Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-18.
Referring to fig. 1, an electric steam iron apparatus disclosed in the present invention comprises a base assembly 2 placed on a table, the base is gradually provided with an electric iron assembly 1 for ironing clothes, the base assembly 2 is connected with the electric iron assembly 1, the base assembly 2 is connected with a mains supply, steam generated on the base assembly 2 is transmitted to the electric iron assembly 1 through a pipe, the pipe is a rubber hose, and is not shown in the figure.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a first vapor chamber 10011 and a second vapor chamber 10012 are disposed on the aluminum bottom plate 1001, the second vapor chamber 10012 is located in the first vapor chamber, a first channel 100121, a second channel 100122 and a third channel 100123 are disposed in the second vapor chamber 10012, the first channel 100121, the second channel 100122 and the third channel 100123 are communicated with each other, a reinforcing rod 100124 is disposed between the first channel 100121 and the second channel 100122 and between the second channel 100122 and the third channel 100123, a partition 1001221 is further disposed in the second channel 100122, the first channel 100121 and the third channel 100123 are separated by an arc-shaped partition 100125, an air inlet channel 10013 is further disposed on the aluminum bottom plate 1001, and the air inlet channel 10013 and the first channel 100121 are communicated with each other.
The aluminum base plate 1001 is also provided with a heat pipe 1002 for heating. The aluminum base plate 1001 is provided with steam holes 100111 communicated with the first steam chamber 10011, and the aluminum base plate 1001 is further provided with decoration holes 10010 at the edge close to the steam holes 100111.
The aluminum base plate 1001 is provided with a first sealing ring 10014, and the vaporizing plate 1003 is provided with a first sealing groove 10036 which is matched and sealed with the first sealing ring 10014. Vaporization plate 1003 and aluminium bottom plate 1001 are all provided with first mount pad 10015 on, fix through the bolt between the first mount pad 10015.
The vaporizing plate 1003 is integrally provided with a vaporizing seat 10032, and the vaporizing seat 10032 is provided therein with a vaporizing chamber 100321 and a through hole 10033 for connecting the first steam chamber 10011 and the second steam chamber 10012. The vaporizing plate 1003 is further provided with a bottom plate gasket 1004, the bottom plate gasket 1004 is provided with a second sealing ring 10041, and the vaporizing seat 10032 is provided with a second sealing groove 100322 matched with the second sealing ring 10041.
The vaporizing plate 1003 is integrally provided with a first connecting column 10035, and the first connecting column 10035 is provided with a plurality of columns. And still be provided with the steam channel apron 1005 that is used for the sealed 1004 of pressfitting bottom plate on the board 1003 that vaporizes, the integrative connecting seat 10052 that corresponds with the cooperation of first spliced pole 10035 that is provided with on the steam channel apron 1005, connecting seat 10052 is fixed through the bolt with first spliced pole 10035, and still be provided with the apron on the steam channel apron 1005, and the apron is contradicted mutually with the lateral wall of vaporizing seat 10032 and is sealed.
The vaporizing plate 1003 is integrally provided with an air inlet 10031, the air inlet 10031 is used for steam to enter, the vaporizing plate 1003 is further provided with a through pipe 10034, and the through pipe 10034 is located in the third passage 100123.
Still be provided with thermal-insulated seat 1006 on the aluminium bottom plate 1001, be provided with ceramic post 1007 between thermal-insulated seat 1006 and the aluminium bottom plate 1001, thereby the bolt is worn to locate ceramic post 1007 and is fixed between thermal-insulated seat 1006 and the aluminium bottom plate 1001. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the heat insulating base 1006 is further provided with a holding case 111, the holding case 111 is provided with a cover upper cover 114, a cover lower cover 113 and a decoration strip 112, and the cover upper cover 114 is mounted on the decoration strip 112 and penetrates through the cover lower cover 113. The lamp shade lower cover 113 is provided with a plurality of first fasteners 1131, the decorative strip 112 is provided with a first fastening slot 1122 for fastening and matching the first fasteners 1131, the decorative strip 112 is provided with a first mounting ring 1121, and the holding shell 111 is provided with a second mounting seat 1111 matched with the first mounting ring 1121.
The grip housing 111 is further provided with a rear cover 115 and a rear cover 116, and the rear cover 115 is used for fixing the heat shield and the grip housing 111. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a micro switch 122 is installed on the holding housing 111, a lower pressing block 123 cooperating with the micro switch 122 is pivoted on the holding housing 111, an upper cover plate 121 is fixed on the holding housing 111, a button 124 abutting against the other end of the lower pressing block 123 is installed on the upper cover plate 121, and the button 124 is pressed down to trigger the micro switch 122.
The upper cover plate 121 is provided with a plurality of snap rings 1213, the holding shell 111 is provided with a fourth snap ring 1114 mutually clamped with the snap rings 1213, the upper cover plate 121 is further provided with a fifth snap ring 1214, and the holding shell 111 is provided with a fifth clamping groove 1115 clamped with the fifth snap ring 1214.
The upper cover plate 121 is further provided with a front cover plate 125, the front cover plate 125 is provided with a lock catch 1251, the upper cover plate 121 is provided with a lock groove 1211 for fastening the lock catch 1251, the front cover plate 125 is further provided with a plurality of third fasteners 1252, and the upper cover plate 121 is provided with a third fastener groove 1212 for fastening the third fasteners 1252.
And one end on the button 124 is provided with a first clamping piece 1241, the other end of the button 124 is provided with a second clamping piece 1242 which is mutually corresponding to the first clamping piece 1241, a first clamping strip 1253 which is mutually limited with the first clamping piece 1241 is arranged on the front cover plate 125, and a second clamping strip 1254 which is mutually limited with the second clamping piece 1242 is arranged on the front cover plate 125, so that the button 124 is pressed in a vertical sliding manner.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a boiler 2002 is used for heating to generate steam, a drain pipe 20021 is integrally arranged on the boiler 2002, and an electromagnetic valve 2003 for controlling the steam to flow out is further arranged on the boiler 2002. The drain pipe 20021 is sleeved with a cleaning opening sleeve ring 2007 and a cleaning fixing frame 2008, and the cleaning opening sleeve ring 2007 is fixed with the cleaning fixing frame 2008 in a threaded fit manner.
The cover is equipped with sealing washer 2010 on wasing copper plug part 2009 to improve the leakproofness, thereby the blow off pipe 20021 is fixed with washing copper plug part 2009 screw-thread fit, and is provided with washing stopper 2011 on wasing copper plug part 2009, washs stopper 2011 through rotating, thereby rotates wasing copper plug part 2009.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, a boiler 2002 is placed on a base plate 2001, a support 20022 is further integrally arranged on the boiler 2002, a positioning frame 2004 is arranged on the base plate 2001, a plurality of first mounting columns 20011 are integrally arranged on the base plate 2001, and first threaded columns 20012 are integrally arranged on the first mounting columns 20011. The chassis 2001 is also symmetrically provided with a wire clamping frame 20013 for clamping a power supply wire.

The positioning frame 2004 is further provided with an electromagnetic pump 2012, two sides of the electromagnetic pump 2012 are provided with connecting pieces 2013, the connecting pieces 2013 are provided with mounting holes 20131 for the electromagnetic pump 2012 to be mounted, the connecting pieces 2013 are further provided with a first limiting block 20132 and a second limiting block 20133, and the positioning frame 2004 is further provided with a limiting groove 20044 for the first limiting block 20132 and the second limiting block 20133 to be fixed in a sliding manner.
The positioning frame 2004 is further integrally provided with a positioning column 20041, the positioning column 20041 is arranged obliquely, the support 20022 is distributed obliquely and upwards from the blow-off pipe 20021 to the boiler 2002, so that the boiler 2002 is arranged obliquely and downwards by 11 degrees towards the blow-off pipe 20021, a lower cover plate 2006 is arranged between the support 20022 and the positioning column 20041, a lower mounting plate 20061 is further arranged on the lower cover plate 2006, reinforcing ribs 20062 are annularly arranged on the lower mounting plate 20061, a second mounting groove 20043 for mounting the lower mounting plate 20061 and the reinforcing ribs 20062 is arranged on the positioning column 20041, an upper mounting plate 20063 inserted into the support 20022 is further arranged on the lower cover plate 2006, an upper cover plate 2014 attached to the support 20022 is further arranged on one side of the support 20022 away from the lower cover plate 2006, and the upper cover 2014, the support 20022, the lower cover 2006 and the positioning column 20041 are fixed.
Referring to fig. 12-15, chassis 2001 is also provided with an outer housing 2102, and chassis 2001 is also provided with a control circuit board 2101 to control the electronic components. The chassis 2001 is fixed to the outer housing 2102 by bolts, the outer housing 2102 is provided with a fastening point 2104, and the water tank 2103 is provided with a clamping groove 21031 which is in interference clamping connection with the fastening point 2104.

A water inlet sealing member 2107 is arranged on the water tank 2103, and a water inlet valve 2108 which is matched and sealed with the water inlet sealing member 2107 is arranged on the outer shell 2102. The upper bottom plate 21034 is provided with a sixth clamping groove 210342 for clamping and matching the sixth buckle 21092, the upper bottom plate 21034 is provided with a fixing piece 210341 for inserting and matching a clamping sheet 21091, and the handle 2109 and the upper bottom plate 21034 are further reinforced through bolts.
The upper bottom plate 21034 is further provided with a water inlet column 210343, the water inlet column 210343 is further provided with a water inlet hole 210344, the water inlet hole 210344 is circularly arranged, the side wall of the water inlet column 210343 is further provided with a water inlet groove 210345, and the water inlet groove 210345 is arranged on the side face and is rectangularly arranged.
The lower bottom plate 21035 is provided with a floater 210352, the floater 210352 is installed in a positioning cover 210351, the positioning cover 210351 is communicated with the outside, supporting lugs 210353 are arranged on two sides of the positioning cover 210351, a second threaded column 210354 matched with the supporting lugs 210353 is integrally arranged on the lower bottom plate 21035, and the second threaded column 210354 and the supporting lugs 210353 are fixed through bolts.
