本发明公开了一种高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,为液体,按照重量百分比计,包括去污剂,缓蚀剂、增溶剂、金属络合剂、PH值调节剂、纳米材料和去离子水,所述去污剂为多组分组合型非离子表面活性剂,占比为1‑2.5%,缓蚀剂占比为0.3‑1%,增溶剂占比为3‑9%,金属络合剂占比为0.1‑0.8%,PH调节剂占比根据实际情况确定,所述纳米材料为固体纳米颗粒,占比为0.01‑3%,剩余为去离子水。本发明的清洗机不仅使绝缘子清洗后光亮如新,而且在绝缘子表面形成一层保护膜,使其不易被二次污染,延长再次清洗的时间。

Description

一种高铁绝缘子清洗防护剂
技术领域
本发明涉及高铁列车用绝缘子清洗技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂。
背景技术
绝缘子是高铁列车接触电网支撑及悬挂装置的关键部件,位于高铁列车的顶部,起着悬挂装置中带点部分与绝缘部分的电气隔离及对悬挂装置的支撑作用等等。在自然环境中,高铁列车绝缘子容易受到弓网***产生的金属粉尘以及环境中颗粒性性尘埃等的污染,在其表面形成一层污秽层,降低其表面绝缘性,使其在潮湿天气时容易发生污闪。污闪会损坏电器设备,严重影响高铁列车的运行安全。
由于高铁列车绝缘子结构及位置的特殊性,目前防污闪措施主要采用清洗剂进行人工清洗。目前采用的清洗剂只要有两类:一类是溶剂型清洗剂,这种清洗剂清洗速度快,清洗效率高,但挥发的气体都具有一定毒性,长时间接触对人身会造成伤害,且都易燃烧,贮存及使用存在较大的安全隐患;一种是水基型清洗剂,这种清洗剂清洗的速度慢,在一定的维修时间内完成全部绝缘子的清洗较困难,且清洗效率不高,容易有残留,造成绝缘子的二次污染。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为了解决高铁列车绝缘子选用清洗剂的上述问题,设计了本发明的技术方案。
本发明提供了一种高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,该清洗剂主要由去污剂,缓蚀剂、增溶剂、金属络合剂、PH值调节剂、纳米材料等组成。去污剂主要是使污垢从绝缘子表面去除,有A,B,C三种非离子表面活性剂组成,缓释剂主要是防治清洗剂喷洒到绝缘子以外的部位,对其尤其及金属造成腐蚀,增溶剂主要是增加脱落污垢及清洗剂中其他组分在溶液中的溶解度,金属络合剂主要是对污垢中的金属离子进行络合,防治再次在绝缘子表面沉积,PH调节剂主要是调节清洗剂的PH值,使清洗剂的PH值控制在9以下;纳米材料主要是增加绝缘清洗后的光亮度,且不易被二次污染。
一种高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,为液体,按照重量百分比计,包括去污剂,缓蚀剂、增溶剂、金属络合剂、PH值调节剂、纳米材料和去离子水,所述去污剂为多组分组合型非离子表面活性剂,占比为1-2.5%,缓蚀剂占比为0.3-1%,增溶剂占比为3-9%,金属络合剂占比为0.1-0.8%,PH调节剂占比根据实际情况确定,所述纳米材料为固体纳米颗粒,占比为0.01-3%,剩余为去离子水。
所述去污剂为多组分组合型非离子表面活性剂,包括A、B、C三种非离子表面活性剂,其比例为A:B:C=1:1.5-3:1。
所述缓蚀剂优选为偏硅酸钠,占比优选为0.3-0.6%。
所述增溶剂优选为乙醇,占比优选为3-7%。
所述金属络合剂优选为柠檬酸钠,占比优选为0.2-0.6%。
所述PH调节剂优选为三乙醇胺。
所述纳米材料为纳米二氧化硅,优选占比为0.1-1%,
进一步的,所述A、B、C三种非离子表面活性剂分别为异构醇与环氧乙烷的聚合物(1310),异丙醇酰胺(DX6508)和月桂醇磷酸酯(十二烷基磷酸单酯)。
本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,将各个组分按配比称重后,先将去离子水倒入搅拌容器中,然后依次加入去污剂、增溶剂、缓蚀剂、金属络合剂、纳米材料,最后加入PH值调节剂调节溶液的PH值,使溶液的PH值在9以下,呈弱碱性,每添加一种组分,需要等该组分完全溶解且搅拌均匀后,再添加下一种组分,所有组分添加完后,再搅拌30-60分钟即成成品。
本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,在对绝缘子清洗时,把绝缘子清洗剂原液用喷壶均匀的喷涂到绝缘子上,连续喷涂完一列车厢上的绝缘子后,按喷涂的先后顺序再用抹布轻轻地擦拭喷涂过的绝缘子即可。用抹布擦拭后的绝缘子未干净的,需要按上述清洗方式进行二次清洗,即可达到干净标准。
与现有清洗剂相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,清洗后的绝缘子耐击穿电压高,能耐135KV的击穿电压。
2、本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,清洗剂易挥发,清洗速度快,喷洒后用抹布轻轻擦拭后,2min即可挥发完全,且无残留。
3、本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,清洗剂去污能力强,效率高,喷洒后2min用抹布轻轻擦拭,污垢去除率可达95%以上。
4、本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,清洗剂选用的试剂全部是环境友好型的,易分解,对环境无伤害。
5、本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,清洗剂中添加的特殊纳米材料,不仅使绝缘子清洗后光亮如新,而且在绝缘子表面形成一层保护膜,使其不易被二次污染,延长再次清洗的时间。
6、本发明的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,清洗剂是水基型的,能与水任意比例稀释,且不燃烧,储存及使用安全,另外该清洗剂挥发物无气味,且对人体无伤害。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作详细说明,所述实施例是说明性的,而非限制性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
一种高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,为液体,按照重量百分比计,去污剂为异构醇与环氧乙烷的聚合物(1310),异丙醇酰胺(DX6508)和月桂醇磷酸酯(十二烷基磷酸单酯)按照1:2:1的比例配成多组分组合型非离子表面活性剂,占比1.5%,缓蚀剂为偏硅酸钠,占比为0.5%,增溶剂为乙醇,占比为5%,金属络合剂为柠檬酸钠,占比为0.3%,PH调节剂添加量约为0.5%,所述纳米材料为二氧化硅,占比为0.3%,剩余为去离子水。
上述配比的高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,其成品的PH值为8.7,在某动车运用所实际使用,对一列标准的五动三拖的高铁列车进行清洗,一次清洗后需要二次清洗的绝缘子数量都不超过2个,并且首次清洗后,到再次清洗时,发现高铁列车没有严重污染的绝缘子。
对从高铁列车上拆下来的废旧绝缘子清洗后,按照GB/T1695-2005的国标进行耐压试验,清洗后的绝缘子能耐135KV的击穿电压。

1.一种高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,为液体,按照重量百分比计,其特征在于:由去污剂,缓蚀剂、增溶剂、金属络合剂、PH调节剂、纳米材料和去离子水组成,所述去污剂为多组分组合型非离子表面活性剂,包括A、B、C三种非离子表面活性剂,其比例为A:B:C=1:1.5-3:1,所述A、B、C三种非离子表面活性剂分别为异构醇与环氧乙烷的聚合物1310,异丙醇酰胺DX6508和月桂醇磷酸酯,占比为1-2.5%,缓蚀剂为偏硅酸钠,占比为0.3-1%,所述增溶剂为乙醇,占比为3-9%,金属络合剂为柠檬酸钠,占比为0.1-0.8%,PH调节剂为三乙醇胺,占比根据实际情况确定,所述纳米材料为纳米二氧化硅,占比为0.01-3%,剩余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高铁列车绝缘子清洗防护剂,按照重量百分比计,其特征在于:由去污剂,缓蚀剂、增溶剂、金属络合剂、PH调节剂、纳米材料和去离子水组成,所述去污剂为多组分组合型非离子表面活性剂,包括A、B、C三种非离子表面活性剂,其比例为A:B:C=1:1.8-2.5:1,所述A、B、C三种非离子表面活性剂分别为异构醇与环氧乙烷的聚合物1310,异丙醇酰胺DX6508和月桂醇磷酸酯,占比为1-2.5%,缓蚀剂为偏硅酸钠,占比为0.3-0.6%,所述增溶剂为乙醇,占比为3-7%,金属络合剂为柠檬酸钠,占比为0.2-0.6%,PH调节剂为三乙醇胺,占比根据实际情况确定,所述纳米材料为纳米二氧化硅,占比为0.1-1%,剩余为去离子水。
