1. A process for producing a tire, characterized by: the process comprises the following steps:
s1: burdening and banburying: firstly, selecting raw materials comprising carbon black and natural rubber, placing the carbon black and the natural rubber in a reaction vessel, then adding 10-20% of dilute sulfuric acid into the reaction vessel for acidification, and finally adjusting the temperature of the reaction vessel to maintain the temperature of the reaction vessel at 320-350 ℃;
s2: preparing a rubber part: on the basis of S1, firstly, extruding the raw materials in the reaction container, then, controlling the temperature during extrusion to ensure that the extrusion temperature is maintained at 380-390 ℃ for rolling, then, putting the rolled raw materials into a forming machine for forming to obtain a formed tire bead, and finally cutting the formed tire bead into cord fabric;
s3: semi-finished product treatment: on the basis of S2, firstly, performing tread pressing treatment on the molded tire bead, controlling the temperature of the molded tire bead to be maintained at 400-410 ℃ in the tread pressing treatment process, then performing tread side treatment on the molded tire bead, controlling the temperature of the molded tire bead to be maintained at 390-400 ℃ in the tread side treatment process, then performing rubber pad pressing treatment, controlling the temperature of the molded tire bead to be within 430-440 ℃, and finally performing rubber core pressing treatment, and controlling the temperature of the molded tire bead to be 380-390 ℃;
s4: tire molding process: on the basis of S3, firstly, putting the product obtained in S2 into a reaction vessel, then putting an auxiliary agent into the reaction vessel, finally, adjusting the temperature of the reaction vessel to be between 270 ℃ and 290 ℃, keeping the temperature for 40 to 60 minutes, then assembling, and finally, controlling the temperature to be between 220 ℃ and 250 ℃ for vulcanization treatment to obtain a molded tire;
s5: and (3) tire reprocessing: putting the molded tire obtained in the step S4 into a production device for reprocessing;
the adopted production device comprises a water tank (1), a clapboard (2) is transversely and fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the water tank (1) near the middle part, a filtering mechanism (3) is longitudinally and fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the lower side of the water tank (1) and the lower surface of the clapboard (2) close to the middle part, a placing mechanism (4) is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the clapboard (2) close to the middle part, a round hole (5) is arranged on the upper side wall of the water tank (1) corresponding to the placing mechanism (4), the upper surfaces of the clapboards (2) at the left side and the right side of the placing mechanism (4) are fixedly provided with first brushes (6), a water leakage hole (7) is arranged on the left side of the clapboard (2), upright posts (8) are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the water tank (1) near four corners, a transverse plate (9) is fixedly arranged between the upper surfaces of the upright posts (8), and cylinders (10) are fixedly arranged on the transverse plate (9) close to the left side and the right side;

A process for the production of tyres as claimed in claim 1, wherein: filtering mechanism (3) include filter screen (301) and active carbon adsorption layer (302), equal vertical fixed mounting in water tank (1) downside inner wall and baffle (2) lower surface are close to the middle part position in filter screen (301) and active carbon adsorption layer (302).
