Detailed Description
When the UE is configured with the wideband PDCCH DMRS, if the UE cannot determine the resources for PDSCH rate matching, it will affect PDSCH demodulation, resulting in data reception failure.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a PDSCH rate matching method, and in this scheme, when a UE is configured with a wideband PDCCH DMRS and the UE is outside a first constraint condition, the REs occupied by the downlink control information and the REs occupied by the wideband PDCCH DMRS in a control resource set where the downlink control information is located are used as resources available for PDSCH rate matching, so that PDSCH rate matching can be performed smoothly, PDSCH demodulation is prevented from being affected, and data transmission efficiency is improved.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a PDSCH rate matching method, which may include the following steps:
in step 11, when the UE is configured with the broadband PDCCH DMRS, it is detected whether downlink control information is included in a control resource set acquired in advance.
In a specific implementation, when performing PDSCH rate matching, a UE needs to determine resources available for PDSCH rate matching.
Since the wideband PDCCH DMRS exists not only in the REG where the PDCCH is located, but also in some resources outside the REG where the PDCCH is located, it is necessary to determine the resources available for PDSCH rate matching by using the PDSCH rate matching method in the embodiment of the present invention.
The UE may acquire only one Control Resource Set (core) in advance, or may acquire more than two core sets in advance, where the number of the core sets is not limited. Each CORESET is a collection of multiple REs. In the obtained CORESET, PDCCH DMRS in the CORESET is a narrowband DMRS, and PDCCH DMRS in the CORESET is a wideband DMRS.
In a specific implementation, regardless of the number of CORESET acquired by the UE in advance, the UE may detect whether Downlink Control Information (DCI) is included in each CORESET configured as the wideband PDCCH DMRS, respectively, to determine whether REs in the CORESET are used for PDCCH transmission.
And step 12, when the downlink control information is detected in the pre-acquired control resource set, detecting whether the UE is out of a first limit condition.
Wherein the first limiting condition includes: the UE is configured with a PDSCH rate matching resource set, and the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set comprises information of a control resource set in which the downlink control information is located.
In a specific implementation, when DCI exists in the CORESET, it indicates that part of the resources in the CORESET have been used for PDCCH data transmission, so it is necessary to determine PDSCH rate-matched resources in the CORESET so that the UE can correctly receive PDSCH data.
Currently, 5G NR supports configuring UE with up to 4 PDSCH Rate-matched Resource sets (Rate-match-PDSCH-Resource-sets) via a higher layer parameter Resource-set-BWP. Each PDSCH rate matching resource set is a set of REs that are not available for PDSCH transmission and need PDSCH rate matching. The PDSCH rate matching resource set may or may not include the UE's own CORESET information. The information of the core set of the UE may include an ID of the core set and an ID of a search space associated with the core set, and the UE may obtain frequency domain information of the core set according to the ID of the core set and may obtain time domain information of the core set through a monitoring time of the search space corresponding to the ID according to the ID of the search space.
When the PDSCH rate matching resource set contains information of CORESET, the 5G NR supporting base station uses DCI to dynamically indicate whether part or all of CORESET can be used for PDSCH rate matching. Specifically, the base station may use the DCI to indicate that part or all of the CORESET may be used for PDSCH rate matching, and may also indicate that part or all of the CORESET may not be used for PDSCH rate matching.
The existing 3GPP protocol only provides a solution for PDSCH rate matching when the UE is configured with a PDSCH rate matching resource set and the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set includes the information of the core set where the DCI is located, and a solution for other situations is not yet provided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the UE is configured with a PDSCH rate matching resource set, and the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set includes information of a core set where the DCI is located, as a first restriction condition.
In specific implementations, cases other than the first limitation may include multiple cases, and are not particularly limited. For example, the UE may not be configured with a PDSCH rate matching resource set; or, the UE is configured with a PDSCH rate matching resource set, but the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set does not include information of CORESET; or, the UE is configured with a PDSCH rate matching resource set, and the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set includes the CORESET information, but the CORESET corresponding to the included CORESET information is a resource that is not available for PDSCH rate matching.
In a specific implementation, the base station may indicate, through the DCI, whether the core set corresponding to the information of the core set in the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set is unavailable for PDSCH rate matching. Of course, other indications may be used, and are not particularly limited.
And step 13, when the UE is out of the first limiting condition, taking the RE in the first set as a resource which can be used for PDSCH rate matching, and performing PDSCH rate matching.
Wherein the first set comprises: and in a control resource set in which the downlink control information is located, REs occupied by the downlink control information and REs occupied by the wideband PDCCH DMRS.
In a specific implementation, REs occupied by one Resource Block (RB) on one OFDM symbol constitute one REG. One REG includes 12 REs. CORESET is continuous in the time domain, but may or may not be continuous in the frequency domain.
In a specific implementation, when the CORESET is discontinuous in the frequency domain, the continuous portion within the CORESET including the DCI may include: all REs within the REG where the wideband PDCCH DMRS is located. Since PDCCH DMRS is configured to be wideband, there is DCI on some REGs among the multiple REGs where the wideband PDCCH DMRS is located, the remaining REGs do not have DCI, and there are 9 REs for DCI within each REG where DCI is present, and 3 REs for DMRS, i.e., REs numbered #1, #5, #9 within a REG.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the REs occupied by DCI and the REs occupied by wideband PDCCH DMRS in the core set where DCI is located may be used as PDSCH rate matching resources.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first set may also be a union of REs occupied by DCI in the CORESET where DCI is located and all REs in the REG where the wideband PDCCH DMRS is located.
For example, the UE is configured with 1 CORESET-1, where the time domain length of the CORESET-1 is 2 OFDM symbols, the CORESET-1 is discontinuous in the frequency domain, and is divided into three segments in the frequency domain: the first segment occupies 18 RBs, the second segment occupies 36 RBs, the third segment occupies 42 RBs, and 96 RBs are provided. Within the CORESET-1, PDCCH DMRS is configured as a wideband DMRS.
If the UE monitors the CORESET-1 in the nth time slot and detects a DCI, the base station may schedule the PDSCH of the nth time slot through the DCI. The DCI occupies 2 symbols in the time domain and 6 RBs in the frequency domain. Due to interleaving, the DCI may be spread over the first and second segments of CORESET-1, such that the wideband PDCCH DMRS occupies all REGs over the DCI-containing contiguous portion of CORESET-1, i.e., the first and second segments.
In this case, the first set may be the REs occupied by DCI and the REs occupied by wideband PDCCH DMRS in CORESET-1, and since wideband PDCCH DMRS fixedly occupies 3 REs with numbers #1, #5, and #9 on each REG, there are 6 × 2 × 9+ (18+36) × 2 × 3 — 432 REs as PDSCH rate-matched resources.
The first set may also be a union of REs occupied by DCI in CORESET-1 and all REs in REG where wideband PDCCH DMRS is located, that is, a continuous portion of DCI contained in CORESET-1, and total (18+36) × 2 × 12 ═ 1296 REs are PDSCH rate-matched resources.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the CORESET is continuous in the frequency domain, the CORESET contains a continuous portion of the DCI, i.e., the entire CORESET. At this time, the whole core set may be used as the first set, that is, all REs in the core set where the DCI is located are PDSCH rate-matched resources.
For example, the UE is configured with 1 core set-2, where the time domain length of the core set-2 is 2 OFDM symbols, and the frequency domain occupies 96 Resource Blocks (RBs). Within the CORESET-2, PDCCH DMRS is configured as a wideband DMRS.
If the UE monitors the CORESET-2 in the nth time slot and detects a DCI, the base station may schedule the PDSCH of the nth time slot through the DCI, and may schedule the PDSCH of other time slots. At this time, the UE may use all REs in the CORESET (i.e., CORESET-2) where the detected DCI is located as resources available for PDSCH rate matching, and then 96 × 2 × 12 — 2304 total REs are resources for PDSCH rate matching.
The PDSCH rate matching method in the above embodiment may enable the UE to quickly determine the resource for PDSCH rate matching when the UE is configured with the wideband DMRS and the UE is outside the first constraint condition, so as to perform PDSCH rate matching, and improve data transmission efficiency.
Fig. 2 is another PDSCH rate matching method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the method may include:
and step 21, when the UE is configured with the broadband DMRS, detecting whether downlink control information is contained in a pre-acquired control resource set.

And executing step 22 when the pre-acquired control resource set does not contain the DCI, otherwise executing step 23.
And step 22, taking all the REs in the pre-acquired control resource set as resources available for PDSCH data transmission.
In a specific implementation, when the pre-acquired control resource set does not include DCI, the core set where the DCI is located may be used for PDSCH data transmission without performing rate matching on the core set.
Step 23, detecting whether the UE is outside the first restriction condition.
Wherein the first limiting condition includes: the UE is configured with a PDSCH rate matching resource set, and the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set comprises information of a control resource set in which the downlink control information is located.
Step 23 may be implemented specifically with reference to the description of step 12, and will not be described herein again.
When the UE belongs to the case outside the first restriction condition, step 24 is performed, otherwise step 25 is performed.
And step 24, taking the REs in the first set as resources which can be used for PDSCH rate matching, and performing PDSCH rate matching.
Wherein the first set comprises: and in a control resource set in which the downlink control information is located, REs occupied by the downlink control information and REs occupied by the wideband PDCCH DMRS.
Step 24 may be implemented specifically with reference to the description of step 13, and is not described herein again.
And step 25, taking the RE in the configured PDSCH rate matching resource set as the resource for PDSCH rate matching, and performing PDSCH rate matching.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, the UE in the embodiment of the present invention may acquire a plurality of control resource sets in advance, and for each control resource set, the PDSCH rate matching method in the above embodiment may be adopted to determine resources that can be used for PDSCH rate matching in the control resource set, so that a set of determination results of each control resource set is used as all resources that can be used for PDSCH rate matching.
