Abstract
一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,包括新风管道、空气净化模块、动力箱、电动风阀,新风管道一侧为新风入口,另一侧为弃风出口,空气净化模块对称分布于新风管道外周,空气净化模块由内向外包括粗滤网、高效过滤网、VOC分解滤网、紫外灯、洁净风出口,新风管道与净化模块接触部分为镂空的透气孔,动力箱位于新风管道入口处,包括新风粗滤及风机,电动风阀位于新风管道弃风出口处。本发明所述的空气净化装置,将传统的空气净化终端过滤方式变为错流过滤,室外新风在管道内流动的同时通过空气净化模块进行净化,附着在滤网上的粉尘被管道内空气带走,随弃风排出室外,在进行空气净化的同时对滤网表面进行清洁,延长滤网使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于室内空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会经济的发展,居民的物质消费水平不断得到提高,另一方面,经济的发展也给人们的生活环境带来污染,尤其是室内空气污染问题,越来越受到人们的重视。传统的空气净化器或新风净化***对空气进行过滤时均采用终端过滤,即空气垂直流过过滤介质,采用风机提供过滤动力,在负压抽吸或正压鼓风作用下气体透过过滤介质,粉尘颗粒物被过滤介质截留,气体透过。此种过滤方式被过滤介质截留的粉尘在压力作用下容易进入过滤介质内部,堵塞过滤孔道,无法在线清理,使用一段时间后就需要对过滤介质更换,使用成本较高,浪费了人力资源,造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明公开了一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,室外空气在过滤介质表面流向分为垂直流向和水平流向,垂直经过过滤介质的空气被净化进入室内,补充室内新鲜空气,水平流向的空气对附着在过滤介质表面的粉尘进行吹扫,被截留的粉尘随弃风排出室外,完成滤网表面的自清洁过程。
本发明的技术方案:一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,包括新风管道、空气净化模块、动力箱、电动风阀,新风管道一侧为新风入口,另一侧为弃风出口,空气净化模块对称分布于新风管道外周,空气净化模块由内向外包括粗滤网、高效过滤网、VOC分解滤网、紫外灯、洁净风出口,新风管道与净化模块接触部分为镂空的透气孔,动力箱位于新风管道入口处,包括新风粗滤及风机,电动风阀位于新风管道弃风出口处,所使用的粗滤网材质为聚酯、玻纤或聚丙烯,高效过滤网材质为聚四氟乙烯、聚酯、玻纤或聚丙烯,对大于0.3μm粉尘截留效率高于99.97%,VOC分解滤网为在蜂窝状多孔材料载体上,通过担载催化剂制成。
新风入口及弃风出口安装时位于室外,空气净化模块位于室内。
更进一步的空气净化模块可在室内不同位置布置多个,多个空气净化模块之间由新风管道串联、并联或二者同时使用。
更进一步的新风管道材质为不锈钢、镀锌铁皮或防腐碳钢,新风管道横截面为圆形或矩形。
更进一步的粗滤网表面经过喷涂抗菌剂抗菌改性,所述的抗菌剂无机抗菌剂,有机抗菌剂或天然抗菌剂。
更进一步的高效过滤网材质为玻纤、聚酯或聚四氟乙烯。
更进一步的VOC分解滤网为多孔材料负载催化剂制成,多孔材料包括分子筛及活性炭,催化剂为贵金属催化剂或金属氧化物型催化剂,贵金属催化剂为Pt、Pd、Rh催化剂,金属氧化物催化剂为Cu、Mn金属氧化物。
有益效果:本发明所述的具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置采用错流过滤方式对室外空气净化,采用电动风阀开度控制错流过滤的动力,从而控制洁净空气与弃风的比例,附着在空气净化模块表面的粉尘被新风管道内的空气带走,随弃风排至室外,从而达到滤网自清洁的目的,可避免粉尘堵塞过滤介质孔道。滤网具有自清洁作用,延长滤网使用寿命。VOC去除率大于90%,对大于0.3μm粉尘截留效率高于99.97%。此外本发明所述的室内空气净化装置可作为基本单元进行串联、并联组合,可适用于不同面积不同要求的室内空气净化,具有使用范围广、安装操作简单,无需频繁更换滤网维护等优点。

一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,包括矩形不锈钢新风管道1、空气净化模块2、动力箱3、电动风阀4,新风管道1一侧为新风入口101,另一侧为弃风出口102,空气净化模块2对称分布于新风管道1外周,空气净化模块2由内向外包括粗滤网201、高效过滤网202、VOC分解滤网203、紫外灯204、洁净风出口205,新风管道1与净化模块2接触部分为镂空的透气孔,动力箱3位于新风管道1入口处,包括新风粗滤301及风机302,电动风阀4位于新风管道1弃风出口102处。聚酯粗滤网201表面经过喷涂抗菌剂抗菌改性,所使用的抗菌剂为纳米银,高效过滤网202材质为玻纤,VOC分解滤网203为多孔材料负载催化剂制成,多孔材料分子筛,催化剂为贵金属催化剂Pt剂。其安装方式如图4所示,新风入口101及弃风出口102安装于室外,空气净化模块2位于室内,两个空气净化模块2串联安装。VOC去除率大于90%,对大于0.3μm粉尘截留效率高于99.97%。
实施例2
一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,包括圆形防腐碳钢新风管道1、空气净化模块2、动力箱3、电动风阀4,新风管道1一侧为新风入口101,另一侧为弃风出口102,空气净化模块2对称分布于新风管道1外周,空气净化模块2由内向外包括粗滤网201、高效过滤网202、VOC分解滤网203、紫外灯204、洁净风出口205,新风管道1与净化模块2接触部分为镂空的透气孔,动力箱3位于新风管道1入口处,包括新风粗滤301及风机302,电动风阀4位于新风管道1弃风出口102处。玻纤粗滤网201表面经过喷涂抗菌剂抗菌改性,所使用的抗菌剂为异噻唑酮衍生物。高效过滤网202材质为聚酯熔喷材料。VOC分解滤网203为多孔材料负载催化剂制成,多孔材料为分子筛,催化剂为Mn金属氧化物。其安装方式如图5所示,新风入口101及弃风出口102安装于室外,空气净化模块2位于室内,两个空气净化模块2并联安装。VOC去除率大于90%,对大于0.3μm粉尘截留效率高于99.97%。

一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,包括矩形镀锌铁皮新风管道1、空气净化模块2、动力箱3、电动风阀4,新风管道1一侧为新风入口101,另一侧为弃风出口102,空气净化模块2对称分布于新风管道1外周,空气净化模块2由内向外包括粗滤网201、高效过滤网202、VOC分解滤网203、紫外灯204、洁净风出口205,新风管道1与净化模块2接触部分为镂空的透气孔,动力箱3位于新风管道1入口处,包括新风粗滤301及风机302,电动风阀4位于新风管道1弃风出口102处。聚丙烯粗滤网201表面经过喷涂抗菌剂抗菌改性,抗菌剂为甲壳素。高效过滤网202材质为聚四氟乙烯。VOC分解滤网203为多孔材料负载催化剂制成,多孔材料为活性炭,催化剂为贵金属催化剂Pd。其安装方式如图6所示,新风入口101及弃风出口102安装于室外,空气净化模块2位于室内,两个空气净化模块2串联安装,室内共安装两组空气净化模块,每组之间并联安装。VOC去除率大于90%,对大于0.3μm粉尘截留效率高于99.97%。

1.一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括新风管道(1)、空气净化模块(2)、动力箱(3)、电动风阀(4);新风管道(1)一侧为新风入口(101),另一侧为弃风出口(102);空气净化模块(2)对称分布于新风管道(1)外周,空气净化模块(2)由内向外包括粗滤网(201)、高效过滤网(202)、VOC分解滤网(203)、紫外灯(204)、洁净风出口(205),新风管道(1)与净化模块(2)接触部分为镂空的透气孔;动力箱(3)位于新风管道(1)入口处,包括新风粗滤(301)及风机(302);电动风阀(4)位于新风管道(1)弃风出口(102)处;
所述新风入口(101)及弃风出口(102)安装时位于室外,空气净化模块(2)位于室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的空气净化模块(2)可在室内不同位置布置多个,多个空气净化模块(2)之间由新风管道(1)串联、并联或二者同时使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的新风管道(1)材质为不锈钢、镀锌铁皮或防腐碳钢,新风管道横截面为圆形或矩形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的粗滤网(201)表面经过喷涂抗菌剂抗菌改性,所述的抗菌剂无机抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂或天然抗菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的高效过滤网(202)材质为玻纤、聚酯或聚四氟乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自清洁功能的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述的VOC分解滤网(203)为多孔材料负载催化剂制成,多孔材料包括分子筛或活性炭,催化剂为贵金属催化剂或金属氧化物型催化剂,贵金属催化剂为Pt、Pd、Rh催化剂,金属氧化物催化剂为Cu、Mn金属氧化物。
