real-time supervision retrieves and mends the alkali reaches the requirement of electricity generation module unit.
The automatic alkali supplement device 21 comprises an alkali supplement box 2101, an oscillator 2102, an automatic alkali supplement device 2103, an alkali supplement outlet and an alkali supplement pipe. The oscillator 2102 and the automatic alkali feeder 2103 are provided outside the alkali feeder tank 2101, and the alkali feeder outlet and the alkali feeder pipe are provided on the side and outside of the alkali feeder tank 2101, respectively. The automatic alkali supplement device 2103 is connected to the control system 12 and is responsible for injecting fresh alkali or alkaline liquor into the alkali supplement tank 2101. The oscillator 2102 promotes the fresh alkali or the alkali liquor in the alkali supplement tank 2101 to be dissolved uniformly, the dissolved alkali liquor is discharged into the alkali supplement pipe through an alkali supplement outlet, and then is discharged into an alkali liquor filter opening of the circulating liquid tank 20 through the alkali supplement pipe, and finally enters the circulating liquid tank 20.
The control system 12 is a control core of the aluminum air power generation system and controls the power generation process of the aluminum air power generation system, and comprises a hardware part, a software part and an operation panel, wherein the hardware part is an embedded control device, the software part is intelligent control software of the aluminum air power generation system, the operation panel is arranged outside the shell 11, and a power generation starting button 13 and a power generation stopping button 14 are arranged on the operation panel.
The embedded control device of the hardware part comprises a keyboard interface loop, a current detection interface loop, a voltage acquisition interface loop, a temperature detection input interface loop, an input/output interface loop, a CPU unit, a display, a power supply loop and a communication loop. The keyboard interface circuit connects the power generation start button 13 and the power generation stop button 14 of the operation panel. The temperature detection input interface loop is connected with an inlet liquid temperature sensor T2 and an outlet liquid temperature sensor T1. The input/output interface loop, the current detection interface loop and the voltage acquisition interface loop are connected with the power generation output end of the power generation module unit. The power supply circuit and the communication circuit connect all interface circuits of the hardware part with the CPU unit and the display. The display displays the voltage, current, temperature, output voltage and start or stop state of the power generation module unit and the aluminum air power generation system, and is arranged outside the shell 11.
The embedded control device of the hardware part also comprises a WIFI loop and a lightning stroke EMI loop, and the WIFI loop and the lightning stroke EMI loop are connected with the CPU unit and the display through the power supply loop and the communication loop, so that the network connection and lightning protection functions are provided for the aluminum air power generation system.
The intelligent control software of the aluminum air power generation system is arranged in the CPU unit and provides a full-automatic temperature-voltage control program of the aluminum air power generation system, the temperature and voltage changes in the whole power generation process can be automatically controlled through a high-speed PID algorithm according to the real-time current consumption detection feedback of a power load, the consumption of aluminum electrode pieces with useless power in the power generation process is reduced to the maximum extent, the complete machine stable power generation efficiency of the aluminum air power generation system and the energy conversion rate of the aluminum electrode pieces of the aluminum air power generation module unit are improved, and the intelligent control software is the key for realizing the complete machine stable power generation of the aluminum air power generation system.
The power generation start button 13 is used for starting power generation of the aluminum air power generation system, and the power generation stop button 14 is used for stopping power generation of the aluminum air power generation system. The control system 12 automatically controls the aluminum air power generation system to start or stop power generation by pressing the power generation start button 13 or the power generation stop button 14, and other manual auxiliary operations are not needed in the whole power generation process.
When the power generation module is used, the power generation starting button 13 is pressed, the control system 12 automatically controls the liquid supply pump 2001 of the circulating liquid tank 20 to start running, and electrolyte is circularly supplied to the power generation module unit; meanwhile, the control system 12 automatically controls the oxygen supply device 16 to supply oxygen or air to the aluminum air power generation system. The aluminum electrode plates in the aluminum air power generation module unit have electrochemical action with oxygen and electrolyte, and the aluminum electrode plates automatically react to start power generation. The power generation of the aluminum air power generation system is directly output to the voltage inverter 5 and the power supply is output. In the power generation process, potassium metaaluminate and sodium metaaluminate aqueous solution generated by the power generation module unit flows into the precipitation filter box 1901 through the precipitation inlet of the precipitation treatment filter device 19 after passing through the electrolyte outlet and being cooled and radiated by the heat exchange tube 1702 of the heat radiator 17 and the cooling tube 1803 of the cooling device 18, and is filtered by high-frequency electrochemical treatment to generate nano-scale aluminum oxide, the electrolyte filtered by the nano-filter 1903 enters the circulating liquid box 20, and after alkali supplement, qualified electrolyte is input into the power generation module unit, and the aluminum air power generation system starts to enter the power generation process. When the power generation stop button 14 is pressed, the control system 12 automatically controls the liquid supply pump 2001 of the circulating liquid tank 20 to stop running, the power generation module unit stops circulating liquid supply, the control system 12 automatically controls the oxygen supply device 16 to stop supplying oxygen or air, and the aluminum air power generation system stops generating power.
Specifically, the intelligent control software of the aluminum air power generation system controls the current detection interface circuit and the voltage acquisition interface circuit to detect the output voltage and current of the power generation module unit and the aluminum air power generation system. The control software controls the temperature of the electrolyte when the electrolyte is cooled and returned through the detection of the liquid outlet temperature sensor T1 and the liquid inlet temperature sensor T2 by the temperature detection input interface loop. The control software automatically controls the running conditions of the multistage oxygen supply and heat dissipation device 17 and the cooling device 18 of the oxygen supply device 16 and the alkali supplement amount of the automatic alkali supplement device 21 through a high-speed PID algorithm according to the detected voltage, current and temperature data, and adjusts and controls the generated energy, the electrolyte temperature and the temperature and voltage change in the whole power generation process in real time.
