Description

Cleaning boat for removing duckweeds and weeds in water and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning boat and a control method thereof, in particular to a cleaning boat for removing duckweeds and weeds in water and a control method thereof.
Background
Eutrophication of water is a main factor of deterioration of water quality of inland rivers and lakes, eutrophicated water contains abundant nitrogen and phosphorus elements, which can cause breeding and growth of aquatic plants, excessive aquatic plants can consume COD in water, resulting in oxygen deficiency of water, the oxygen deficient water can cause death of aquatic animals, the aquatic plants such as duckweeds and submerged plants can not be consumed without the aquatic animals, and water quality deterioration can be further aggravated due to corruption of the aquatic plants. In the case of a river with trees planted on both banks, daily fallen leaves of the trees are also one of the causes of increasing deterioration of water quality.
In order to solve the problems of excessive phytoplankton and fallen leaves of trees in a water body, the conventional method is to clean fallen leaves by manually salvaging, a worker drives a boat and uses an intercepting net to land the floating phytoplankton and fallen leaves on water, the working efficiency is low, and emergent aquatic plants and submerged plants cannot be treated. At present, some cleaning ships for automatically salvaging phytoplankton in water are arranged on the market, an intercepting net is arranged at the bottom of the ship, floating fallen leaves and plants can automatically enter the intercepting net along with the advancing of the ship body, but in the actual working process, the fallen leaves and the aquatic plants can be attached to the intercepting net, so that the driving resistance of the ship is extremely high, and for the cleaning ship powered by a storage battery, the driving force of the cleaning ship is possibly smaller than the resistance, so that the ship body cannot advance, and the normal cleaning operation cannot be carried out.

c) the method comprises the following steps of mowing control, wherein a worker drives a rotary blade below the front of a ship body to rotate by starting a gasoline engine so as to cut the roots of submerged plants and emergent plants in water;
d) collecting fallen leaves and aquatic plants, wherein duckweeds, fallen leaves and suspended matters in water as well as cut submerged plants and emergent plants enter the capturing net cage through the front end opening and enter the temporary storage net cage through the capturing net cage in the advancing process of the ship body, and workers clean the aquatic plants and the fallen leaves collected in the temporary storage net cage onto the ship body;
e) cleaning the capturing net cage, wherein after a large amount of fallen leaves and aquatic plants are attached to a net sheet at the bottom of the capturing net cage, the resistance of the ship body in advancing is greatly increased, at the moment, a net lifting motor is started to lift the front end of the capturing net cage, so that the front end of the capturing net cage is higher than the rear end of the capturing net cage, and at the moment, the fallen leaves and the aquatic plants of the net sheet at the bottom of the capturing net cage enter a temporary storage net cage; then the net lifting motor is closed, the front end of the catching net cage is put down, and fallen leaves and aquatic plants can be collected again.
