Abstract
本发明的公开一种光伏瓦板,包括基材层,基材层表面从下至上依次设有绝缘层、太阳能电池片层和封装阻隔层,上述三层材料之间均设有粘接层;绝缘层防止太阳能电池片与基材层之间电导通和电击穿;太阳能电池片层吸收光照产生电能,其包括太阳能电池片;封装阻隔层用以封装电池片层和起到抗老化、防水作用;粘接层将与其相邻的其他层粘接并保证一定的剥离强度和起到密封作用。将太阳能电池片封装在具有一定机械强度的塑料基材或金属上,直接铺设于屋顶或墙面,大大减轻了重量,提高了安装的便捷性。可以先造型后封装也可以先封装后造型,然后根据实际情况安装接线盒,布设于屋顶或墙面或直接替换现有或用于新建房屋的屋顶或墙面。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏应用技术领域,具体是一种光伏瓦板。
背景技术
彩钢作为一种新型材料,因价格低,重量轻,便于运输与安装等特点被大量应用于建筑行业。彩钢瓦板是采用彩色涂层钢板,经辊压冷弯成各种波型的压型板,它适用于工业与民用建筑、仓库、特种建筑、大跨度钢结构房屋的屋面、墙面以及内外墙装饰等,具有质轻、高强、色泽丰富、施工方便快捷、抗震等特点,现已被广泛应用。
现有BIPV(Building Integrated PV光伏建筑一体化)技术都是在现有屋顶或墙面安装支架后再进行安装玻璃组件,这些技术方案存在安装复杂、成本高、重量大、适应性差等缺点。
近年来随着光伏建筑的兴起,现有技术存在的安装复杂、重量大、适应性差等缺点并没有得到很好的改善和解决。
发明内容
针对背景技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种安装简单、质量轻、能够铺设在屋顶、墙面,甚至可直接替换屋顶、墙面的光伏瓦板。
为达到上述目的,本发明设计的光伏瓦板,包括基材层,其特征在于:所述基材层表面从下至上依次设有绝缘层、太阳能电池片层和封装阻隔层,上述基材层与绝缘层之间、绝缘层与太阳能电池片层之间、太阳能电池片层与封装阻隔层之间均设有粘接层;所述绝缘层防止太阳能电池片与基材层之间电导通和电击穿;所述太阳能电池片层吸收光照产生电能,其包括太阳能电池片;所述封装阻隔层用以封装电池片层和起到抗老化、防水作用;粘接层将与其相邻的其他层粘接并保证一定的剥离强度和起到密封作用。
优选的,所述基材层为一定机械强度能够被成型为特定形状的塑料基材或金属。这样作为刚性基材利于光伏瓦板的造型和铺设。
优选的,所述基材层的背面覆有防腐抗氧化层。这样,用以防止基材层的氧化,进而提高组件的寿命。
优选的,所述绝缘层为与太阳能电池片相邻的单一式复合的塑料膜。
优选的,所述塑料膜为PET或TPT或PE中的一种或几种组合。绝缘层除了防止太阳能电池片与基材层之间电导通和电击穿,还可以起到阻隔水汽、封装电池片层的作用。
优选的,所述基材层与绝缘层之间的粘接层、绝缘层与太阳能电池片层之间的粘接层、太阳能电池片层与封装阻隔层之间的粘接层,三个位置的粘接层的可以是不同的材料、不同的剥离强度、不同的粘接温度和不同的厚度。也就是说三个位置的粘接层的功能是一样的,但是它们可以是不同的材料、不同的粘接温度和不同的厚度。
优选的,所述粘接层为EVA胶膜或PVB中间膜中的一种或两种组合。
优选的,所述太阳能电池片为晶体硅太阳能电池片,其为P型硅片或N型硅片,其电极为双面电极或电极都在背面。
优选的,所述封装阻隔层为ETFE、PVDF、FEP中的一种或几种组合。
本发明的有益效果是:将太阳能电池片封装在具有一定机械强度的塑料基材或金属上,直接铺设于屋顶或墙面,相比现有光伏组件大大减轻了重量,并且可以借鉴现有彩钢瓦的结构大大的提高了安装的便捷性。同时,利用本发明的叠层结构可以先造型后封装也可以先封装后造型,然后根据实际情况安装接线盒,布设于屋顶或墙面或直接替换现有或用于新建房屋的屋顶或墙面。利用本发明设计的方案可以大大提高光伏产品的应用范围,解决了现有技术当中光伏组件的质量重、安装不便、成本高等诸多缺点,也可大大节约了人工成本。

具体实施方式
下面通过图1以及列举本发明的一些可选实施例的方式,对本发明的技术方案(包括优选技术方案)做进一步的详细描述,本实施例内的任何技术特征以及任何技术方案均不限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明的设计的光伏彩钢瓦,包括基材层1,所述基材层1表面从下至上依次设有绝缘层2、太阳能电池片层3和封装阻隔层4,上述基材层1与绝缘层2之间设有粘接层A 5.3、绝缘层2与太阳能电池片层3之间设有粘接层B 5.2、太阳能电池片层3与封装阻隔层4之间设有粘接层C 5.1,上述粘接层采用A、B、C进行了区分并标记了不同编号仅仅是为了描述方便;所述绝缘层2防止电池片与基材层1之间电导通和电击穿;所述太阳能电池片层3吸收光照产生电能,其包括太阳能电池片;所述封装阻隔层4用以封装太阳能电池片层3和起到抗老化、防水作用;粘接层5将与其相邻的其他层粘接并保证一定的剥离强度和起到密封作用。
优选的,所述基材层1为一定机械强度能够被成型为特定形状的塑料基材或金属。这样作为刚性基材利于光伏瓦板的造型和铺设。
优选的,所述基材层1的背面覆有防腐抗氧化层。这样,用以防止基材层1的氧化,进而提高组件的寿命。
优选的,所述绝缘层2为与太阳能电池片相邻的单一式复合的塑料膜。所述塑料膜为PET(Polyethylene terephthalate聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)或TPT(聚氟乙烯复合膜)或PE(polyethylene聚乙烯)中的一种或几种组合。绝缘层2除了防止电池片与基材层之间电导通和电击穿,还可以起到阻隔水汽、封装太阳能电池片层3的作用。
优选的,粘接层C 5.1、粘接层B 5.2、粘接层A 5.3可以选用不同的材料、不同的剥离强度、不同的粘接温度和不同的厚度。
粘接层5一般为EVA胶膜(EVA是Polyethylene vinylacetate,聚乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的简称)或PVB胶膜(PolyVinyl Butyral聚乙烯醇缩丁醛薄膜)中的一种或两种组合。基材层1与绝缘层2之间、绝缘层2与太阳能电池片层3之间、太阳能电池片层3与封装阻隔层4之间的粘接层5可以是多层也可以是单层,当然,粘接层5也可以采用其他材料起到粘接密封作用,只要能够保证各层之间的剥离强度和透气参数满足要求即可。
优选的,所述太阳能电池片为晶体硅太阳能电池片,其为P型硅片或N型硅片,其电极为双面电极或电极都在背面。
优选的,所述封装阻隔层4为ETFE(ethylene-tetra-fluoro-ethylene,乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物)、PVDF((polyvinylidene fluoride,主要是指偏氟乙烯均聚物或者偏氟乙烯与其他少量含氟乙烯基单体的共聚物)、FEP(Fluorinated ethylene propylene,乙烯丙烯共聚物(全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物))中的一种或几种组合。

Claims (9)
1.一种光伏瓦板,包括基材层,其特征在于:所述基材层表面从下至上依次设有绝缘层、太阳能电池片层和封装阻隔层,上述基材层与绝缘层之间、绝缘层与太阳能电池片层之间、太阳能电池片层与封装阻隔层之间均设有粘接层;所述绝缘层防止太阳能电池片与基材层之间电导通和电击穿;所述太阳能电池片层吸收光照产生电能,其包括太阳能电池片;所述封装阻隔层用以封装太阳能电池片层和起到抗老化、防水作用;粘接层将与其相邻的其他层粘接并保证一定的剥离强度和起到密封作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏瓦板,其特征在于:所述基材层为具有一定机械强度能够被成型为特定形状的塑料基材或金属。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光伏瓦板,其特征在于:所述基材层的背面覆有防腐抗氧化层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光伏瓦板,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为与太阳能电池片相邻的单一式复合的塑料膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光伏瓦板,所述塑料膜为PET或TPT或PE中的一种或几种组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光伏瓦板,其特征在于:所述基材层与绝缘层之间的粘接层、绝缘层与太阳能电池片层之间的粘接层、太阳能电池片层与封装阻隔层之间的粘接层,三个位置的粘接层的可以是不同的材料、不同的剥离强度、不同的粘接温度和不同的厚度。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的光伏瓦板,其特征在于:所述粘接层为EVA胶膜或PVB中间膜中的一种或两种组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光伏瓦板,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池片为晶体硅太阳能电池片,其为P型硅片或N型硅片,其电极为双面电极或电极都在背面。
9.根据权利要求1所述的光伏瓦板,其特征在于:所述封装阻隔层为ETFE、PVDF、FEP中的一种或几种组合。
