Claims (10)

1. A warehouse inventorying device, comprising:
the device comprises a mobile device (1), a navigation device (2), a processor (6), a lifting device (4) and an image acquisition device (3);
the mobile device (1) is connected with the navigation device (2) and is used for moving according to a movement signal and outputting a movement direction and a movement distance to the navigation device (2);
the navigation device (2) is connected with the processor (6) and is used for outputting the movement signal to the mobile device (1) according to navigation information; determining whether a destination is reached according to the moving direction and the moving distance; outputting an arrival signal to the processor (6) when reaching a destination;
the processor (6) is connected with the lifting device (4) and is used for receiving warehouse counting information from an external warehouse management device and outputting navigation information of one navigation route to the navigation device (2) according to the warehouse counting information; when the arrival signal is received, outputting a lifting signal to the lifting device (4) according to the warehouse counting information; receiving two-dimensional code information and an image; determining whether navigation information of all navigation routes has been output to the navigation device (2) according to current destination acquisition completion information; when the navigation information of all the navigation routes is output to the navigation device (2), outputting two-dimensional code information corresponding to each navigation route and an image corresponding to each navigation route to the storehouse management device, otherwise outputting the navigation information of the next navigation route to the navigation device (2);
the lifting device (4) is connected with the image acquisition device (3) and used for lifting according to the lifting signal; updating the lifting times in the lifting signals after the lifting is finished, and outputting lifting finishing signals to the image acquisition device (3); outputting the two-dimensional code information and the image to the processor (6); after receiving the acquisition completion information, determining whether the lifting times are zero; outputting the current destination acquisition completion information to the processor (6) when the lifting times are zero;
the image acquisition device (3) is used for: collecting an image after receiving a lifting completion signal; identifying two-dimensional code information in the image; and outputting the acquisition completion information, the two-dimensional code information and the image to the lifting device.
2. The warehouse inventorying device of claim 1, further comprising: a display (5);
the display (5) is connected with the processor (6) and is used for displaying the warehouse counting information, the navigation information of all navigation routes, the two-dimensional code information corresponding to each navigation route and the image corresponding to each navigation route.
3. The warehouse inventorying device of claim 1, wherein,
the mobile device (1) comprises: a drive controller (11), a movement drive circuit (12), a drive motor (13) and a roller;
the driving controller (11) is respectively connected with the navigation device (2) and the mobile driving circuit (12), the mobile driving circuit (12) is connected with the driving motor (13), and the driving motor (13) is connected with the roller;
the driving controller (11) is used for outputting a movement driving signal to the movement driving circuit (12) according to the movement signal; outputting a movement direction and a movement distance to the navigation device (2);
the movement driving circuit (12) is used for controlling the driving motor (13) to drive the roller to move according to the movement driving signal.
4. A warehouse inventorying device as claimed in claim 3, wherein,
the roller includes: a moving wheel (14) and a steering wheel (15);
the drive motor (13) is connected to the moving wheel (14) and the steering wheel (15) respectively.
5. A warehouse inventorying device according to claim 3, characterized in that the navigation device (2) comprises:
a distance sensor (21) and a signal processor (22);
the distance sensor (21) is connected with the signal processor (22) and is used for acquiring current position information; outputting the current location information to the signal processor (22);
the signal processor (22) is respectively connected with the processor (6) and the driving controller (11) and is used for outputting the movement signal to the driving controller (11) according to the navigation information and the current position information; determining whether a destination is reached according to the moving direction and the moving distance; when reaching the destination, an arrival signal is output to the processor (6).
6. The warehouse counter device according to claim 1, wherein the image acquisition device (3) comprises: an image processor (31), and a plurality of cameras (32) connected to the image processor;
the image processor (31) is connected with the lifting device (4) and is used for outputting image acquisition signals to the cameras (32) after receiving the lifting completion signals; identifying two-dimensional code information in the image; outputting the acquisition completion information, the two-dimensional code information and the image to the lifting device (4);
the camera (32) is used for acquiring images according to the image acquisition signals; outputting the image to the image processor (31).
7. The warehouse counter as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the lifting device (4) comprises: a lifting controller (41), a lifting driving circuit (42), a lifting motor (43) and a lifting rod (44);
the lifting controller (41) is respectively connected with the image processor (31) and the processor (6), the lifting driving circuit (42) is connected with the lifting controller (41), the lifting motor (43) is connected with the lifting driving circuit (42), and the lifting rod (44) is respectively connected with the lifting motor (43) and the image processor (31);
the lifting controller (41) is used for outputting a lifting driving signal to the lifting driving circuit (42) according to the lifting signal; updating the lifting times in the lifting signal according to the lifting completion signal, and outputting the lifting completion signal to the image processor (31); outputting the two-dimensional code information and the image to the processor (6); after receiving the acquisition completion information, determining whether the lifting times are zero; outputting the current destination acquisition completion information to the processor (6) when the lifting times are zero;
the lifting driving circuit (42) is used for controlling the lifting motor (43) to drive the lifting rod (44) to lift according to the lifting driving signal; and outputting a lifting completion signal to the lifting controller (41).
8. The warehouse inventorying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the processor (6) comprises a communication interface;
the communication interface is used for receiving warehouse counting information from an external device; and outputting the two-dimensional code information corresponding to each navigation route and the image corresponding to each navigation route to the external device.
9. A warehouse inventorying system, comprising:
the warehouse inventory device (100) of any one of claims 1-8;
the warehouse management device (200) is used for receiving a warehouse-checking task; acquiring library checking time and library checking information according to the library checking task; outputting the inventory information to the inventory device (100) at the inventory time; and receiving two-dimensional code information corresponding to each navigation route and an image corresponding to each navigation route from the storehouse counting device (100).
10. The warehouse inventory system as claimed in claim 9, further comprising:
a gateway (300);
the warehouse management device (200) outputs the warehouse counting information to the warehouse counting device (100) through the gateway (300).
