Abstract

本发明涉及医疗器械,具体说是一种髓腔骨水泥取出装置,包括壳体和后端安装在该壳体上并可旋转的钻头,所述钻头呈中空状,其内腔设置有可沿该内腔轴向移动的推拉杆,该推拉杆一端伸出壳体连接有手柄,另一端设置有驱动机构,在钻头前端设有抓取机构,通过手柄推拉所述推拉杆,该推拉杆带动所述驱动机构驱动该抓取机构径向张开或收拢。本发明设有抓取机构,当钻头前端从骨水泥中间穿过,其尖端穿透骨水泥之后,通过手柄控制抓取机构由收拢状态变为张开状态,就可以将骨水泥快速拉出。同时,本发明还设有导向器,通过把控导向器的方向,可保证钻头通过的导环的内环经过的隧道不会损伤骨皮质。

一种髓腔骨水泥取出装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,具体说是一种髓腔骨水泥取出装置。
背景技术
随着中国老龄化社会的到来以及关节外科的发展,需要行髋关节翻修手术的患者逐年增多。翻修手术难度大,如果前次手术使用的股骨柄假体是骨水泥假体,翻修术中股骨髓腔中原有骨水泥的清理和取出是一大挑战。翻修术中,股骨髓腔残留的骨水泥必须彻底清理,现有的骨水泥取出器械有髓腔球钻、髓腔直钻、刮匙、髓腔骨刀、髓腔探钩、劈裂刀、髓核钳等等。但现有的装置在破坏髓腔骨水泥的后不能快速地取出骨水泥,且在取出过程中,部分骨水泥坚硬且牢固嵌合于股骨皮质,很容易造成股骨皮质的破坏、穿孔甚至股骨干骨折,增加病人痛苦。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可快速、安全取出髓腔骨水泥的取出装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种髓腔骨水泥取出装置,包括壳体和后端安装在该壳体上并可旋转的钻头,所述钻头呈中空状,其内腔设置有可沿该内腔轴向移动的推拉杆,该推拉杆一端伸出壳体连接有手柄,另一端设置有驱动机构,在钻头前端设有抓取机构,通过手柄推拉所述推拉杆,该推拉杆带动所述驱动机构驱动该抓取机构径向张开或收拢。
作为优选,所述驱动机构包括与推拉杆另一端固定连接的导块和由该导块带动运动的驱动杆,该驱动杆驱动所述抓取机构运动。
作为优选,所述抓取机构包括设置在钻头外壁并沿该钻头周向分布的数个倒钩和固定设置在钻头外壁的数个定位销,每一所述倒钩与一个所述驱动杆连接,每一驱动杆驱动对应的倒钩绕对应的定位销旋转。
作为优选,每一所述倒钩一端为自由端,另一端为驱动端,驱动端安装在对应的所述定位销上,每一所述驱动杆一端伸出内腔与对应的驱动端固定连接。
作为优选,每一所述驱动杆另一端成型有导柱,所述导块上径向设有导槽,该导柱卡入所述导槽,导块随推拉杆轴向移动并带动驱动杆另一端轴向移动时,所述导柱沿导槽径向移动。
作为优选,所述内腔固定设有数根连杆,每一连杆的一端伸出内腔与一个定位销固定连接。
作为优选,所述钻头外壁成型有数个收纳槽,每一倒钩可收拢在对应的收纳槽内。
作为优选,每一所述倒钩呈弧形。
作为优选,所述钻头前端设置有导向器。
作为优选,所述导向器包括导环和导杆,所述导环的内环可容纳钻头前端,导环的外环与所述导杆一端固定连接,导杆另一端向钻头后端延伸并连接有把手。
从以上技术方案可知,本发明设有抓取机构,当钻头前端从骨水泥中间穿过,其尖端穿透骨水泥之后,通过手柄控制抓取机构由收拢状态变为张开状态,就可以将骨水泥快速拉出。同时,本发明还设有导向器,通过把控导向器的方向,可保证钻头通过的导环的内环经过的隧道不会损伤骨皮质。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1详细介绍本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
本发明提供了一种髓腔骨水泥取出装置,包括壳体1和后端安装在该壳体上并可旋转的钻头2,钻头通过电机驱动旋转,旋转的钻头可对髓腔骨水泥旋转切割,以取出骨水泥。所述钻头呈中空状,其内腔设置有可沿该内腔轴向移动的推拉杆3,该推拉杆一端伸出壳体连接有手柄4,另一端设置有驱动机构5,在钻头前端设有抓取机构6;在实施过程中,手柄推拉所述推拉杆,该推拉杆带动所述驱动机构驱动该抓取机构径向张开或收拢。本发明的取出装置不工作时,抓取机构呈收拢状态;当采用本发明的取出装置切割骨水泥时,抓取机构呈收拢状态,而当钻头穿透骨水泥之后,再通过手柄推动推拉杆,推拉杆带动驱动机构驱动抓取机构张开,然后往回拉钻头,此时抓取机构爪住骨水泥,即可将骨水泥快速取出。工作完成后,通过手柄拉动推拉杆,抓取机构收拢回复初审状态。
本发明的驱动机构5包括与推拉杆另一端固定连接的导块51和由该导块带动运动的驱动杆52,该驱动杆驱动所述抓取机构运动,实现抓取机构的张开和收拢。具体来说,所述抓取机构6包括设置在钻头外壁并沿该钻头周向分布的数个倒钩61和固定设置在钻头外壁的数个定位销62,每一所述倒钩与一个所述驱动杆连接,每一驱动杆驱动对应的倒钩绕对应的定位销旋转,从而通过倒钩的正向或逆向旋转实现了倒钩的径向张开或收拢。
在实施过程中,每一所述倒钩一端为自由端,另一端为驱动端,驱动端安装在对应的所述定位销上,每一所述驱动杆一端伸出内腔与对应的驱动端固定连接,每一所述驱动杆另一端成型有导柱53,所述导块上径向设有导槽54,该导柱卡入所述导槽,导块随推拉杆轴向移动并带动驱动杆另一端轴向移动时,所述导柱沿导槽径向移动。具体来说,当推拉推拉杆时,导块轴向移动,驱动杆的另一端随着移动,此时由于驱动杆的一端被定位销和驱动端约束了,驱动杆的另一端轴向移动时其一端绕定位销旋转,而驱动杆另一端必然发生径向运动,本发明采用导柱和导槽的配合设计可满足其径向运动。导槽与导柱的配合方式采用卡接,防止两者运动时发生脱离现象。如导槽采用燕尾槽,导柱可沿燕尾槽径向移动,但不会相对燕尾槽轴向移动,即两者不会脱离。
为了方便安装固定定位销,所述内腔固定设有数根连杆7,每一连杆的一端伸出内腔与一个定位销固定连接。作为优选,所述钻头外壁成型有数个收纳槽8,每一倒钩可收拢在对应的收纳槽内,防止钻头工作时,倒钩干涉,也可减小体积。每一所述倒钩呈弧形,可保证倒钩张开后呈伞状,有利于抓取骨水泥。
本发明的所述钻头前端设置有导向器9,以导向钻头,防止钻头行径路线损伤到骨皮质。具体来说,所述导向器包括导环91和导杆92,所述导环的内环略大于钻头外径,在钻头工作时,其在导环内环范围内切割,避免损伤径向的骨皮质。实施过程中,导环外径与内径之差约3mm,更方便导向。导环的外环与所述导杆一端固定连接,导杆另一端向钻头后端延伸并连接有把手93,由此,通过把手可控制导向器的方向,以引导钻头在指定的范围内切割,从而保证钻头通过的隧道不会损伤骨皮质,提高手术效果,减少了病人痛苦。

Claims (10)

1.一种髓腔骨水泥取出装置,包括壳体和后端安装在该壳体上并可旋转的钻头,其特征在于:所述钻头呈中空状,其内腔设置有可沿该内腔轴向移动的推拉杆,该推拉杆一端伸出壳体连接有手柄,另一端设置有驱动机构,在钻头前端设有抓取机构,通过手柄推拉所述推拉杆,该推拉杆带动所述驱动机构驱动该抓取机构径向张开或收拢。
2.根据权利要求1所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括与推拉杆另一端固定连接的导块和由该导块带动运动的驱动杆,该驱动杆驱动所述抓取机构运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:所述抓取机构包括设置在钻头外壁并沿该钻头周向分布的数个倒钩和固定设置在钻头外壁的数个定位销,每一所述倒钩与一个所述驱动杆连接,每一驱动杆驱动对应的倒钩绕对应的定位销旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:每一所述倒钩一端为自由端,另一端为驱动端,驱动端安装在对应的所述定位销上,每一所述驱动杆一端伸出内腔与对应的驱动端固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:每一所述驱动杆另一端成型有导柱,所述导块上径向设有导槽,该导柱卡入所述导槽,导块随推拉杆轴向移动并带动驱动杆另一端轴向移动时,所述导柱沿导槽径向移动。
6.根据权利要求3所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:所述内腔固定设有数根连杆,每一连杆的一端伸出内腔与一个定位销固定连接。
7.根据权利要求3所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:所述钻头外壁成型有数个收纳槽,每一倒钩可收拢在对应的收纳槽内。
8.根据权利要求3所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:每一所述倒钩呈弧形。
9.根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:所述钻头前端设置有导向器。
10.根据权利要求9所述髓腔骨水泥取出装置,其特征在于:所述导向器包括导环和导杆,所述导环的内环可容纳钻头前端,导环的外环与所述导杆一端固定连接,导杆另一端向钻头后端延伸并连接有把手。
