参考图1至图11,本发明的静脉导管***器20的一个令人满意的实施例包括主体22、前部附件24、可选择性移除的针帽26、流体采样工具28、过滤器30、针保持器组件32、流体密封件34、卷簧36、***针38和接口管组件40。主体22进一步包括带有圆柱形开口52的前壁50,圆柱形开口52限定凹槽,包括管状孔60的环形流体密封件34在组装过程中位于凹槽中(图2和图5)。仍参考图2和图5,前壁50进一步包括细长开口54,其从圆柱形开口52横向偏移并接近针回缩腔118(图5),针回缩腔118由壁48和封闭的近端壁120限制。主体22的前壁50在顶部和底部上分别由下边缘51和上边缘53限制,下边缘和上边缘相对于通过***针38的纵向轴线横向地延伸,并希望构造为与前部附件24的滑动件76中的对应凹槽82、80滑动地接合。提供主体22的定位坡道55,以当针帽26(图2)的锁定件108尚未安装或者在***针38***血管之前选择性移除时,帮助主体22相对于前部附件24的滑动件76横向定位。希望提供主体22的有纹理的触摸表面56、58,以便于在使用过程中抓住主体22。
仍参考图1至图11,前部附件24进一步包括滑动件76,滑动件带有如上所述的横向延伸的凹槽80、82,以及当前部附件24与前壁50可滑动接合时设置于与主体22(图2)的触摸表面56相对的一侧处的有纹理的触摸表面78(如图1和图8所示,具有针帽26和没有针帽26)。前部附件24进一步包括从滑动件76向前伸出的针保持器支撑壳体84。在所示实施例中,针保持器支撑壳体84构造为接收和支撑针保持器组件32(图2),期望针保持器组件进一步包括底座62,底座62具有基本上管状的针保持器64和从底座62以基本上平行且横向隔开的关系向前伸出的弹簧支撑柱66。针保持器支撑壳体84的开放远端90与针保持器64的开放远端68配合地对齐,以便于***针38的***,然后***针38在静脉导管***器20(图5和图8)的组装过程中通过接口管组件40向前伸出。期望针保持器支撑壳体84中的通风口92与设置于针保持器支撑壳体84的弹簧支撑柱66的远端中的锥形凹槽70配合地对齐。在静脉导管***器20的组装过程中,期望针保持器组件32的弹簧柱66***卷簧36的近端,并且卷簧36的远端***针保持器支撑壳体84,然后当针保持器组件32***前部附件24时被压缩。在针保持器组件32***前部附件24并位于该前部附件内部之前或之后,***针38的近端74可***针保持器64的远端68中。
在所示实施例中,***针38通过接口管组件40的接口93、套管支撑件98和柔性套管100***,使得远端针尖72通过紧密隔开的远端开口102稍微伸出,以在血管***过程中由针尖72携带到患者的静脉中。在血管***之后,在针38缩回到静脉导管***器20的前部附件24和主体22之前,或者,更优选地在其过程中,将针38通过柔性套管100、套管支撑件98和接口93向后收回。接口管组件40进一步包括鲁尔锁94或另一类似效果的结构,该鲁尔锁或另一类似效果的结构用于在血管***之后从前部附件24分离接口93及从接口管组件40收回或缩回***针38之后,将接口93附接到流体流动管线。在本发明的一个优选实施例中(图2和图8),希望提供横向相对的接口引导件86、88,以在***针38***血管之前及***血管过程中相对于前部附件24适当地定位和支撑接口管组件40。希望提供横向伸出的凸起96(图2),以用于在血管***之前相对于接口引导件86、88定位接口93,及用于在血管***之后从前部附件24分离接口管组件40。
仍参考图1至图11,可选地提供流体采样工具28,以用于获得血液或任何其他进入主体22(图5)的流体腔室116的体液的小的、液滴尺寸的样本,与血管***相同或者静脉导管***器20的其他使用。如在此实施例中描绘的,流体采样工具28进一步包括带有流体样本储存器44的工具主体42,流体样本储存器44设置为与向前伸出的流体采样顶端46流体连通,流体采样顶端46设置为与主体22中的环形流体密封件34后面的流体腔室116(图5)流体连通。期望过滤器30可从流体采样工具28的后面***管状孔114。根据本发明的一个实施例,流体样本储存器44的外壁与主体22的流体腔室116的内壁摩擦地接合,以当未使用时将流体采样工具28保持在适当位置。
参考图1至图8,可选择性移除的针帽26进一步包括从整体模制的底座凸缘106向前伸出的帽体104。将帽体104的尺寸和结构根据需要构造为与前部附件32和接口引导件86、88的外壁摩擦地接合。期望提供帽体104和带有封闭端112的向前伸出的锥形鼻部110,以保护接口管组件40和***针38在使用之前不受到污染或损坏。期望在底座凸缘106后面提供锁定件108,以在使用静脉导管***器20之前移除针帽26之前,防止主体22相对于前部附件24横向运动。
参考图2和图12至图16(其中,相似识别的部件具有与以上之前讨论的那些一致的参考数字),在血管***之后的任何时间,***针38可从接口管组件40缩回并进入主体22和前部附件24,使得针尖72在废物处理过程中不再暴露于静脉导管***器20的患者、医护人员或后续操作人员。通过对相对面向的触摸表面56、78施加方向相反的手动压力,使得主体22在与***针38所通过的纵向轴线横向的方向上相对于前部附件24横向地运动,来实现针回缩。当此横向运动出现时,针保持器组件32的底座62移动到与针回缩腔118对齐。当这样对齐时,主体22的前壁50对底座62不施加进一步阻力,卷簧36可纵向地展开,推动针保持器组件32向后进入到针回缩腔118中。当主体22处于图16所示的位置中时,通过前部附件24将环形流体密封件34内或后面存在的任何流体保持在那里。如图12至图16所示,接口管组件40已经与前部附件64的接口引导件86、88分离,并且可以任何被证明适合于处理这种生物污染产品的方式处理如图所示的静脉导管***器的部分。
在相对于附图阅读此说明书的基础上,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,还可对这里公开的实施例进行各种其他修改和改变将变得显而易见,并且目的是本发明的范围仅由发明人依法享有的所附权利要求的最宽泛的解释限制。
Claims (10)
1.一种医用静脉导管***器,包括:
主体;
前部附件,设置为与所述主体的前部横向滑动接合;
接口管组件,由所述前部附件能释放地支撑,所述接口管组件还包括接口、套管支撑件和从所述接口向前伸出的柔性套管;
向后偏压的针保持器组件,位于所述前部附件中,所述针保持器组件包括:底座;管状针保持器,从所述底座沿着第一纵向轴线向前伸出,与从所述管状针保持器通过所述接口管组件向前伸出的***针同轴地对齐;以及弹簧支撑柱,从所述底座沿着第二纵向轴线向前伸出,穿过压缩卷簧,在所述底座的前方,所述压缩卷簧设置成围绕并滑动地接合所述弹簧支撑柱,但是所述压缩卷簧没有围绕所述管状针保持器,所述***针没有一部分伸出穿过所述压缩卷簧的任何部分;并且
其中,所述主体进一步包括针回缩腔,所述针回缩腔在针缩回之前从所述***针的所述第一纵向轴线横向偏移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静脉导管***器,其中,所述***针进一步包括以与所述管状针保持器固定关系设置的近端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静脉导管***器,其中,所述压缩卷簧围绕所述弹簧支撑柱抵接所述底座,以向后偏压所述针保持器组件而抵靠所述主体的面向前方的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静脉导管***器,其中,所述主体进一步包括流体腔室,所述流体腔室在针缩回之前与所述***针同轴地对齐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的静脉导管***器,其中,在所述针保持器组件和所述主体的所述流体腔室之间设置环形流体密封件,以在所述主体和所述前部附件之间提供流体密封件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的静脉导管***器,其中,流体采样工具能滑动地接合所述流体腔室的近端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的静脉导管***器,其中,所述流体采样工具进一步包括:工具主体;向前伸出的采样顶端;以及设置于所述工具主体内的流体样本储存器,所述流体样本储存器与所述采样顶端和所述流体腔室流体连通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的静脉导管***器,其中,所述工具主体进一步包括设置在所述流体样本储存器后面的管状过滤器壳体,所述过滤器壳体包括圆柱形孔和位于所述圆柱形孔的近端中的过滤器。
9.根据权利要求1所述的静脉导管***器,进一步包括能选择性移除的针帽,所述针帽摩擦地接合所述前部附件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的静脉导管***器,其中,所述能选择性移除的针帽进一步包括锁定件,所述锁定件构造为在所述***针***血管之前防止所述主体和所述前部附件之间的横向滑动运动。
