according to the bill verification and cancellation priority and the single top-sealing bill fetching amount of each service type in the verification and cancellation scheduling control data, performing bill fetching from the full bills to be verified and cancelled under a plurality of service types to obtain the bills to be verified and cancelled in the batch, wherein the bills to be verified and cancelled in the batch comprise bills to be verified and cancelled belonging to different service types, and the number of the bills to be verified and cancelled belonging to the same service type is not more than the single top-sealing bill fetching amount of the service type;
and distributing the batch of bills to be verified to a verification processing equipment cluster for verification and verification of the bills by verification processing equipment in the verification processing equipment cluster.
2. The bill verification and cancellation scheduling method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining verification and cancellation scheduling control data comprises:
acquiring online configured service control data, wherein the service control data comprises bill verification and cancellation priority configured for each service type and single top-sealed bill fetching amount configured for each service type;

Globally scanning the latest verification and cancellation result of each bill to be verified and cancelled, and reducing the bill priority for the bill to be verified and cancelled with the latest verification and cancellation result as the failed bill to be verified and cancelled.
