Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: first scraper and second scraper can carry out two-sided polishing to the burr of panel beating simultaneously, can effectively reduce the secondary burr, and the effect of polishing is better.

the middle part of the first tool rest is rotatably arranged on the first shaft seat through a first rotating shaft; the front end of the first knife rest is detachably provided with a first scraper, and the rear end of the first knife rest is elastically connected with the base; and
the middle part of the second tool rest is rotatably arranged on the second shaft seat through a second rotating shaft; the front end of the second tool rest is detachably provided with a second scraper, and the rear end of the second tool rest is elastically connected with the base; the second scraper is crossed with the first scraper.
In order to enable the polishing to be thorough, the two first scrapers are arranged side by side at intervals, and the second scrapers are inserted into gaps between the first scrapers.
The floating arrangement of the first tool holder is preferably configured as follows: one side of the first shaft seat is provided with a first connecting column, a first spring is sleeved on the first connecting column, the rear end of the first tool rest is sleeved on the first connecting column and can move back and forth along the first connecting column, and the rear end of the first tool rest is abutted against the first spring.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: first scraper and second scraper can carry out two-sided polishing to the burr of panel beating simultaneously, can effectively reduce the secondary burr, and the effect of polishing is better. The first scraper and the second scraper are both floating, and the grinding force can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the burrs.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the deburring blade device in the present embodiment includes a base 1, a first tool rest 6, and a second tool rest 7, wherein a first shaft seat 11 and a second shaft seat 12 are respectively formed on two sides of the base 1; the middle part of the first knife rest 6 is rotatably arranged on the first shaft seat 11 through a first rotating shaft 21; the front end of the first knife rest 6 is detachably provided with a first scraper 31, and the rear end is elastically connected with the base 1; the first knife rest 6 is arranged in a lever type.
The middle part of the second tool rest 7 is rotatably arranged on the second shaft base 12 through a second rotating shaft 22; the front end of the second knife rest 7 is detachably provided with a second scraper 32, and the rear end is elastically connected with the base 1; the second blade 32 is disposed to intersect the first blade 31. The second tool holder 7 is arranged in a lever-type manner.
The first scrapers 31 in this embodiment are two and arranged side by side at intervals, and the second scrapers 32 are inserted in the gaps between the first scrapers 31.
A first connecting post 41 is arranged on one side of the first shaft seat 11, a first spring 51 is sleeved on the first connecting post 41, the rear end of the first knife rest 6 is sleeved on the first connecting post 41 and can move back and forth along the first connecting post 41, and the rear end of the first knife rest 6 is abutted against the first spring 51. The elastic arrangement of the rear end of the first tool rest can enable the first scraper to be in a floating type working state.
A second connecting column 42 is arranged on one side of the second shaft base 12, a second spring 52 is sleeved on the second connecting column 42, the rear end of the second tool rest 7 is sleeved on the second connecting column 42 and can move back and forth along the second connecting column 42, and the rear end of the second tool rest 7 is abutted against the second spring 52. The first scraper and the second scraper both adopt carborundum oilstones. The first scraper is pressed downwards, the first knife rest rotates around the first rotating shaft, and the first spring is in a compressed state. And the second scraper is pressed downwards, the second tool rest rotates around the second rotating shaft, and the second spring is in a compressed state. The first scraper is vertically arranged, the second scraper is transversely arranged, and the structure is floating. The central axis direction of the first connecting column 41 is perpendicular to the central axis direction of the second connecting column 42.
The first blade holder 6 has a cavity into which the shank of the first scraper 31 is inserted, and a fastening bolt 61 capable of positioning the shank of the first scraper 31 is provided at one side of the cavity. The detachable setting is achieved by tightening the bolt 61.
The second blade holder 7 has a slot into which the shank of the second doctor blade 32 is inserted, and a pressing plate 71 capable of positioning the shank of the second doctor blade 32 is provided on one side of the slot. The pressure plate 71 may be fixed by bolting.
As shown in fig. 3, the first scraper and the second scraper can simultaneously polish the burrs 100 of the metal plate 10 on both sides, so that secondary burrs can be effectively reduced, and the polishing effect is better. In addition, the structure is floating, and the proper grinding force can be selected according to the size of the burr.
