the dredging process comprises the following steps: the sludge pump 47 guides the sludge at the bottom of the river channel into the sludge inlet pipe 4 through an external water pipe, the output shaft of the bidirectional motor 5 rotates to drive the first screw 6 to rotate, the first screw 6 is matched with the inner screw ring 8 to drive the stirring blade 9 to transversely move back and forth to stir the sludge, and the originally thick and caked sludge is stirred and stirred uniformly;

moisture in the sludge is scraped by the strip-shaped scraper and enters the water receiving disc 44 through the filter belt 15, and then enters the water outlet groove 46 at the bottom of the equipment main body 1 through the guide pipe 45, the scraped sludge is kept in the sludge scraping cavity 10, a part of fine sand passes through a gap between the filter belt 15 and the second guide strip 14, the filter belt 15 drives the fine sand to extend from the second guide roller 40 to the third guide roller 41, the filter belt 15 on the surface of the third guide roller 41 is in contact with the U-shaped scraper 42, and the fine sand on the surface of the filter belt 15 is scraped into the sand storage groove 43 at the bottom.
And (3) cleaning: the air cylinder 27 is started, the output end of the air cylinder 27 drives the piston rod to move, the piston rod pulls the motor 29 through the connecting block, the top and the bottom of the motor 29 slide on the surface of the convex rail 31 through the sliding block 30, the output shaft of the motor 29 drives the first guide roller 38 to move, and then the first guide roller 38 and the filter belt 15 are in a loose state; the third screw 34 is rotated to drive the rod sleeve at the bottom of the bearing seat 35 to slide on the surface of the sliding rod 36, and the bearing seat 35 drives the second guide roller 40 and the filter belt 15 to be in a loose state; the rotating handle drives the second screw rod 25 to rotate, the second screw rod 25 drives the telescopic rod 24 to contract through the inner thread block and simultaneously rotates, the telescopic rod 24 drives the second connecting rod 22 connected with the telescopic rod to rotate, the second connecting rod 22 is matched with the upright rod 23 to drive the first connecting rod 21 to ascend, the movable top cover 20 is further driven to ascend, the movable top cover 20 simultaneously drives the first scraping plate group 16 at the bottom, the second scraping plate group 17 and the third scraping plate group 18 to ascend, the surfaces of the first scraping plate group 16, the second scraping plate group 17 and the third scraping plate group 18 can be cleaned, and meanwhile, the inner portions of the sludge scraping cavity 10 and the filter belt 15 can be cleaned.

The river sludge dredging treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the output shaft of the motor (29) penetrates through the first through hole (32) and is fixedly connected with the first guide roller (38); the surface of the bearing seat (35) is rotatably connected with a second guide roller (40), and the second guide roller (40) penetrates through the second through hole (37) to the inner cavity of the equipment main body (1);
the first guide roller (38) and the second guide roller (40) slide in grooves formed in the inner wall of the equipment main body (1); the sand storage groove (43) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of one side of the inner cavity of the equipment body (1), and a third guide roller (41) is fixedly arranged above the sand storage groove (43).
