The invention has the beneficial effects that: firstly, the production line integrates paper cutting, paper feeding, ream packaging and case packaging into a whole, and the A4 paper packaged from the roller paper to the case packaging is processed in place once, so that the processing efficiency is high; secondly, the invention adopts a mode of feeding a plurality of roller papers at a time and cutting the roller papers into four stacks of five A4 wide papers at a time after slitting and transverse cutting, and the cut papers have no burrs, no saw teeth and high consistency of paper sizes; thirdly, after finishing cutting and forming, the cut paper is directly conveyed to a ream packaging machine for packaging through a direct-connection conveying belt, so that the packaging can be timely finished while the processing efficiency is improved, and the problem of ream paper scattering in the process of transferring ream paper is avoided; fourth, send to the case packaging mechanism to carry on the ream directly after finishing the ream is packed and packed, facilitate the ream to store, can avoid adopting the difficult problem of case and bag that the secondary case and bag packing mode causes; fifthly, the production line of the invention completes the actions of cutting paper, packaging ream paper and packaging box smoothly, has short time and high working efficiency; sixth, the production line structure of the invention is reasonable in layout, small in occupied area and low in equipment cost.

The paper feeding assembly 11 includes a plurality of paper feeding devices 111 sequentially arranged along the paper feeding direction, and the plurality of paper feeding devices 111 are matched with a guide assembly 17 arranged on a bridge 007 to stack a plurality of roll papers (the stacking refers to the placement of one roll paper after another, and the number of roll papers is matched with the number of the paper feeding devices 111) and convey the roll papers along the paper feeding direction (X direction);

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4-6, in this embodiment, the high-speed upper paper feeding device 153, the upper paper feeding device 154, the front lower paper feeding device 155, the high-speed lower paper feeding device 157 and the rear lower paper feeding device 156 each include a paper feeding roller 158 and a tensioning roller 159 which are mounted on the frame 004 through bearings 006 and are transversely arranged, the paper feeding roller 158 and the tensioning roller 159 are further in transmission connection through a transmission belt 1510, and a synchronous transmission wheel 1511 is arranged at one transverse end of the paper feeding roller 158; the high-speed upper paper feeding device 153, the front lower paper feeding device 155 and the paper feeding roller 158 of the high-speed lower paper feeding device 157 are also in transmission connection through a first transmission belt 1512, the paper feeding roller 158 of the front lower paper feeding device 155 is also in transmission connection with the third driving motor 146 through a first synchronous transmission wheel 1513, a second transmission belt (not assembled in the drawing) and a synchronous belt transmission pair 005, and the diameter sizes of the paper feeding roller 158 of the high-speed upper paper feeding device 153 and the high-speed lower paper feeding device 157 are the same and are larger than the diameter size of the paper feeding roller 158 of the front lower paper feeding device 155; the paper feeding rollers 158 of the upper paper feeding device 154 and the rear lower paper feeding device 156 are further in transmission connection with a second synchronous transmission wheel 1515 arranged at the lateral side end of the frame 004 through a fourth transmission belt 1514, the second synchronous transmission wheel 1515 is further in transmission connection with the transmission wheel 144 arranged on the upper knife roller 141 through a third transmission belt (not assembled and shown in the drawing), the paper feeding rollers 158 of the upper paper feeding device 154 and the rear lower paper feeding device 156 can rotate in transmission through a third driving motor 146 in a matching manner, and the diameters of the paper feeding rollers 158 of the upper paper feeding device 154 and the rear lower paper feeding device 156 are the same.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9-12, in this embodiment, the ream packer 002 includes:
a ream conveyor 21 for receiving ream (A4 sheets of matching number of sheets) from a double-rotary-blade paper cutter 001 and conveying the ream to a ream conveyor 22;
a ream conveyor 22 for receiving reams from a location of interface with ream conveyor 21 and conveying the reams to a ejector assembly 23;
a wrapping paper feeding mechanism 24 for cutting the connected wrapping paper into individual wrapping papers and/or conveying the individual wrapping papers to a paper feeding station (not numbered in the drawing);
the ejection assembly 23 is configured to vertically jack up each A4 ream to the lower end of the wrapping paper located on the paper loading station after each A4 ream is vertically jacked up (so-called each ream is a ream) to the first wrapping station, and complete the wrapping paper lateral edge package in cooperation with the lateral wrapping assembly 25;
the transverse packing assembly 25 comprises two paper pushing devices 251, a side paper clamping device 252, a paper pressing device 253 and a glue spraying device 254 which are transversely and symmetrically arranged, wherein the glue spraying device 254 is used for spraying glue on one transverse side edge of the packing paper, the paper pressing device 253 is used for pressing and buckling the packing paper on the top end of the A4 ream, the side paper clamping device 252 is used for being matched with the ejection assembly 23 to clamp and fix the A4 ream, the two paper pushing devices 251 can be matched to move transversely in opposite directions to bend and glue the two transverse side edges of the packing paper and partly cover the A4 ream, in practice, the paper pushing devices 251 are used for folding the two side edges which are bent by 90 degrees to be parallel to the top end plane of the packing paper and gluing the packing paper into a rectangular box shape in the process of vertically jacking the A4 ream and the packing paper, and the two transverse paper pushing devices 251 are also used for being matched with the side paper clamping device 252 to support the A4 ream so as to enable the ejection assembly 23 to retract; when the transverse side packaging is actually performed on the ream, the ejector assembly 23 pushes the ream to the upper paper station and contacts the ream, the ejector assembly 23 continuously pushes up the ream and the ream to contact the platen 253 at low pressure, at this time, the ream on two transverse sides of the ream is bent by 90 degrees by the vertical plate on the frame 004, at this time, the ejector assembly 23 continuously pushes up the ream, and at the same time, the side paper clamping device 252 clamps and fixes the ream and the ream for a short time, during the short time, the ejector assembly 23 starts to move vertically and back, at this time, the two paper pushing devices 251 rapidly move transversely and extend into the interval between the bottom end of the ream and the ejector assembly 23, push the transverse side of the ream and bend, and at the same time, the side paper clamping device 252 is matched to support and fix the ream, so that the ream is not dropped;
The longitudinal folding angle assembly 26 comprises a movable folding angle device 261 and a fixed folding angle device 262 which are transversely and symmetrically arranged, wherein the movable folding angle device 261 can fold angles of two vertex angles of one transverse side edge of the matched A4 ream of the packaging paper by transversely moving, and the fixed folding angle device 262 is matched with the ream shifting assembly 27 to transversely shift the A4 ream of the packaging paper and fold angles of two vertex angles of the other transverse side edge of the matched A4 ream of the packaging paper;
a ream-shifting assembly 27 for intermittently shifting the A4 ream in the transverse direction and transferring the A4 ream to a ream blanking conveyor 29;
the longitudinal edge sealing assembly 28 comprises two lower side edge folding heads 281 which are longitudinally arranged at intervals, two glue spraying heads 282 which are longitudinally symmetrically arranged, and two upper side edge sealing heads 283 which are longitudinally arranged at intervals, wherein the two lower side edge folding heads 281 are used for upwards folding the two lower sides of the longitudinal sides of the packaging paper when the paper pulling assembly 27 is matched with the paper pulling assembly 27 to transversely pull the A4 paper, the two glue spraying heads 282 are used for spraying glue on the folded two lower sides, and the two upper side edge sealing heads 283 are used for downwards folding the two upper sides of the longitudinal sides of the packaging paper when the paper pulling assembly 27 is matched with the paper pulling assembly 27 to transversely pull the A4 paper and pasting the matched lower sides of the packaging paper to complete packaging of the paper.
Referring to fig. 9-12, in this embodiment, the package feeding mechanism 24 is disposed on the box 008 along the longitudinal direction (X direction) and comprises a traction paper feeding device 241, a static electricity removing device 242, a cutting device 243 and a conveying device 244; the traction paper feeding device 241 comprises a discharging shaft 2411, a drafting shaft 2412, a pressing shaft 2413 and a tensioning shaft 2414, wherein the drafting shaft 2412, the pressing shaft 2413 and the tensioning shaft 2414 are arranged on the box 008 through a bearing 006, the discharging shaft 2411 is provided with a cylindrical connected wrapping paper, the connected wrapping paper is wound on the drafting shaft 2412 and the tensioning shaft 2414, the drafting shaft 2412 is in transmission connection with a fourth driving motor (not shown) arranged on the box 008 through a synchronous belt (not numbered in the drawing) or a transmission chain (not numbered in the drawing), in the embodiment, the drafting shaft 2412 is arranged in two, the fourth driving motor can drive the drafting shaft 2412 to rotate and transmit the rolled wrapping paper to the conveying device 244 after the rolled wrapping paper is drafted by the cutting device 243, the pressing shaft 2413 is arranged at the vertical upper end of the drafting shaft 2412 and can vertically move relative to the drafting shaft 2412 to adjust the vertical distance between the wrapped paper and the paper, and the wrapping paper is matched and released; the static eliminating device 242 comprises an air blowing nozzle 2421 fixedly arranged on the box 008, wherein the air blowing nozzle 2421 is connected with an ion fan 2422 (centrifugal fan) fixedly arranged in the box 008 through a pipeline (not shown in the drawing) and is used for eliminating static electricity of the conjoined packing paper pulled by the traction paper feeding device 241; the cutting device 243 comprises an upper cutter holder 2431 fixedly arranged on the box 008, a driving cylinder 2433 in transmission connection with the upper cutter 2432 is arranged on the upper cutter holder 2431, a lower cutter 2435 fixedly arranged on the box 008 through a lower cutter holder (not shown in the drawing) is arranged at a matching position at the lower end of the upper cutter 2432, and the upper cutter 2432 and the lower cutter 2435 are also arranged in a staggered manner in the conveying direction, so that the packaging paper can be cut through the interaction of the cutters of the upper cutter 2432 and the lower cutter 2435; the driving cylinder 2433 can drive the upper cutting knife 2432 to move towards or away from the lower cutting knife 2435, and the upper cutting knife 2432 is matched with the lower cutting knife 2435 to cut the connected packaging paper into single packaging paper with matched size; the conveying device 244 comprises two synchronous belt conveying belts 2441 which are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction, the two synchronous belt conveying belts 2441 are matched with a first synchronous belt 2443 through a rotating shaft 2442 to be in transmission connection with a fifth driving motor 2444 fixedly arranged on the box 008, the fifth driving motor 2444 drives the two synchronous belt conveying belts 2441 to act and matched with a material guide plate 2445 arranged at the lower end of the two synchronous belt conveying belts 2441 to synchronously drive the single packaging paper to be conveyed between the two synchronous belt conveying belts 2441 and the material guide plate 2445 and conveyed to a paper feeding station.

The ejection assembly 23 comprises a supporting seat 231 fixedly arranged on the cabinet 008, an ejection rack 232 is movably arranged on the supporting seat 231, a first carrier plate 233 is arranged at the upper end of the ejection rack 232, the bottom end of the ejection rack is in transmission connection with an eighth driving motor 239 fixedly arranged on the cabinet 008 through a hinge seat 234, a crank connecting rod 235 and a swinging rod 236, and the eighth driving motor 239 can transmit the ejection rack 232 to drive the first carrier plate 233 and A4 ream paper placed on the first carrier plate 233 to vertically move; the supporting seat 232 is further movably provided with a material pushing rod 2310, the upper end of the material pushing rod 2310 is connected with a supporting block 2312 movably embedded on the first carrier plate 233, the bottom end of the material pushing rod 2310 is in transmission connection with a ninth driving motor 2316 fixedly arranged on the cabinet 008 through a first hinge seat 2313, a first crank connecting rod 2314 and a first swinging rod 2315, the ninth driving motor 2316 transmits the material pushing rod 2310 to drive the supporting block 2312 to vertically move, and when the supporting A4 ream is matched and jacked to enable the first carrier plate 233 to vertically retract, the two paper pushing devices 251 can receive the supporting A4 ream;
