But its threaded hole structure that needs to change by the connecting piece is all not suitable for most occasions, and its installation back is directly locked and can't be dismantled simultaneously, also is not fit for the occasion that needs to dismantle the maintenance and uses, and its installation also is very troublesome.

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-9, the stable anti-loosening bolt of the present invention comprises a bolt head 1, an external threaded bolt rod 11 with a top end fixed on the bolt head 1, the bolt head 1 being round, rod-shaped press holes 12 coaxially arranged in the bolt head 1 and the bolt rod 11, a round rod-shaped press rod 2 movably fitted in the press holes 12, and an adjusting cap 3, wherein the adjusting cap 3 comprises an adjusting plate 31 fixed on the top end of the press rod 2, and a sleeve-shaped adjusting sleeve 32 with a top end inner wall fixed on the outer edge of the adjusting plate 31, the inner wall of the adjusting sleeve 32 being round and movably fitted on the bolt head 1, the outer wall of the adjusting sleeve 32 being a regular hexagon sleeve-shaped structure, a press block 21 fixed on the bottom end of the press rod 2, and a rubber expansion gasket 4 fitted on the press rod 2 and pressed between the press block 21 and the bottom end face of the bolt rod 11, and the periphery of the expansion gasket 4 being round coaxial with, the hole wall of the pressure hole 12 is provided with a strip-shaped limiting groove 13, the rod wall of the pressure rod 2 is provided with a limiting block 22 which is positioned in the limiting groove 13 in a sliding way, the distance between the middle part of the limiting groove 13 and the top end of the pressure hole 12 is less than the distance between the two ends of the limiting groove 13 and the top end of the pressure hole 12, the distance between the front end of the limiting groove 13 and the top end of the pressure hole 12 is greater than the distance between the rear end of the limiting groove 13 and the top end of the pressure hole 12, the middle part of the limiting groove 13 is in smooth transition to the two ends, an elastic reset mechanism is arranged between the pressure rod 2 and the bolt rod 11, the reset mechanism drives the pressure rod 2 to be positioned at the front end or the rear end of the limiting groove 13, the diameter of the periphery of the expansion gasket 4 is smaller than or larger than the external diameter of the external thread on the bolt rod 11, the adjusting cap 3 can be rotated clockwise, the limiting block 11, and drives the stopper 22 to move from the rear end to the front end of the stopper groove 13.
Further, the expansion gasket 4 comprises two annular metal pressing sheets 41 sleeved on the pressing rod 2, and further comprises a rubber sheet 42 connected to one side of the two pressing sheets 41 opposite to each other at the top end and the bottom end respectively, two ends of the rubber sheet 42 are connected to the position, close to the periphery, of the pressing sheet 41, and the middle of the rubber sheet 42 is bent to form an outer convex structure with a U-shaped cross section. The bolt can screw and fix the bolt rod 11 and the connected piece by only rotating the adjusting cap 3 clockwise, and realize the anti-loose effect, and can unscrew and separate the bolt rod 11 and the connected piece by only rotating the adjusting cap 3 anticlockwise, so that only normal screwing and unscrewing operation is needed, and the use is very convenient; the adjusting cap 3 is rotated clockwise to drive the bolt rod 11 to rotate clockwise towards the screwing direction, when the bolt rod 11 is screwed with the connected piece, the friction force between the internal thread and the external thread is larger than the resistance force received by the limiting block 22, then the adjusting cap 3 is rotated clockwise continuously, the limiting block 22 moves from the front end to the rear end of the limiting groove 13, the periphery of the expansion gasket 4 is propped against the internal thread of the connected piece, then the adjusting cap 3 can not be rotated clockwise continuously, the combined action of the inclination angle of the front half section of the limiting groove 13 and the elastic force of the reset mechanism determines the resistance force received by the limiting block 22, thereby ensuring the same screwing strength after each bolt is screwed, ensuring the same deformation degree of the surface of the connected piece through the bolt, therefore, the anti-loosening effect is better, and in the process that the limiting block 22 moves from the rear end to the middle part of the limiting groove 13, the periphery of the expansion, therefore, the rotation of the pressure lever 2 caused by vibration can be avoided, and the screwing degree of the bolt rod 11 and the connected piece can be changed by changing the inclination angle of the front half section of the limiting groove 13 and the elastic force of the reset mechanism according to the requirements of various occasions, in short, the inclination angle of the front half section of the limiting groove 13 determines the screwing degree of the bolt rod 11, and the position of the rear end of the limiting groove 13 determines the compression degree of the expansion gasket 4; and the bolt does not need to change the structure of the internal thread hole of the connected piece, and the universality is higher.
