The guide rod 34 moves leftwards to drive the connecting rod 39 to move leftwards, the connecting rod 39 moves leftwards to enable the fixing plate 41 to move leftwards, the guide plate 192 can move downwards through the matching of the inclined hole 42 and the second pin rod 43, the guide plate 192 moves downwards to enable the guide clamping rod 14 to move downwards out of the first clamping groove 5, and therefore self rescue can be carried out by using the self-rescue device under the emergency condition.
