Abstract

本发明提供一种即使在产生了***振的频带内也能够精度良好地检测出失火的产生的混合动力车辆。作为本发明的一个实施方式的混合动力车辆(1)为,具有在发动机(2)与变速器(5)之间的动力传递路径上经由减振器(6a、6b)而配置有电机(3)的结构的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,在电机(3)的转子(3a)上,经由被并列地配置的弹性部件(3c)及滞后机构(3d)而连结有质量体(3b),滞后机构(3d)在质量体(3b)进行振动时,向质量体(3b)施加与振动方向为反向的摩擦力。

本发明涉及一种混合动力车辆。
背景技术
在专利文献1中,记载了一种在发动机与变速器之间的动力传递路径上经由减振器而配置有电机的混合动力车辆、即所谓的单电机混合动力车辆(1M-HV)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
在单电机混合动力车辆中,在其结构上共振点具有三点,此外存在因电机的旋转惯性的影响而产生***振的频带(发动机转速区域)。并且,在产生***振的频带内,发动机转速的变动等级较小。因此,在产生***振的频带内,难以基于发动机转速的变动等级而检测出失火的产生。
本发明是鉴于上述课题而完成的发明,其目的在于,提供一种即使在产生了***振的频带内,也能够精度良好地检测出失火的产生的混合动力车辆。
用于解决课题的方法
本发明所涉及的混合动力车辆为,具有在发动机与变速器之间的动力传递路径上经由减振器而配置有电机的结构的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
在所述电机的转子上,经由被并列地被配置的弹性部件及滞后机构而连结有质量体,所述滞后机构在所述质量体进行振动时,向该质量体施加与振动方向为反向的摩擦力。
发明效果
根据本发明所涉及的混合动力车辆,由于能够控制由电机的旋转惯性的影响所导致的***振的产生等级从而将发动机转速的变动等级保持为能够检测出失火的产生的变动等级,因此,即使在产生了***振的频带内也能够精度良好地检测出失火的产生。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对作为本发明的一个实施方式的混合动力车辆的结构进行说明。
图1为表示作为本发明的一个实施方式的混合动力车辆的结构的示意图。如图1所示,本发明的一个实施方式的混合动力车辆1通过单电机混合动力车辆而被构成,并且作为主要的构成要素而具备发动机(Eng)2、电机3、变矩器(T/C)4、变速器(T/M)5、以及减振器6a、6b。
发动机2由将汽油或轻油等作为燃料而输出动力的内燃机构成。
电机3由同步发电电动机构成,其转子(rotor)3a被连接在减振器6a与减振器6b之间的动力传递路径上的位置P处。
变矩器4为,用于将从发动机2及电机3所输出的转矩向变速器5的输入轴传递的装置。
变速器5为,在对变矩器4的输出转矩进行变速之后将之传递至未图示的驱动轮的装置。
减振器6a、6b被直列地配置在发动机2与变矩器4之间的动力传递路径上。减振器6a、6b例如由弹簧减振器而构成,并且对因转矩变动或振动而引起的扭转振动进行抑制。
另外,在具有这样的结构的混合动力车辆1中,存在因电机3的旋转惯性的影响而产生***振的频带,并且在产生***振的频带内,发动机转速的变动等级较小。因此,在产生***振的频带内,难以基于发动机转速的变动等级而检测出失火的产生。因此,在本实施方式中,通过采用以下所示的方式来构成电机3,从而对由电机3的旋转惯性的影响所导致的***振的产生等级进行控制,进而将发动机转速的变动等级保持为能够检测出失火的产生的变动等级。以下,对电机3的详细结构进行说明。
如图1所示,在本实施方式中,在电机3的转子3a上,经由被并列地配置的弹性部件3c及滞后机构3d而连结有质量体3b。并且,滞后机构3d在质量体3b进行振动时,向质量体3b施加与其振动方向为反向的摩擦力。根据这样的结构,当随着电机3的振动而产生的振动力超过摩擦力时,虽然质量体3b会根据刚性而进行振动,但其振动周期相对于***振点而具有相位差。其结果为,虽然在通常情况下***振会在两个固有振动中成为波节的频率处产生,但由于所述波节根据上文所述的相位差而并不一致,因此能够使通过***振而降低的电机3的振动等级减小。
由此,如图2中由曲线L2所示的那样,在不具备滞后机构3d的现有结构的共振特性中,在***振频率fa处,发动机转速的变动等级会下降至难以检测出失火的产生(失火检测NG)的等级为止。与此相对,如图2中由曲线L1所示的那样,在具备滞后机构3d的本发明的共振特性下,在***振频率fa处,能够将发动机转速的变动等级保持为能够检测出失火的产生(失火检测OK)的变动等级。因此,即使在产生了***振的频带内,也能够精度良好地检测出失火的产生。
实施例
在本实施例中,关于现有结构及本发明的共振特性,而评价了随着发动机转速的变化而产生的发动机转速变动量的变化、及发动机转速变动量的时间变化。图3为表示随着发动机转速的变化而产生的发动机转速变动量的变化的评价结果的图。图4(a)~(c)为表示发动机转速变动量的时间变化的评价结果的图。在图3中,曲线L3表示本发明的共振特性下的发动机转速变动量,曲线L4表示现有结构的共振特性下的发动机转速变动量。此外,在图4(a)~(c)中,实线表示本发明的共振特性下的发动机转速变动量,虚线表示现有结构的共振特性下的发动机转速变动量。
如图3所示,可以确认到,根据本发明的共振特性,在产生***振的发动机转速区域R内,能够将发动机转速的变动等级保持为能够检测出失火的产生(失火检测OK)的变动等级。此外,如图4(a)~(c)所示,可以确认到,根据本发明的共振特性,在发动机转速的旋转3次的变动成分不发生变化的条件下,能够将与失火有关的发动机转速的旋转0.5次的变动成分的等级保持为能够检测出失火的产生(失火检测OK)的变动等级。由此,可以确认到,根据本发明的共振特性,即使在产生了***振的频带内也能够精度良好地检测出失火的产生。

1.一种混合动力车辆,其具有在发动机与变速器之间的动力传递路径上经由减振器而配置有电机的结构,其特征在于,
在所述电机的转子上,经由被并列地被配置的弹性部件及滞后机构而连结有质量体,所述滞后机构在所述质量体进行振动时,向该质量体施加与振动方向为反向的摩擦力。
