As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the soft foundation treatment drain pipe and the matched drain plate of the invention comprise a water delivery section 1 and a connecting section 2 which are mutually communicated, a bayonet 21 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting section 2, and the upper end of the drain plate 3 can be clamped and sealed at the bayonet 21 of the connecting section 2. The clamping sealing mode can be realized by adopting plastic interference fit.
The application process of the invention is as follows: firstly, the drain board 3 is inserted into a soft foundation, then a drain pipe is arranged, a water outlet at the upper end of the drain board 3 is inserted into a bayonet 21 at the bottom of the connecting section 2, a small amount of medium coarse sand is paved, and finally, a vacuum pump is started, so that water in the soft foundation is pumped out through the drain pipe and the drain board 3.
In order to improve the connection reliability of the drain board 3 and the connection section 2, two ends of the bayonet 21 in the length direction are respectively provided with a support bar 4, as shown in fig. 3, the upper end and the lower end of the support bar 4 are respectively connected with the upper surface and the lower surface of the connection section 2, the inner side of the support bar 4 is provided with a first fixed tooth 41, as shown in fig. 4, and two sides of the drain board 3 are provided with second fixed teeth 31 matched with the first fixed tooth 41, as shown in fig. 5. The first fixed teeth 41 are preferably in the form of upper tooth surface level, lower tooth surface inclined, and the second fixed teeth 31 are in the form of opposite upper tooth surface inclined, lower tooth surface level, which can facilitate the insertion of the drain plate 3 into the bayonet 21 and prevent the drain plate 3 from falling off.
The supporting strips 4 are made of hard plastic. By adopting hard plastic, on one hand, the drain plate 3 can be inserted and detached by plastic deformation, and on the other hand, the connecting section 2 can be supported to a certain extent, so that the condition that the connection section 2 deforms to influence the connection condition of the drain pipe and the drain plate 3 is avoided.
In order to improve the drainage efficiency, besides ensuring the connection reliability of the drainage pipe and the drainage plate 3, the loss of vacuum in the transmission process needs to be reduced as much as possible, namely, the connection tightness is improved, therefore, a further scheme is that a sealing block 5 is arranged outside a bayonet 21 of the connecting section 2, as shown in fig. 7, a circle of grooves 51 facing to the lower side of the connecting section 2 are arranged on the sealing block 5 along the bayonet 21, and sealing wool tops 52 are arranged in the grooves 51. Because the surface of the plate core of the traditional plastic drain plate, such as an SPB-C plastic drain plate, is provided with groove teeth, the outer side of the plate core is also sleeved with a filter membrane 6, and gaps can be formed when the plate core is directly connected with the bayonet 21 of the connecting section 2, so that vacuum transmission is affected. After the sealing block 5 is added, the filter membrane 6 on the outer side can be pressed and stacked in the groove 51 in the inserting process of the plastic drain plate, and the sealing performance is improved under the action of the sealing wool tops 52, so that sediment is prevented from entering the drain pipe from the bayonet 21.
The conventional drain pipe is generally a circular pipe, and in order to facilitate the plugging with the drain plate 3, the water delivery section 1 and the connecting section 2 of the drain pipe are designed into a structure with semicircular radial sections. The semicircular pipe has other advantages, such as large contact area with the ground, difficult rolling to influence the connection with the drain plate 3, and lower drain pipe height, and reduced soil laying thickness. In addition, in order to adapt to the fluctuation of geology in the soft foundation treatment process, the water delivery section 1 of the drain pipe adopts a corrugated pipe.
The invention uses the direct clamping connection of the drainage plate and the drainage pipe to transfer vacuum, reduces the vacuum loss of the sand cushion link in the traditional process, has less middle coarse sand needed to be paved for the semicircular section drainage pipe compared with the common circular section drainage pipe, greatly reduces engineering cost, improves construction efficiency, and has good practicability and application prospect.
