Abstract
本发明提供一种集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,可以减小车辆灯具所占用的Z向外观开口,达到整车需求空间极小化,同时保证优良的出光效果。该结构包括沿车辆X向从外到内依次设置的灯具外面罩、内面罩、共用于位置灯和日行灯的光导、转向灯光学厚壁件、转向灯PCB板,所述光导的端部设有集成位置灯和日行灯功能的集成PCB板。本发明通过将前位置灯与日行灯集成在一个PCB上,并共用一根光导进行点亮发光,可以保证较小的整车Z向外观开口,达到整车需求空间极小化,同时转向灯采用厚壁件形式,转向灯结构安装于光导X向正后方,并配备内面罩保证位置灯、日行灯和转向灯三功能的出光效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯技术领域,具体涉及一种集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构。
背景技术
随着汽车对整车灯具的外观要求越来越高,灯具的静态外观以外点亮效果也在逐步提高,而点亮效果是否均匀流畅,也决定了产品开发的是否成功。目前的车辆前部大灯的设计都在逐步趋于扁平化,设计出更加扁平化的灯具,也是造型趋势的一种,市面上车辆灯具需求的外观空间尺寸较大,尤其是传统的灯泡光源,尺寸更是LED光源尺寸1倍或者2倍之多。流水转向灯功能目前逐步在市面普及,但是点亮时采用反射碗式较多,点亮效果较生硬,不够流畅。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种集成位置灯、日行灯、流水转向灯一体的配合结构,可以减小车辆灯具所占用的Z向外观开口,达到整车需求空间极小化,同时保证优良的出光效果。
根据本发明提供的集成位置灯、日行灯、流水转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于包括沿车辆X向从外到内依次设置的灯具外面罩、内面罩、共用于位置灯和日行灯的光导、转向灯光学厚壁件、转向灯PCB板,所述光导的端部设有集成位置灯和日行灯功能的集成PCB板。
本发明通过将前位置灯与日行灯集成在一个PCB上,并共用一根光导进行点亮发光,可以保证较小的整车Z向外观开口,达到整车需求空间极小化,同时转向灯采用厚壁件形式,转向灯结构安装于光导X向正后方,并配备内面罩保证位置灯、日行灯和转向灯三功能的出光效果。
进一步的,所述转向灯PCB板的长度方向沿车辆XY面布置,所述转向灯光学厚壁件包括底部的投射段和上部的折射段。这样的转向灯PCB板和转向灯光学厚壁件布置形式,可以更加有效的减少出光路径的Z向外观开口,同时保证转向灯光学厚壁件的作用发挥。
具体的说,所述折射段包括第一折射面,沿X向与所述第一折射面平行的第二折射面,以及沿Z向与第二折射面平行的第三折射面。
进一步的,所述转向灯PCB板上设有沿车辆Y向成列布置的LED,所述LED顺次分组设置,各组LED采用顺次点亮后再全部LED常亮然后全部LED熄灭的流水转向灯周期闪烁控制方式。转向灯PCB采用流水转向灯结构,结合本发明的转向灯PCB板和转向灯光学厚壁件布置形式,再通过内面罩的滤光效果,可以获得较优的流水转向灯效果。
进一步的,所述内面罩为带花纹的双色面罩,可以打散转向灯厚壁件发出的光的颗粒效果,提高流水转向灯光质量,同时双色面罩可以对灯具部件的卡接结构进行遮挡,消除外观瑕疵。
具体的说,所述集成PCB板上的LED灯采用高低功率切换的方式实现日行灯工作模式和位置灯工作模式的切换。
本发明的集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,与现有技术相比,可以获得更加均匀的点亮效果;避免了传统的LED加反射镜方案带来的发光面颗粒感及传统非多功能集成一体时空间需求大的问题;出光区域和整灯外观的Z向尺寸小,为整车前脸空间造型设计留下更多的设计空间和灵活性;同时位置灯及日行灯融合了LED加光导可获得均匀的带状点亮效果,转向灯带有流水转向功能,在信号灯多功能集成设计时具备优势。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-5,本发明的集成位置灯、日行灯、流水转向灯一体的配合结构,包括沿车辆X向从外到内依次设置的灯具外面罩1、内面罩2、共用于位置灯和日行灯的光导3、转向灯光学厚壁件4、转向灯PCB板5,光导3的端部设有集成位置灯和日行灯功能的集成PCB板6。
本发明通过将前位置灯与日行灯集成在集成PCB板6上,并共用一根光导3进行点亮发光,可以保证较小的整车Z向外观开口,达到整车需求空间极小化,同时转向灯采用厚壁件形式,转向灯结构安装于光导X向正后方,并配备内面罩保证位置灯、日行灯和转向灯三功能的出光效果。如图1的虚线框内所示为本发明的功能点亮出光区域,功能点亮出光区域的Z向开口尺寸为10mm的较小尺寸,整灯外观的Z向尺寸为45mm的较小尺寸。转向灯光学厚壁件4的优选尺寸为(d1+d2)大于50mm。
作为优选的实施方式,如图2所示,转向灯PCB板5的长度方向沿车辆XY面布置,转向灯光学厚壁件4包括底部的投射段和上部的折射段。这样的转向灯PCB板5和转向灯光学厚壁件4的布置形式,可以更加有效的减少出光路径的Z向外观开口,同时在有限的空间内保证转向灯光学厚壁件4的作用发挥。其中,整灯的灯具外面罩为灯具外面罩7。
优选的,折射段包括第一折射面41,沿X向与第一折射面41平行的第二折射面42,以及沿Z向与第二折射面42平行的第三折射面43。
优选,转向灯PCB板5上设有沿车辆Y向成列布置的LED51,LED51顺次分组设置,各组LED采用顺次点亮后再全部LED常亮然后全部LED熄灭的流水转向灯周期闪烁控制方式。转向灯采用流水转向灯结构,结合本发明的转向灯PCB板5和转向灯光学厚壁件4布置形式,再通过内面罩2的滤光效果,可以获得较优的流水转向灯效果。在本实施例中,如图5所示,采用20颗LED,其中4颗为1组,合计共5组LED;BCM供电后,有约50ms延迟,加上每组LED点亮后间隔35ms,再点亮下一组,全部点亮后,全部转向灯LED保持常亮210ms,整个点亮周期保持在400msON,接着BCM进入400ms OFF熄灭供电,满足闪烁频率1~2Hz及初次须在200ms以内点亮的要求。
优选的,内面罩2为带玉米粒形状花纹的双色面罩,可以打散转向灯厚壁件4发出的光的颗粒效果,提高流水转向灯光质量,同时双色面罩可以对灯具部件的卡接结构进行遮挡,消除外观瑕疵。
具体的说,集成PCB板6上的LED灯采用高低功率切换的方式实现日行灯工作模式和位置灯工作模式的切换。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体设计并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于包括沿车辆X向从外到内依次设置的灯具外面罩、内面罩、共用于位置灯和日行灯的光导、转向灯光学厚壁件、转向灯PCB板,所述光导的端部设有集成位置灯和日行灯功能的集成PCB板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于所述转向灯PCB板的长度方向沿车辆XY面布置,所述转向灯光学厚壁件包括底部的投射段和上部的折射段。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于所述折射段包括第一折射面,沿X向与所述第一折射面平行的第二折射面,以及沿Z向与第二折射面平行的第三折射面。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于所述转向灯PCB板上设有沿车辆Y向成列布置的LED,所述LED顺次分组设置,各组LED采用顺次点亮后再全部LED常亮然后全部LED熄灭的流水转向灯周期闪烁控制方式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于所述内面罩为带花纹的双色面罩。
6.根据权利要求5所述的集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于所述花纹为玉米粒形状的花纹。
7.根据权利要求5所述的集成位置灯、日行灯、转向灯一体的配合结构,其特征在于所述集成PCB板上的LED灯采用高低功率切换的方式实现日行灯工作模式和位置灯工作模式的切换。
