技术领域
本申请涉及一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器。
背景技术
空调现在已经普及,随着人们生活品质的提高,空气净化器也正在快速进入寻常人家,净化器的工作原理是净化器内的风扇吸进原房间内有污染的空气经过净化级滤芯过滤过的干净空气加湿后又送回房间,达到净化加湿空气的效果。空调的工作原理是空调内机风扇吸进房间内的冷、热空气,经过冷热交换后再把需要的冷热空气送到房间,达到制冷制热的效果。两台家用电器的工作原理都是由风扇吸进室内空气后,经过不同过程把净化后的、制冷制热的空气最后又送到室内,工作原理相同,但是往往在享受空调的同时,还会开着净化器净化室内空气。同时,空调内机蒸凝器在夏天停机时会残留水分,净化器停止工作时,加湿器水箱及加湿器都会有多余未用完的水,会造成细菌滋生,造成二次污染,影响健康。
发明内容
针对以上不足,现提供一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调。
一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器,包括:净化体、空调内机、保湿水槽,其特征在于:所述的净化体为 与空调内机进风口相适配的通风管,净化体内的上端设有滤芯座,装有滤芯,滤芯等级为净化级,滤芯上方装有滤芯盖,滤芯盖设有进风口,滤芯底与空调内机间的空间为净化腔;所述的空调内机与常规空调内机,内机内的蒸凝器设有湿度感应器,空调内机增设净化空气开关,空调内机底部设有保湿水槽;所述的保湿水槽的上端口与空调内机下端相适配,水槽的一端上方设有自溢管,底部设有自排管,自排管设有双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀,自溢管、自排管分别与外排水三通相连,水槽另一端设有进水管及时控电磁阀。
进一步地,空调制冷开关与内机风扇间设有继电器,电源的正极分别与制冷开关、制热开关、除湿开关、净化空气开关的供电点、继电器的常开静触点及继电器内的电磁线圈相连,继电器内的电磁线圈与湿度感应器相连,制冷开关受电点分别与继电器常闭静触点及双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀常闭开关相连,继电器动触点与内机风扇相连,除湿开关的受电点与双重电源通电自动断电线圈相连,制热开关、净化开关为多受电点开关,制热开关、净化空调开关其中一个受电点分别与空调风扇相连,另一个受电点分别与时控电磁开关相连,内机风扇、湿度感应器、双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀及断电电磁线圈、时控电磁阀的另一极与电源负极相连。

一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器的优点是:
1 一个空调,两种功能,一机两用,省了净化器,省钱省电,节能环保。
2 只要打开空调,就给房间空气净化,减少污染,健康。
3 保湿水槽,利用空调风蒸发为水汽,自然健康。
4 风干使空调内机保持干燥,减少二次污染,卫生健康,环保。
具体实施方案
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器,包括1.滤芯盖,2.滤芯,3.净化体,4.滤芯座,5.净化腔,6.空调内机,7.内机风机,8.湿度感应器,9.保湿水槽,10.双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀,11.进水管,12.时控电磁阀,13.蒸凝管,14.自溢管,15.自排管,16.净化空气开关,17.外排水三通,18.制冷开关,19.制热开关,20.除湿开关,21.电源,22.自动断电器,23.继电器,24.静触点,25.动触点,26.电磁线圈。
如图1、图2所示,一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器,包括净化体3,空调内机6,保湿水槽9,其特征在于:所述的净化体3是与进风口相适配的通风管,净化体上端设有滤芯座4,滤芯座4内装有滤芯2,滤芯2等级为净化级,和净化器内的滤芯等级相同,滤芯上端设有滤芯盖1,滤芯盖1设有进风口,滤芯底与空调内机间的空间为净化腔5,净化腔5内可增设其他净化装置。所述的空调内机6为常规空调内机,内有常规的蒸凝器13及风扇7,蒸凝器13内设有湿度感应器8,内机增设净化空气开关16;所述保湿水槽9的端口与空调内机6下端相适配,保湿水槽9的一端上方设有自溢管14,下方设有自排管15,自排管15设有双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10、自溢管14、自排管15分别与外排水三通17相连,保湿水槽另一端上方设有进水管11,进水管11设有时控电磁阀12。
如图3所示,一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调,其特征在于:所述的空调内机6内的制冷开关18与内机风扇7间设有继电器23,电源21的正极分别与继电器内的静触点常开触点24乙相连,再与继电器23内的电磁线圈26相连,电磁线圈26与湿度感应器8相连,同时电源21的正极分别与制冷开关18、制热开关19、除湿开关20、净化空气开关16的供电点相连,制冷开关18的受电点分别由x1,x8与继电器23静触点常闭触点24甲相连及双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10内的常闭开关相连,继电器23的动触点25由x3与空调内机风扇7相连,除湿开关20的受电点由x7与双重电源通电断电器22内的电磁线圈26相连,制热开关19、净化空气开关16为多受电点开关,其中一个受电点分别由x3与内机风扇7相连,另一个受电点由x4与时控电磁阀12相连,内机风扇7、湿度感应器8、双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10及内的断电器电磁线圈、时控电磁阀的另一极分别由x5、x6与电源负极相连。
净化腔5内可根据净化等级增设负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌灯等功能更强、等级更高的净化器件,提高净化等级、档次。
制冷开关18、制热开关19、除湿开关20,同时还控制着空调外机运行,净化空气开关16不控制空调外机,只控制空调内机风扇7,时控电磁阀12。
双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10为通电闭合、断电打开,时控电磁阀12通电后设置时间开打开、关闭电磁阀门。
在待机状态下电源开关21正极通过x2分别让继电器23静触点常开触点24乙电磁线圈26及制冷开关18,、制热开关19、除湿开关20、净化空气开关16的供电点通电,打开制冷开关18,受电点通电。通过x1与继电器、静触点常闭触点24甲通电,通过动触点25使内机风扇运转,通过x8与双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10、常闭开关通电,电磁阀10关闭,制冷模式正常运行。内机风扇7吸进的内通过净化级滤芯2、净化过的室内空气在空调内机蒸凝管处进行热交换,把净化过的清凉空气通过内机出风口送到房内,在冷热空气交换过程中,会产生冷凝水汇集到保湿水槽9内,保湿水槽9与空调内机6组合在一起,成为一个封闭的风箱,流动的空调风在封闭的风箱运转、流动,使保湿水槽9内的水产生气化后和空调风一起送到房内,起到保湿作用。如果净化腔5装有负离子发生器,大量的负离子也会随着净化,保湿的清凉空气送到房间,这时的空调内机也是一台能进行热交换的净化器,得到净化、保湿、提供清凉空气的效果。空气湿度大、冷凝水过多时,水位涨到自溢口时,通过自溢管14排到外排水三通17排向室外。需要除湿时,打开除湿开关20,受电点通电,通过x7使双重电源通电断电器22内的电磁线圈26通电产生磁场,常闭开关断开,电磁阀10打开,除湿得到大量的水通过自排管15更快排到外排水三通17排向室外,除湿过程结束后,除湿开关关闭,电磁线圈26断电,常闭开关闭合,电磁阀10又关闭保湿水槽开始储水。
在制冷模式下,空调内机6内的蒸凝器13会聚集很多水,湿度感应器8感应后通电,继电器23内的电磁线圈26通电,产生磁场,动触点25与静触点24甲断开,与触点24乙连接,风扇7正常运行,制冷模式停止工作,制冷开关18受电点断电,双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10打开,保湿水槽9内的水通过自排管15排向外排水三通17后排向室外,此时风扇7正常运行,把蒸凝器13上的水分吹干,湿度感应器8断开,电磁线圈26失去磁力,动触点25与静触点24乙断开,风扇停止运转,得到制冷模式工作结束后,空调内机内无残留水,防止细菌污染,健康、环保。
在制冷模式下,空调内机风扇7吸进的是房间里的热空气、脏空气,通过净化级滤芯过滤后的纯净空气在蒸凝器13处进行热交换,风的流动带动保湿水槽9内的水部分气化后送回房间,得到净化器工作时的净化、加湿功能的效果,制冷模式停止后双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10打开,保湿水槽9内的水流出,内机风扇7继续工作,把冷凝器的水吹干后才关闭,得到风干的效果,制冷模式下的空调内机又是一台保湿、风干、净化送清凉的健康、环保净化器。
在制热模式下,制热开关19打开,制热开关19为多受电点开关,其中一个受电点由x3与空调内机风扇7连接,风扇运行,x3与动触点25相连,通过静触点24甲、x1、x8让双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10通电后关闭,同时另一个受电点由x4与时控电磁阀12相连,根据时间设置间隔性的打开电磁阀12,进水管11间隔性给保湿水槽9内供水,供水流量为小流量,水位为低水位储水,空调内机风扇7吸进的是房间里的冷空气、脏空气,通过净化级滤芯2过滤后的纯净空气,在蒸凝器13处进行冷热交换,风的流动带动保湿水槽9内的水部分气化后送回房间,得到净化器工作时的净化、加湿功能的效果,制热过程结束,制热开关关闭,受电点断开,时控电磁阀12关闭,停止向保湿水槽9供水,双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10打开,保湿水槽9内水排出室外,保证空调内机在不作时机内干燥,制热模式下的空调内机又是一台保湿、排干、净化、送暖风的健康、环保的净化器。
打开净化空气开关16,净化空气开关16为多受电点开关。受电点通电,其中一个受电点由x3与空调内机风扇7连接,风扇运行。X3与动触点25相连,通电静触点24甲、x1、x8让双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10通电后关闭。同时另一个受电点由x4与时控电磁阀相连,根据时间设置间隔性打开,进水管11间隔性给保湿水槽9内供水,供水流量为小流量,水位为低水位储水。净化空气开关16不控制空调内机,只控制空调内机风扇7、双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10及时控电磁阀15。此时的空调外机不工作,内机就是一台内装蒸凝器的净化器,内机风扇7吸进的是房间里的脏空气,通过净化级滤芯2过滤为纯净空气,在保湿水槽9与空调内机6组成封闭的封箱内运动,使保湿水槽9内的水气化后,带着水汽的净化空气送回房间。
关闭净化空气16,受电点断电,内机风扇7停止运转,时控电磁阀12关闭供水管11停止供水,双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀10打开,把保湿水槽9内的多余水,保持空调内机干燥,得到保湿、排干、净化、健康、环保的效果。
不同形式的空调,设置相适合的净化体及储水槽,让所有空调都能成为一台保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器。
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以根据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器,包括:净化体、空调内机、保湿水槽,其特征在于:所述的净化体为 与空调内机进风口相适配的通风管,净化体内的上端设有滤芯座,装有滤芯,滤芯等级为净化级,滤芯上方装有滤芯盖,滤芯盖设有进风口,滤芯座底与空调内机间的空间为净化腔;所述的空调内机是常规空调内机,内机内的蒸凝器设有湿度感应器,空调内机增设净化空气开关,空调内机底部设有保湿水槽;所述的保湿水槽的上端口与空调内机下端相适配,水槽的一端上方设有自溢管,底部设有自排管,自排管设有双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀,自溢管、自排管分别与外排水三通相连,水槽另一端设有进水管及时控电磁阀。
2.一种保湿、风干、净化、健康、环保空调净化器,其特征在于:空调制冷开关与内机风扇间设有继电器,电源的正极分别与制冷开关、制热开关、除湿开关、净化空气开关的供电点、继电器的常开静触点及继电器内的电磁线圈相连,继电器内的电磁线圈与湿度感应器相连,制冷开关受电点分别与继电器常闭静触点及双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀常开开关相连,继电器动触点与内机风扇相连,除湿开关的受电点与双重电源通电自动断电电磁线圈相连,制热开关、净化开关为多受电点开关,制热开关、净化空气开关其中一个受电点分别与空调内机风扇相连,另一个受电点分别与时控电磁开关相连,内机风扇、湿度感应器、双重电源通电自动断电电磁阀及断电电磁线圈、时控电磁阀的另一极与电源负极相连。
