Assuming that the glue pressing mechanism 11 includes two glue storage tubes 113 for storing yellow glue and black glue, respectively, when a glue dispensing operation needs to be performed on an object 20 to be dispensed, the second driving device 110 is controlled to drive the glue pushing rod 111 to operate simultaneously, so as to drive the glue pressing block 112 to extrude the yellow glue and the black glue in the two glue storage tubes 113 simultaneously, so that the yellow glue and the black glue flow into the glue dispensing valve 120 through a corresponding glue tube joint 1200 on the glue dispensing valve 120, continue to flow into the glue dispensing block 121 through a corresponding first glue hole 1210 under the control of the glue dispensing valve 120, flow into the connecting head 1220 and the glue dispensing tube 14 sequentially after being converged through the second glue hole, fully mix the black glue and the yellow glue of the two components by using a trapezoid structure and the like in the glue dispensing tube 14, and flow out from the glue nozzle 141 and are coated or sprayed on a corresponding position of the object 20 to be dispensed.
When the dispensing position on the object 20 to be dispensed is the core slot shown in fig. 9, the bearing 130 may be driven to rotate by the first driving device 133 to drive the dispensing tube 14 to rotate, so as to implement dispensing operation on different positions of the core slot (for example, the mixed glue is uniformly coated on the inner wall surface of the core slot). The first driving device 133 provides a driving force to ensure dispensing uniformity and consistency. Meanwhile, the second driving device 110 provides driving force for the glue pressing mechanism 11, so that glue supply can be continuous and uninterrupted, and the glue dispensing quality is ensured.
In addition, for the object 20 to be dispensed as shown in fig. 9, after the dispensing operation of one cell slot is completed, the dispensing tube 14 needs to be moved to the next cell slot, and for this reason, during the moving process of the dispensing tube 14, the instantaneous glue receiving control can be performed through the dispensing valve 120, and the instantaneous glue discharging control can be performed when the dispensing tube 14 moves to the next cell slot, so that the waste of glue is effectively avoided, and the dispensing quality can be improved.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the dispensing apparatus 10 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can also control the amount of glue and the mixing ratio of the multi-component glue in the dispensing process, so that the manufacturing cost of the dispensing apparatus 10, the material cost and the labor cost in the dispensing process can be reduced while the dispensing apparatus 10 and the dispensing operation are simplified, the production cycle of the apparatus or the component (such as a battery module) requiring the dispensing operation is effectively shortened, and the production safety is improved.
In summary, in the dispensing apparatus 10 according to the embodiment of the present application, the rotating mechanism 13 disposed in the dispensing apparatus 10 can drive the dispensing tube 14 to rotate, so as to dispense the dispensing objects 20 at different positions, improve dispensing efficiency, and ensure dispensing quality.
In addition, the plurality of glue storage tubes 113 are arranged in the glue dispensing device 10, so that glue in each glue storage tube 113 is mixed by the glue dividing block 121 and the glue dispensing tube 14 in the glue dispensing process, the glue dispensing operation of multi-component glue is realized, meanwhile, the glue supply amount is ensured to be free from fluctuation, and the glue dispensing quality is improved.

the glue dispensing control mechanism is used for realizing glue dispensing operation;
the glue pressing mechanism is used for being connected with the glue dispensing control mechanism, extruding and conveying glue stored in the glue dispensing control mechanism into the glue dispensing control mechanism;
the glue dispensing tube is connected with the glue dispensing control mechanism and used for guiding and coating the glue flowing out of the glue dispensing control mechanism on an object to be subjected to glue dispensing;
the rotating mechanism is used for being respectively and rotatably connected with the dispensing tube and the dispensing control mechanism, driving the dispensing tube to rotate relative to the dispensing control mechanism and dispensing different positions of the object to be dispensed in the rotating process;
the dispensing control mechanism comprises an installation part, and a connector used for being rotationally connected with the dispensing tube is arranged on the installation part;
the rotating mechanism comprises a synchronizing wheel and a fixing piece, through holes for the dispensing tube to pass through are formed in the synchronizing wheel and the fixing piece, first threads are formed in the outer wall of the synchronizing wheel, and second threads are formed in the inner wall of the fixing piece;
the synchronous wheel is sleeved on the outer wall of the mounting part, the fixing part is mounted on the synchronous wheel through the matching of the second thread and the first thread, and the fixing part is also fixedly connected with the dispensing pipe;
the synchronous wheel drives the fixing piece to rotate relative to the dispensing control mechanism under the driving of external force, so that the dispensing tube rotates relative to the connecting head to realize dispensing operation on different positions of the object to be dispensed;
the connector is in a hollow conical shape, one end of the dispensing tube is sleeved on the hollow conical connector and can rotate along the outer wall of the connector under the driving of the fixing piece;

the mounting part is connected with the glue distribution block, so that the second glue hole is communicated with the first glue hole, and the glue flowing into the glue dispensing valve by the glue pressing mechanism can continuously flow through the first glue hole, the second glue hole and the connecting head by the glue dispensing valve under the control of the glue dispensing valve and then enter the glue dispensing pipe.
5. The dispensing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the glue pressing mechanism comprises a second driving device, a glue pushing rod, a glue pressing block and a glue storage tube for storing glue;
one end of the glue pushing rod is connected with the second driving device, the other end of the glue pushing rod is connected with the glue pressing block, the glue pressing block is arranged in the glue storage pipe, and the glue storage pipe is connected with the glue dispensing valve; the glue pushing rod drives the glue pressing block to move under the driving of the second driving device so as to extrude the glue in the glue storage tube, and the glue stored in the glue storage tube flows out to the glue dispensing valve.
