In the field of high-temperature alloy and powder high-alloy material mortise machining, developed countries in Europe and America have adopted a slow wire-moving machining technology to be applied to engine turbine disc mortises, but when the mortises are machined, the design and the manufacture of a calibrating and clamping device are time-consuming and labor-consuming, the working efficiency is low, a calibrating device and a clamp are required to be designed and manufactured when parts with different part numbers are machined, the machining cost is high, and the machining time is long.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a calibrating and clamping device of a slow-speed wire-moving machine tool, which has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and convenience in operation, and realizes the calibration and the clamping integrally.
Engine turbine disk mortises connect key components of the blades. The tongue and groove shape of each disc is different, the angle is different. In order to make the machine tool understand the relationship between the electrode wire position and the part mortise position, a calibration distance measurement must be carried out, and the process is called slow-moving wire measuring disc. And in the process of correcting and ranging, the angle is corrected by a measuring head and read into the machine tool. A matched clamp is needed when the turbine disc mortise is machined, but the axis of the clamp needs to be concentric with the slow-moving wire measuring disc.
