背景技术
当今社会,人们对皮肤的要求越来越高,洗脸是我们每天都要干的事,面部清洁工具的卫生更是尤为重要。目前市面上最常见的面部清洁工具是毛巾和一次性洗脸巾。传统的毛巾极易滋生细菌、吸附灰尘,进而引发多种皮肤疾病。若使用的毛巾没有及时清洗干净,人体的汗液和油脂会附着在毛巾上,时间一久便会发黄***,甚至产生异味。现有的一次性洗脸巾大多数都是用无纺布制作的,手感舒适柔软,能清除化妆品残留物、油脂、污垢和螨虫等,让肌肤恢复洁净,细腻光滑。但是面料轻薄的一次性洗脸巾容易起毛掉屑,面料厚实的一次性洗脸巾价格偏高且吸水性差。

随着经济的发展,人们的生活质量不断提高,对日用品的要求从实用发展到了健康舒适、绿色环保的层面。为满足人们的健康需求,急需一种比传统毛巾更加安全便携的一次性洗脸巾。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾及其制备方法。
本发明以魔芋葡甘聚糖为主要材料,利用其保水性、吸水性、并辅以其他增效剂(卡拉胶、次氯酸钙、次氯酸钠、钛白粉等)制成柔韧性好,安全卫生的一次性洗脸巾。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
本发明魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下:
(1)精炼:将棉片放置于精炼药液中,升温至140-160℃,保温50-80min;所述精炼药液:质量浓度(下同)为20%-35%的片碱、0.1%-1%氯丁胶、35%-45%碳氢化合物及15%-20%精炼剂的水溶液;
(2)脱脂:将步骤(1)精炼后的棉片放于煮锅中,加入1体积氢氧化钠及5体积水,在温度为80-100℃的条件下煮15 -60min,然后放出废水,于40-60℃的净水清洗3 -5次,每次净水清洗时间为8 -12min;
(3)漂白:将步骤(2)的脱脂棉片放置于漂白药液中,升温至120-140℃,保温30-40min,得漂白棉;所述漂白药液:质量浓度(下同)为40%-60%的液碱、0.2%-1%氯丁胶、20%-35%气相二氧化硅及5%-20%过氧化氢的水溶液;
(4)中和:将步骤(3)的漂白棉片放置于质量浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,处理30min;
(5)汤洗,将步骤(4)中和之后的棉片放置于质量浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,升温至70-80℃,保温10 -20min;
(6)制备初产品:按质量份配制,取魔芋葡甘聚糖精粉1-2份,超纯水98-99份,恒温均质溶胀后导入与棉片大小相同的平板中,-18℃预处理8h,然后-50℃,10Pa真空冷冻干燥,制成一次性洗脸巾初产品;
(7)清洗烘干、裁切包装:将步骤(6)一次性洗脸巾初产品进行清洗,然后,在80-120℃的条件下烘干,裁切成片、包装,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾产品。
其中,步骤(1)所述精炼:将棉片放置于精炼药液中,升温至150℃,保温60min;所述精炼药液是质量浓度为25%的片碱、0.7%氯丁胶、35%碳氢化合物及18%精炼剂的水溶液。
步骤(2)所述脱脂:将步骤(1)精炼后的棉片放于煮锅中,加入1体积氢氧化钠及5体积水,在温度为90℃的条件下煮25min,然后放出废水,于55℃的净水清洗4次,每次净水清洗时间为10min。
步骤(3)所述漂白:将步骤(2)的脱脂棉片放置于漂白药液中,升温至130℃,保温35min,得漂白棉;所述漂白药液是质量浓度为50%液碱、0.7%氯丁胶、30%气相二氧化硅及15%%过氧化氢的水溶液。
步骤(4)所述中和:将步骤(3)的漂白棉片放置于质量浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,处理30min。
步骤(5)所述汤洗:将步骤(4)中和之后的棉片放置于质量浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,升温至75℃,保温15min。
步骤(6)所述制备初产品:按质量份配制,取魔芋葡甘聚糖精粉1.5份,超纯水98份,恒温均质溶胀后导入与棉片大小相同的平板中,-18℃预处理8h,然后-50℃,10Pa真空冷冻干燥,制成一次性洗脸巾初产品。
本发明的魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾,以脱脂棉为载体并辅以魔芋葡甘聚糖及其他助剂,有效清除脱脂棉中的灰分、蛋白质、有机物及杂质,同时还能利用硫酸对其进行杀菌消毒、除杂,平衡脱脂棉中的酸碱度,有效清除脱脂棉生产过程中的化学物质残留物,能保证脱脂棉的质量,保证脱脂棉内无残留物或者残留物指标符合标准,保证使用的安全性。产品具有优良的保水性、吸水性和柔韧性;用魔芋葡甘聚糖作为一次性洗脸巾的主材料,与纯植物纤维纸相比,具有使用效果好、抗菌效力高的优点,可保持脸部的清洁卫生。魔芋葡甘聚糖洗脸巾可完全生物降解、环保低碳,具备吸水性、保湿性,使用后皮肤处于干爽状态,避免了毛巾使用过程中产生的有害物质对人体健康的危害;并且取材方便、价格低廉且生产工艺简单。本发明采用脱脂棉制作成魔芋葡甘聚糖洗脸巾,洗脸巾质地厚实、触感柔软、清洁肌肤的同时保护角质层,可适用于健康肌肤及敏感肌人群。
本发明的优点及有益效果:
1、本发明的一次性魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾,充分利用了魔芋葡甘聚糖是一种天然高分子多糖,具有粘结性、吸水性、成膜性等特点,能较好地发挥洗脸巾的清洁和吸水作用。
2、魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾柔软舒适、外观洁白,吸水后触感柔滑,可使肌肤免受刺激,在清洁肌肤的同时保护角质层不受损伤。
3、魔芋葡甘聚糖洗脸巾废弃后可自然降解,具有很高的推广价值。
4、本发明具有工艺简单、成本低、品质高、使用方便等优点。
本发明的一次性魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾与传统的毛巾及普通的一次性洁面巾在吸水性、肌肤感官感受、原料价格、抗菌性方面进行比较,结果如表1所示。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)精炼:将棉片放置于精炼药液中,升温至140℃,保温50min,完成精炼工序,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;所述精炼药液:质量浓度(下同)为20%的片碱、0.1%氯丁胶、35%碳氢化合物及15%精炼剂的水溶液;
(2)脱脂:将步骤(1)精炼后的棉片放于煮锅中,加入1体积氢氧化钠及5体积水,在温度为80℃的条件下煮15min,然后放出废水,于40℃的净水清洗3次,每次净水清洗时间为8min,将棉片中的脂肪进行去除;
(3)漂白:将步骤(2)的脱脂棉片放置于漂白药液中,升温至120℃,保温30min,得漂白棉;所述漂白药液:质量浓度(下同)为40%的液碱、0.2%氯丁胶、20%气相二氧化硅及5%过氧化氢的水溶液;
(4)中和:将步骤(3)的漂白棉片放置于质量浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,处理30min,
去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
(5)汤洗,将步骤(4)中和之后的棉片放置于质量浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,升温至70℃,保温10min;
(6)制备初产品:按质量份配制,取魔芋葡甘聚糖精粉1份,超纯水99份,恒温均质溶胀后导入与棉片大小相同的平板中,-18℃预处理8h,然后-50℃,10Pa真空冷冻干燥,制成一次性洗脸巾初产品;
(7)清洗烘干、裁切包装:将步骤(6)一次性洗脸巾初产品进行清洗,然后,在80℃的条件下烘干,裁切成片、包装,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾产品。
实施例2:一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)精炼:将棉片放置于精炼药液中,升温至150℃,保温60min,完成精炼工序,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;所述精炼药液:质量浓度(下同)为25%的片碱、0.7%氯丁胶、35%碳氢化合物及18%精炼剂的水溶液;
(2)脱脂:将步骤(1)精炼后的棉片放于煮锅中,加入1体积氢氧化钠及5体积水,在温度为90℃的条件下煮25min,然后放出废水,于55℃的净水清洗4次,每次净水清洗时间为10min,将棉片中的脂肪进行去除;
(3)漂白:将步骤(2)的脱脂棉片放置于漂白药液中,升温至130℃,保温35min,得漂白棉;所述漂白药液:质量浓度(下同)为50%的液碱、0.7%氯丁胶、30%气相二氧化硅及15%%过氧化氢的水溶液;
(4)中和:将步骤(3)的漂白棉片放置于质量浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,处理30min,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
(5)汤洗:将步骤(4)中和之后的棉片放置于质量浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,升温至75℃,保温15min;
(6)制备初产品:按质量份配制,取魔芋葡甘聚糖精粉1.5份,超纯水98份,恒温均质溶胀后导入与棉片大小相同的平板中,-18℃预处理8h,然后-50℃,10Pa真空冷冻干燥,制成一次性洗脸巾初产品;
(7)清洗烘干、裁切包装:将步骤(6)一次性洗脸巾初产品进行清洗,然后,在100℃的条件下烘干,裁切成片、包装,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾产品。
实施例3 一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)精炼:将棉片放置于精炼药液中,升温至160℃,保温80min,完成精炼工序,去除棉片中所含的灰分、蛋白质及有机物;所述精炼药液:质量浓度(下同)为35%的片碱、1%氯丁胶、45%碳氢化合物及20%精炼剂的水溶液;
(2)脱脂:将步骤(1)精炼后的棉片放于煮锅中,加入1体积氢氧化钠及5体积水,在温度为100℃的条件下煮60min,然后放出废水,于60℃的净水清洗5次,每次净水清洗时间为12min,将棉片中的脂肪进行去除;
(3)漂白:将步骤(2)的脱脂棉片放置于漂白药液中,升温至140℃,保温40min,得漂白棉;所述漂白药液:质量浓度(下同)为60%的液碱、1%氯丁胶、35%气相二氧化硅及20%过氧化氢的水溶液;
(4)中和:将步骤(3)的漂白棉片放置于质量浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,处理30min,去除棉片加工时残留的碱性物质;
(5)汤洗,将步骤(4)中和之后的棉片放置于质量浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,升温至80℃,保温20min;
(6)制备初产品:按质量份配制,取魔芋葡甘聚糖精粉2份,超纯水98份,恒温均质溶胀后导入与棉片大小相同的平板中,-18℃预处理8h,然后-50℃,10Pa真空冷冻干燥,制成一次性洗脸巾初产品;
(7)清洗烘干、裁切包装:将步骤(6)一次性洗脸巾初产品进行清洗,然后,在120℃的条件下烘干,裁切成片、包装,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾产品。
本发明的魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾,可用于家居生活、户外旅行、医疗卫生诸多领域,为毛巾工业增加了一种环保的新产品。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下:
(1)精炼:将棉片放置于精炼药液中,升温至140-160℃,保温50-80min;所述精炼药液:质量浓度为20%-35%的片碱、0.1%-1%氯丁胶、35%-45%碳氢化合物及15%-20%精炼剂的水溶液;
(2)脱脂:将步骤(1)精炼后的棉片放于煮锅中,加入1体积氢氧化钠及5体积水,在温度为80-100℃的条件下煮15-60min,然后放出废水,于40-60℃的净水清洗3-5次,每次净水清洗时间为8-12min;
(3)漂白:将步骤(2)的脱脂棉片放置于漂白药液中,升温至120-140℃,保温30-40min,得漂白棉;所述漂白药液:质量浓度为40%-60%的液碱、0.2%-1%氯丁胶、20%-35%气相二氧化硅及5%-20%过氧化氢的水溶液;
(4)中和:将步骤(3)的漂白棉片放置于质量浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,处理30min;
(5)汤洗,将步骤(4)中和之后的棉片放置于质量浓度为15%的稀硫酸中,升温至70-80℃,保温10 -20min;
(6)制备初产品:按质量份配制,取魔芋葡甘聚糖精粉1-2份,超纯水98-99份,恒温均质溶胀后导入与棉片大小相同的平板中,-18℃预处理8h,然后-50℃,10Pa真空冷冻干燥,制成一次性洗脸巾初产品;
(7)清洗烘干、裁切包装:将步骤(6)一次性洗脸巾初产品进行清洗,然后,在80-120℃的条件下烘干,裁切成片、包装,制成魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)所述精炼:将棉片放置于精炼药液中,升温至150℃,保温60min;所述精炼药液是质量浓度为25%的片碱、0.7%氯丁胶、35%碳氢化合物及18%精炼剂的水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)所述脱脂:将步骤(1)精炼后的棉片放于煮锅中,加入1体积氢氧化钠及5体积水,在温度为90℃的条件下煮25min,然后放出废水,于55℃的净水清洗4次,每次净水清洗时间为10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)所述漂白:将步骤(2)的脱脂棉片放置于漂白药液中,升温至130℃,保温35min,得漂白棉;所述漂白药液是质量浓度为50%液碱、0.7%氯丁胶、30%气相二氧化硅及15%%过氧化氢的水溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(4)所述中和:将步骤(3)的漂白棉片放置于质量浓度为85%的浓硫酸中,处理30min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(6)所述制备初产品:按质量份配制,取魔芋葡甘聚糖精粉1.5份,超纯水98份,恒温均质溶胀后导入与棉片大小相同的平板中,-18℃预处理8h,然后-50℃,10Pa真空冷冻干燥,制成一次性洗脸巾初产品。
7.由权利要求1-6所述的任一方法制备的魔芋葡甘聚糖一次性洗脸巾。
