Abstract
本发明涉及防火材料技术领域,具体是一种玄武岩复合防火板贴面,该玄武岩复合防火板贴面的原材料包括:玄武岩复合防火板、聚氨酯胶水、木皮,将玄武岩复合防火板放置于工作台面,用聚氨酯胶水在玄武岩复合防火板表面进行辊涂,将木皮平移整放于聚氨酯胶水面上,并热压数分钟或冷压数小时后,用砂光机对材料表面进行砂光后涂抹油漆,制得成品,本发明,作为三防饰面、任意花纹、色彩新材料,可以取替木材,符合防火设计要求,且比瓷砖美观轻质、容易安装、不产生建筑垃圾、可以挪动再次利用,到达取替瓷砖的效果,整个工艺无毒、无味、不含害物质,绿色环保。

本发明涉及防火材料技术领域,具体是一种玄武岩复合防火板贴面及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着建设建筑行业不断推陈出新健康发展,建设过程中成本能耗、环境保护、建筑垃圾、使用安全等,国家政策对节能、环保、安全防护建筑室内外装配式新材料广泛推广应用。
目前,现有的室内外装配式材料多为木材或瓷砖,但木材不具有防火的特性,而瓷砖无法满足人们对不同需求花纹、颜色、天然木质纹理的需要,而且瓷砖不容易安装、会产生建筑垃圾,因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种玄武岩复合防火板贴面,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玄武岩复合防火板贴面及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种玄武岩复合防火板贴面,该玄武岩复合防火板贴面的原材料包括:玄武岩复合防火板、聚氨酯胶水、木皮,所述玄武岩复合防火板、聚氨酯胶水、木皮按照质量比重分别为:玄武岩复合防火板1-3份、聚氨酯胶水5-10份、木皮1-3份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:用无机杂化胶水替代所述聚氨酯胶水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:该玄武岩复合防火板贴面的耐火极限为800℃。
为本发明进一步的方案:所述的玄武岩复合防火板贴面的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、取出玄武岩复合防火板放置于工作台面;
二、取出聚氨酯胶水,在玄武岩复合防火板表面进行辊涂;
三、取出木皮,将木皮平移整放于聚氨酯胶水面上,并热压数分钟或冷压数小时。
四、用砂光机对材料表面进行砂光后涂抹油漆,制得成品。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述热压操作为热压机在85℃、压力40T的条件下进行热压。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述热压时间为6分钟。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述冷压操作为冷压机在压力40T的条件下,冷压4小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该玄武岩复合防火板贴面作为三防饰面、任意花纹、色彩新材料,可以取替木材,符合防火设计要求,且比瓷砖美观轻质、容易安装、不产生建筑垃圾、可以挪动再次利用,到达取替瓷砖的效果,整个工艺无毒、无味、不含害物质,绿色环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
本发明实施例中,该玄武岩复合防火板贴面的原材料包括:玄武岩复合防火板、聚氨酯胶水、木皮。
本实施例中,所述玄武岩复合防火板1、聚氨酯胶水2、木皮3按照质量比重分别为:1-3份玄武岩复合防火板1、5-10份聚氨酯胶水2、1-3份木皮3。
本实施例中,所述用无机杂化胶水替代所述聚氨酯胶水2,且所述玄武岩复合防火板1还可与贴墙纸、墙布、皮革、三聚氰胺面、软包、硬包、PVC膜、PET膜、PEV膜进行贴合,所述玄武岩复合防火板1为基材进行雕刻、砂光基板、造型板不贴面直接涂装喷涂、辊涂水性漆、UV漆、PU漆、无机涂料、聚酯漆、PE漆、硝基漆关键,该玄武岩复合防火板贴面作为三防饰面、任意花纹、色彩新材料,可以取替木材,符合防火设计要求,且比瓷砖美观轻质、容易安装、不产生建筑垃圾、可以挪动再次利用,到达取替瓷砖的效果,整个工艺无毒、无味、不含害物质,绿色环保。
实施例1
玄武岩复合防火板贴面制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、取出1份玄武岩复合防火板1放置于工作台面;
二、取出5份聚氨酯胶水2,在玄武岩复合防火板1表面进行辊涂;
三、取出1份木皮3,将木皮3平移整放于聚氨酯胶水2面上,并热压数分钟或冷压数小时。
四、用砂光机对材料表面进行砂光后涂抹油漆,制得成品。
实施例2
玄武岩复合防火板贴面制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、取出3份玄武岩复合防火板1放置于工作台面;
二、取出10份聚氨酯胶水2,在玄武岩复合防火板1表面进行辊涂;
三、取出3份木皮3,将木皮3平移整放于聚氨酯胶水2面上,并热压数分钟或冷压数小时。
四、用砂光机对材料表面进行砂光后涂抹油漆,制得成品。
实施例3
玄武岩复合防火板贴面制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、取出2份玄武岩复合防火板1放置于工作台面;
二、取出8份聚氨酯胶水2,在玄武岩复合防火板1表面进行辊涂;
三、取出2份木皮3,将木皮3平移整放于聚氨酯胶水2面上,并热压数分钟或冷压数小时。
四、用砂光机对材料表面进行砂光后涂抹油漆,制得成品。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种玄武岩复合防火板贴面,其特征在于,该玄武岩复合防火板贴面的原材料包括:玄武岩复合防火板(1)、聚氨酯胶水(3)、木皮(3),所述玄武岩复合防火板(2)、聚氨酯胶水(3)、木皮(3)按照质量比重分别为:玄武岩复合防火板(2)1-3份、聚氨酯胶水(2)5-10份、木皮(3)1-3份。
2.根据权利要求2所述的玄武岩复合防火板贴面,其特征在于,用无机杂化胶水替代所述聚氨酯胶水(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玄武岩复合防火板贴面,其特征在于,该玄武岩复合防火板贴面的耐火极限为800℃。
4.一种如权利要求1所述玄武岩复合防火板贴面的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、取出玄武岩复合防火板(1)放置于工作台面;
二、取出聚氨酯胶(2),在玄武岩复合防火板(1)表面进行辊涂;
三、取出木皮(3),将木皮(3)平移整放于聚氨酯胶水(2)面上,并热压数分钟或冷压数小时。
5.四、用砂光机对材料表面进行砂光后涂抹油漆,制得成品。
6.根据权利要求4所述的玄武岩复合防火板贴面制备工艺,其特征在于,所述热压操作为热压机在85℃、压力40T的条件下进行热压。
7.根据权利要求5所述的玄武岩复合防火板贴面制备工艺,其特征在于,所述热压时间为6分钟。
8.根据权利要求4所述的玄武岩复合防火板贴面制备工艺,其特征在于,所述冷压操作为冷压机在压力40T的条件下,冷压4小时。
