In addition to the above embodiments, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the partitioning module 11 includes a profiling information retrieving unit 110, a first partitioning unit 111, a second partitioning unit 112, a third partitioning unit 113, and a fourth partitioning unit 114.
The filing information retrieving unit 110 is configured to retrieve filing information of the goods in the database, where the filing information includes goods volume information, standard packing amount information, and commodity storage area attribute information of the goods corresponding to the type of the goods; the first dividing unit 111 is used for dividing the goods which are filed in the database, have complete goods information and have the number of the same type of goods larger than or equal to the preset standard packing amount into the goods which meet the standard packing amount; the second dividing unit 112 is configured to divide the goods which are already filed in the database, have complete goods information, and have the number of the same type of goods smaller than a preset standard boxing amount into the goods which do not meet the standard boxing amount; a third dividing unit 113, configured to divide the goods that are not archived in the database into goods information missing classes; the fourth dividing unit 114 is configured to divide the goods that have been filed in the database but have incomplete goods information into a goods information incomplete class.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, when the preset sort type is the bin quantity class satisfying the criterion, the generating module 12 specifically includes a first priority unit 1200 and a first sorting unit 1201.
The first priority unit 1200 is configured to preferentially process goods meeting the standard packing quantity; the first management unit 1201 is configured to round the goods of the same cargo type meeting the standard packing amount according to the standard packing amount, allocate at least one turnover box to the goods, and generate a task list for sorting the goods.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, when the preset sort type is the sort that does not satisfy the standard packing amount, the generating module 12 specifically includes a second priority unit 1210, a large group dividing unit 1211, a small group dividing unit 1212, and a second sorting unit 1213.
The second priority unit 1210 is used for processing the goods which do not meet the standard packing quantity class with the second priority; a large group division unit 1211 configured to divide the items that do not satisfy the standard packing amount category and belong to the same item storage area attribute into the same large group; a group dividing unit 1212, configured to divide the goods with the same number of components in each large group into the same group; each group sets the sorting priority from high to low in turn according to the number of the groups from small to large; and the second dividing unit 1213 is configured to combine the cargo volume and the volume information of the turnover boxes to allocate the turnover boxes to the cargo in each group, so as to generate a cargo dividing task list.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, when the preset classification type is a missing goods information class or an incomplete goods information class, the generating module 12 specifically includes a third priority unit 1220 and a third management unit 1221.
The third priority unit 1220 is configured to process goods with missing goods information or incomplete goods information; and the third management unit 1221 is configured to allocate the turnover boxes to the goods with the missing goods information or the incomplete goods information according to the goods types, and generate a goods management task list.
For other details of the technical solution implemented by each module in the system for separately managing warehoused goods according to the five embodiments, reference may be made to the description of the method for separately managing warehoused goods in the embodiments, and details are not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in the present specification, the embodiments are all described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other. For the device-like embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is only exemplary and is not limited to the embodiments described above. Claims (6)

1. A method for sorting warehoused goods is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring goods information of the goods in the warehouse, wherein the goods information comprises goods types, box number information of the goods and number information of the goods of each goods type;
dividing the goods into corresponding preset classification types according to the goods information, wherein the classification comprises that the goods which are filed in a database, have complete goods information and have the number of the same type of goods larger than or equal to a preset standard packing amount are divided into the classes meeting the standard packing amount; the goods which are filed in the database, have complete information and have the same type of goods with the number less than the preset standard boxing amount are classified to the goods which do not meet the standard boxing amount; classifying the goods which are not built in the database into goods information missing classes; dividing goods which are built in the database but have incomplete goods information into goods information incomplete classes;
combining the sorting priority of the preset sorting type and the corresponding sorting rule to generate a cargo sorting task list, comprising the following steps of: preferentially processing the goods meeting the standard packing quantity; the method comprises the steps that goods of the same goods type meeting standard packing quantity classes are subjected to rounding processing according to the packing quantity of the standard boxes, at least one turnover box is distributed to the goods, a goods sorting task list is generated, and after the goods are rounded and when the remaining goods do not meet the standard packing quantity, the remaining goods after rounding are divided into the classes which do not meet the standard packing quantity; the second priority treatment does not meet the standard for packing the volume goods; dividing the goods which do not meet the standard packing quantity class and belong to the same commodity storage region attribute into the same large group; finely dividing the goods with the same number of components in each large group into the same small groups; each group sets the sorting priority from high to low in turn according to the number of the groups from small to large; distributing the turnover boxes for the goods in each group by combining the goods volume and the turnover box volume information to generate a goods sorting task list;
and sorting the goods according to the sorting task list.
2. A sorting method for warehoused goods according to claim 1, wherein the step of sorting the goods according to preset sorting types according to the goods information comprises the following steps:
and calling the filing information of the goods in the database, wherein the filing information comprises goods volume information, standard packing amount information and goods storage area attribute information corresponding to the type of goods.
3. The method for sorting the warehoused goods according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating the goods sorting task list by combining the sorting priority of the preset sorting type and the corresponding sorting rule further comprises the following steps:
finally, goods with missing goods information or incomplete goods information are processed;
and respectively distributing the goods with the goods information missing type or the goods information incomplete type to turnover boxes according to the goods types, and generating a goods sorting task list.
4. A warehouse cargo sorting system, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring goods information of the goods in the warehouse, wherein the goods information comprises goods types, information of box numbers of the goods and the number information of the goods of each goods type;
the dividing module is used for dividing the goods into corresponding preset dividing types according to the goods information, and the dividing module comprises: the first dividing unit is used for dividing the goods which are filed in the database, have complete information and have the same type of goods and the number of the goods is more than or equal to the preset standard packing amount into a class meeting the standard packing amount; the second dividing unit is used for dividing the goods which are filed in the database, have complete information and have the same type of goods with the number less than the preset standard boxing amount into-goods which do not meet the standard boxing amount; the third dividing unit is used for dividing the goods which are not filed in the database into a goods information missing class; the fourth dividing unit is used for dividing the goods which are already built in the database but have incomplete goods information into a goods information incomplete class;
a generating module, configured to combine the sorting priority of the preset sorting type and a corresponding sorting rule to generate a cargo sorting task list, where the generating module includes: the first priority unit is used for preferentially processing the goods meeting the standard packing quantity; the first management unit is used for rounding the goods of the same goods type meeting the standard packing quantity class according to the standard packing quantity, distributing at least one turnover box for the goods, generating a goods sorting task list, and dividing the rounded remaining goods into the goods not meeting the standard packing quantity class when the remaining goods cannot meet the standard packing quantity after the goods rounding processing and the remaining goods are left; the second priority unit is used for processing the goods which do not meet the standard packing quantity class in a second priority mode; the large group dividing unit is used for dividing the goods which do not meet the standard packing quantity class and belong to the same commodity storage region attribute into the same large group; the group dividing unit is used for finely dividing the goods with the same number of components in each large group into the same group; each group sets the sorting priority from high to low in turn according to the number of the groups from small to large; the second management unit is used for combining the cargo volume and the turnover box volume information, distributing the turnover boxes for the cargos in each group, and generating a cargo management task list;
and the sorting module is used for sorting the goods according to the sorting task list.
5. The system for sorting warehoused goods according to claim 4, wherein the dividing module further comprises:
and the filing information calling unit is used for calling the filing information of the goods in the database, and the filing information comprises goods volume information, standard packing amount information and commodity storage area attribute information of the goods corresponding to the type of the goods.
6. The system for triaging warehoused goods according to claim 4, wherein the generating module further comprises:
the third priority unit is used for finally processing goods with missing goods information or incomplete goods information;
and the third management unit is used for respectively distributing the goods with the goods information missing type or the goods information incomplete type to turnover boxes according to the goods types and generating a goods management task list.
