the operation method of the outer wall operation device for building construction comprises the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: connecting a plurality of fixing buckles at the periphery of the loading frame (2) with ropes, wherein the ropes are connected with external power equipment; the power apparatus is fixed at the top of the building, the loading frame (2) is tightly attached to the outer wall of the building, the power apparatus drives the rope to extend and contract, the loading frame (2), the hanging basket frame (9) and the mounting plate (1) are driven to move up and down on the outer side of the wall, and a worker can construct the outer part of the building wall when standing in the hanging basket frame (9);

step four: when shaking danger occurs in work, the third electric telescopic column (10) is started to extend upwards through the control cabinet (12), and the through hole in the middle of the side plate (11) is plugged; when the rope is broken and the whole device falls, the control cabinet (12) starts the second telescopic column (23) to extend out of the mounting hole (22), so that the cloth curtain (24) is driven to extend out of the mounting hole (22), and the cloth curtain (24) is paved to generate larger resistance with air, so that the descending speed of the whole device is reduced;
the periphery of the loading frame (2) is uniformly welded with a plurality of fixing buckles, and the outside of the second inflatable bag (16) is uniformly connected with a plurality of friction layers (17).
