The rivet electrical contact is applied to various relays, contactors, temperature controllers and contactors with various current levels, and is an important accessory for influencing the working reliability of a contact system of a switching device. The preparation process generally comprises the steps of preparing, grinding, annealing, pickling, polishing and the like, wherein black spots are frequently formed on a working surface after grinding, are distributed in a granular shape, are attached to a certain depth, and mainly comprise C, O, fe, cu and the like after testing.
Further analysis and research by the inventor of the application show that the black spots mainly come from solidification of organic glue (component C, O) caused by triangular prism and cylindrical abrasive materials used in the rivet grinding process, the organic glue is embedded into a working surface of the rivet in the grinding process, fe powder is used as abrasive materials, cu is a rivet matrix, and the Cu is also embedded into the working surface in the grinding process, so that the black spots are formed together. The black spot is difficult to remove once formed, because the black spot is small in size and penetrates into the rivet working face under the action of a capillary tube, and the surface of the working face can only be cleaned by using a common polishing machine, but the black spot is difficult to remove after reaching a certain depth. Therefore, research on how to remove the black spots on the working surface of the rivet electrical contact has important significance for improving the quality of the rivet electrical contact product.
For this reason, the applicant has previously filed a method for removing surface defects of rivet-type electrical contacts based on magnetic polishing, see chinese patent application No. CN201810975028.5, which is capable of removing black spots, but still needs to be further improved due to a certain degree of polishing wear on the working surface of rivet-type electrical contacts by the magnetic polishing method.

The method can effectively remove the black spots on the working surface of the rivet electrical contact, but does not cause physical abrasion on the working surface of the rivet electrical contact, and is suitable for large-scale treatment of the black spots on the working surface of the rivet electrical contact, and has industrial implementation significance.

(2) Wet vibration: after dry vibration, water and a reagent special for black spots are injected into the device, wherein the sulfonic acid and the acetic acid are used for removing viscosity, so that the black spots are separated from the working surface, and the black spots are likely to redeposit under the action of gravity after being separated, particularly large black spots, and the foaming agent plays a role at the moment to coat the black spots, float the foam under the action of buoyancy and discharge the foam under the action of water flow, so that the cleaning effect is achieved.
