Description

Quick installation structure of body in tap
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a water tap, and particularly relates to a structure for simply, quickly and firmly mounting an inner body of the water tap.
Background
US6757921 discloses a right-angle valve block (right-angle valve block) installed in a hollow body from a side opening, but has certain disadvantages when installed, and US2019/0085538 thus modifies the right-angle valve block to be installed from the bottom end of the hollow body upwardly through a longitudinal cavity to improve the disadvantages.
However, such a structural change is still not perfect, and in the case of the structure of the first example, when the right-angle valve block is inserted into the longitudinal chamber from the bottom of the housing seat upwards, and slightly transversely moving towards the valve groove installation direction to ensure that the sealing gasket slightly passes through the communication port, the right-angle valve block is also required to be adjusted to ensure that the second positioning hole is respectively aligned with each first positioning hole to form the rotation limiting hole so as to allow each convex column on the subsequently installed positioning element to be aligned with each rotation limiting hole, because the assembly mode is difficult to assemble by only depending on the hand feeling and must be observed by naked eyes, the assembly position is close to the inner side of the valve installing groove, but not by naked eyes, and the function of guiding and positioning is not added, so that the positioning error is easy to be caused by slight positioning error, and the required rotation limiting holes cannot be accurately formed together, and at the moment, the convex columns cannot be smoothly positioned in the rotation limiting holes.
The second to fourth embodiments also have the problem that the first embodiment is not easy to position accurately, and the positioning elements are composed of two members, the number of the members increases, and the assembly complexity increases, so the assembly is still difficult, and is not easy and fast. The positioning member of the fifth embodiment only needs a single simple component similar to a C-shaped ring, but has the disadvantages that a special tool is needed to elastically expand the positioning member for positioning, and the space in the valve groove for installation is small, so that it is not easy to perform such an operation, and therefore, it is still difficult to achieve the effect of easy and quick installation.

However, the above components and related structures are well known in the art and are not the focus of the present invention, so they are not described herein in detail.
The main improvement of this embodiment lies in:
as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the faucet body 10 is provided with two positioning ribs 131 at the communication opening 13, which are opposite to each other and have a stepped shape.
The inner body 21, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, can be inserted from the bottom of the longitudinal cavity 11 of the faucet body 10, and has a protruding portion 210, which can be transversely inserted into the mounting valve slot 12 through the communication port 13 between the positioning ribs 131 and is connected and communicated with the mixing valve 22, and two lateral positioning slots 211 are disposed adjacent to the protruding portion 210, which can be respectively nested in each of the corresponding positioning ribs 131 from top to bottom along the longitudinal direction, as shown in fig. 10, so that the inner body 21 cannot be transversely separated from the mounting valve slot 12.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the communication opening 13 formed between the left and right positioning ribs 131 is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and similarly, the protruding portion 210 of the inner body 21 is also substantially wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, so that the communication opening 13 with wide at the top and narrow at the bottom can just allow the protruding portion 210 with wide at the top and narrow at the bottom to pass through, but when the protruding portion 210 moves from the top to the bottom along the longitudinal direction, the transverse snap-in limiting effect can be generated.
In the present embodiment, the inner body 21 is formed with a convex positioning wall 212 below the protruding portion 210, and the convex positioning wall can be tightly attached to the concave opposite portion of the inner peripheral wall 121 of the mounting valve 12 of the faucet body 10 along the longitudinal direction from top to bottom, as shown in fig. 10, by the above-mentioned arc concave-convex matching design, the inner body 21 can be ensured to be kept at the middle position without deviation.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 8, the quick-mounting structure for an inner body of a faucet of the present embodiment further includes a positioning collar 26, which is mounted and positioned between the protruding portion 210 of the inner body 21 and the mounting valve slot 12 from the mounting inlet 14 of the faucet body 10, for preventing the lateral positioning slot 211 of the inner body 21 from longitudinally separating from the corresponding positioning ribs 131 of the faucet body 10 from bottom to top.
More specifically, a slot 213 is formed at the top end of the protruding portion 210 of the inner body 21, and a lateral limiting outer wall 214 is formed at each of two opposite sides, and a lower limiting outer wall 215 is formed at the bottom end; the positioning collar 26 defines a trepanning 261 for being nested in the protruding portion 210 of the inner body 21, and the top end of the positioning collar 26 is provided with an elastic hook 262 protruding for being elastically and slidably buckled and clamped in the slot 213, two opposite edges of the inner peripheral wall of the trepanning 261 are respectively formed with a lateral limiting inner wall 263 for abutting and limiting against the opposite lateral limiting outer walls 214, and the bottom end is formed with a lower limiting inner wall 264 for abutting and limiting against the lower limiting outer wall 215; the positioning collar 26 further extends inside with two annular walls 266 opposite to the positioning ribs 131 of the faucet body 10. Accordingly, since the top end, the bottom end and the two opposite sides of the inner body 21 are respectively limited and restrained by the elastic hook 262, the lower limiting inner wall 264 and the lateral limiting inner wall 263 of the positioning collar 26, as shown in fig. 11, and the outer peripheral wall 265 of the positioning collar 26 and the inner peripheral wall 121 of the installation valve slot 12 are mutually nested and limited and cannot move along the radial direction, at least the inner body 21 is ensured not to move from the bottom to the top, and meanwhile, after the positioning collar 26 and the inner body 21 are mutually nested and positioned, on one hand, the elastic hook 262 and the slot 213 can be mutually buckled to limit the positioning collar 26 from transversely separating from the inner body 21 towards the outer side, on the other hand, the annular wall 266 can be used for limiting the positioning rib 131 to separate the positioning collar 26 from the inner body 21 towards the inner side, so that the firmness of assembling the positioning collar 26 and the inner body 21 with each other can be ensured, and achieves the main effect of preventing the lateral positioning slot 211 of the inner body 21 from longitudinally disengaging from the positioning ribs 131.
The inner body 21 of the present embodiment can be integrally formed by plastic material, which is helpful to form more complicated structures, such as the above-mentioned elastic hooks 262, and ensure proper elasticity or flexibility.
In the present embodiment, the protruding portion 210 of the inner body 21 has a guiding edge 267 formed outside the slot 213 for guiding the elastic hook 262 to be slidably inserted into the slot 213.
In the present embodiment, the lower limiting inner wall 264 of the positioning collar 26 further has at least one rib 268 extending along the installation direction, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 11, so that when the positioning collar 26 is sleeved on the inner body 21, the rib 268 can be tightly pressed against the lower limiting outer wall 215 to prevent the positioning collar 26 from being loosened in the radial direction.
