the first tensioning adjusting assembly (9) and the second tensioning adjusting assembly (12) comprise a rotary table (34), and a first rotary roller (35) and a second rotary roller (36) which are connected to the rotary table (34) through bearings, and worm gears (37) for adjusting the rotary table (34) to rotate are connected to the outer side of the rotary table (34);
the first rotating roller (35) and the second rotating roller (36) on the second tensioning and adjusting assembly (12) are expanding rollers.

A cloth brushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first driving roller group (10) comprises a first driving roller (40) and a second driving roller (41) which are sequentially arranged left and right, wherein two sides of the first driving roller (40) are provided with first cloth guide rollers (42), the first cloth guide rollers (42) are provided with tension sensors, two sides below the second driving roller (41) are provided with second cloth guide rollers (43), and the second cloth guide rollers (43) are provided with speed sensors.

A cloth brushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the second driving roller group (16) and the third driving roller group (17) comprise a third driving roller (44) and third cloth guide rollers (45) arranged on two sides of the third driving roller (44), and tension sensors are arranged on the third cloth guide rollers (45).
