Abstract
The invention relates to a formula automatic replacement method for maintaining stable quality of cut tobacco of cigarettes, which comprises the steps of determining a formula unit in a formula of the cigarettes; in the production process, the system extracts the stock data at intervals of a first set time and judges: if the inventory of the formula units is smaller than a first set threshold, the system compares the data information of the formula units with the data information of the available formula units in the alcoholized inventory to obtain a plurality of available formula units similar to the data information of the formula units; after each available formula unit is replaced by a formula unit, a corresponding initial replacement formula is formed; the initial replacement formula is measured to obtain corresponding sensory indexes and smoke indexes, and the sensory indexes and the smoke indexes are compared with the original sensory indexes and the smoke indexes to obtain the closest replacement formula; and the system judges the inventory of the available formula unit corresponding to the replacement formula, and if the inventory of the available formula unit is within a second threshold range, the system sends out replacement information.

Background
Maintaining the sensory stability of the cigarette is the key for ensuring that a certain grade of cigarette can obtain long-term stability for customers. in the production process, the system extracts the stock data at intervals of a first set time and judges:
if the inventory of the formula unit is smaller than a first set threshold, the system compares the data information of the formula unit with the data information of the available formula units in inventory to obtain a plurality of available formula units similar to the data information of the formula unit;
and each available formula unit is substituted for the formula unit to form a corresponding initial substitution formula;
determining the preliminary replacement formula, obtaining corresponding data information, and comparing the data information with the data information of the original formula to obtain the replacement formula of the closest available formula unit;
meanwhile, the system judges the stock of the available formula unit, and if the stock of the available formula unit is within the second threshold value range, the system sends out the replacement information.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme, the production data and the inventory data are organically combined through the control system, meanwhile, after the control system determines the inventory data, certain combinations in the formula of the cigarettes can be replaced and matched in advance, and the production continuity can be guaranteed on the premise that the formula is stable.

Determining a formula A of the cigarette, namely N1+ N2+ … Ni, wherein i is a natural number, and Ni is a formula unit in the formula of the cigarette; the formulation unit is the cut tobacco processed and stored for corresponding time through the previous working procedure. The data information of the available formula units comprises chemical indexes, near infrared spectra, identity information and inventory. Wherein, the chemical indexes (six items of tobacco routine (total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, total alkali, potassium and chlorine), aroma components, polyphenol, organic acid, volatile alkali, pigment and amino acid), and the identity information comprises variety, position, producing area, grade, etc. The data information is stored in the control system.

The judgment method of the stock quantity comprises the following steps:
1) the system compares the inventory data of the first available recipe unit corresponding to a1 to a second threshold;

if the inventory of the second available formula unit is within a second threshold value range, determining that the second available formula unit is a final formula unit, and sending replacement information by the system; when the inventory of recipe unit N1 is not available, it is directed to deliver the second available recipe unit to the manufacturing line.
3) If the inventory level of the second available recipe unit is outside the second threshold range, the system repeats step 2) until the inventory level of the selected available recipe unit is within the second threshold.

determining and storing data information of cigarettes and data information of each formula unit;
in the production process, the system extracts the stock data at intervals of a first set time and judges:
if the inventory of the formula unit is smaller than a first set threshold, the system compares the data information of the formula unit with the data information of the available formula units in inventory to obtain a plurality of available formula units similar to the data information of the formula unit;
and each available formula unit is substituted for the formula unit to form a corresponding initial substitution formula;
determining the preliminary replacement formula, obtaining corresponding data information, and comparing the data information with the data information of the original formula to obtain the replacement formula of the closest available formula unit;
meanwhile, the system judges the stock of the available formula unit, and if the stock of the available formula unit is within a second threshold value range, the system sends out replacement information;
the judging method of the stock quantity comprises the following steps:

if the inventory of the second available formula unit is within the second threshold value range, determining that the second available formula unit is the final available formula unit, and sending replacement information by the system;
3) if the inventory level of the second available recipe unit is outside the second threshold range, the system repeats step 2) until the inventory level of the selected available recipe unit is within the second threshold.
