本发明公开了一种多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法,其工艺流程如下:POY扁平丝→丝束原丝管→单向箭头预网络→导盘式第一罗拉→上热箱→冷却板→假捻器→导盘式第二罗拉→网络→导盘式辅助罗拉→下热箱定型→皮辊式第三罗拉→出丝导丝器→油轮上油→卷绕成型,其中,用匀速生头杆进行生头,生头杆的气源为冷冻干燥气源,丝束匀速进入上热箱并采用螺旋式环状加热,假捻器采用腾高Φ52.5PU盘,通过降低D/Y,减少假捻器转速,并同步增加丝束的接触面来减少单丝损伤,提高弹性。该多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法生产稳定,品质均匀,且不易产生单丝断裂和飞毛,便于后道加工。

技术领域:
本发明涉及涤纶长丝生产技术领域,尤其是一种多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法。
背景技术:
随着近年来涤纶纤维的差别化生产技术的推广,普通常规涤纶纤维很难满足中高端纺织织物的要求,现有技术的多F扁平涤纶丝生产不稳定,同一生产线不同时段生产的产品品质不一,加工过程中容易产生单丝断裂,纺织飞毛,导致客户后道产品柔软性、光泽性,弹性都不尽如人意。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法,该制备方法生产稳定,品质均匀,且不易产生单丝断裂和飞毛,便于后道加工。
本发明的技术解决方案是,一种多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法,其工艺流程如下:POY扁平丝→丝束原丝管→单向箭头预网络→导盘式第一罗拉→上热箱→冷却板→假捻器→导盘式第二罗拉→网络→导盘式辅助罗拉→下热箱定型→皮辊式第三罗拉→出丝导丝器→油轮上油→卷绕成型,其中,用匀速生头杆进行生头,生头杆的气源为冷冻干燥气源,丝束匀速进入上热箱并采用螺旋式环状加热,假捻器采用腾高Φ52.5PU盘,通过降低D/Y,减少假捻器转速,并同步增加丝束的接触面来减少单丝损伤,提高弹性;丝束经过皮辊式第三罗拉时,与皮辊式第三罗拉点接触;卷绕张力为8-10g,蒸箱温度150-200℃,压力0.04-0.05MPa。
作为优选,皮辊式三罗拉的导盘绕丝圈数为6圈。
本发明具有的有益效果,通过采用本发明所设更加柔软、光泽,富有弹性和立体感,后道雪尼纱产品更加丰盈、丰满、蓬松且晶莹有光泽,后加工而成的地毯成品及仿羊绒饰品柔软、蓬松、饱满,富有弹性。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
一种多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法,其工艺流程如下:POY扁平丝→丝束原丝管→单向箭头预网络→导盘式第一罗拉→上热箱→冷却板→假捻器→导盘式第二罗拉→网络→导盘式辅助罗拉→下热箱定型→皮辊式第三罗拉→出丝导丝器→油轮上油→卷绕成型,其中,用匀速生头杆进行生头,生头杆的气源为冷冻干燥气源,丝束匀速进入上热箱并采用螺旋式环状加热,假捻器采用腾高Φ52.5PU盘,通过降低D/Y,减少假捻器转速,并同步增加丝束的接触面来减少单丝损伤,提高弹性;丝束经过皮辊式第三罗拉时,与皮辊式第三罗拉点接触;卷绕张力为8-10g,蒸箱温度150-200℃,压力0.04-0.05MPa
本实施例中采用第一、第二罗拉以及导盘式辅助罗拉为导盘,第三罗拉为万向型皮辊,且丝束与三罗拉点接触,使丝束在下热箱完全收缩、定型。生头杆气源采用冷冻干燥,稳定气源质量,使丝束匀速送入第一热箱后,通过冷却板冷却,同时假捻器采用定制的腾高Φ52.5PU盘,工艺上通过降低D/Y,减少假捻器转速,且增加丝束的接触面来减少单丝损伤、增加弹性,仿棉性能佳,手感柔和;另外还可对上下热箱采用螺旋式环状加热,改变其原来的贴面加热,既节能,又使扁平多F单纤维均匀又充分受热,使其染色稳定、均匀。其中,设备上对热箱进行进一步保温,材料采用航天纳米新型技术,保温效果好,热箱散热少,使丝束在热箱内受热均匀,并增加丝束环保型加弹,改变原来单面贴面加热,288F-576F扁平单丝充分均匀环型加热,增加拉伸的均匀性,可以有效地减少或避免因单丝断裂而影响产品品种问题。
另外,将现有工艺进行改进,先经过预网络再进入第一牵伸导盘,可有效减少毛刺,使丝束不易起毛;同时,生头时利用匀速生头杆进行生头,替代传统的止捻器,丝束不易产生飞花,结合皮圈式三罗拉的导盘绕丝圈数为6圈,增加拉伸空间,使其拉伸平稳,减少多F扁平丝束拉毛现象,从而减少单丝拉伸断裂,生产飞毛;增加假捻器PU盘直径到52.5mm从而增加丝束与假捻器的接触弧度和长度,从而增加丝束在假捻器里的停留时间,增加丝束蓬松度,卷曲弹性可达到16%以上,满足雪尼尔纱特定的丰满度要求,而参数拉伸倍数的调整,使得充分拉伸,提高蓬松性,减少缩率;卷绕张力为8-10g,蒸箱温度150-200℃,压力0.04-0.05MPa,使丝饼松软,有收缩空间,具有充分缩率。
以下是通过本发明设计的制备方法所制备而成的一种多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法的各项性能指标列表:

8、筒重(㎏):满卷定重。

1.一种多F扁平涤纶丝的制备方法,其特征在于:其工艺流程如下:POY扁平丝→丝束原丝管→单向箭头预网络→导盘式第一罗拉→上热箱→冷却板→假捻器→导盘式第二罗拉→网络→导盘式辅助罗拉→下热箱定型→皮辊式第三罗拉→出丝导丝器→油轮上油→卷绕成型,其中,用匀速生头杆进行生头,生头杆的气源为冷冻干燥气源,丝束匀速进入上热箱并采用螺旋式环状加热,假捻器采用腾高Φ52.5PU盘,通过降低D/Y,减少假捻器转速,并同步增加丝束的接触面来减少单丝损伤,提高弹性;丝束经过皮辊式第三罗拉时,与皮辊式第三罗拉点接触;卷绕张力为8-10g,蒸箱温度150-200℃,压力0.04-0.05MPa。
