Abstract

本发明提供一种用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液及制备和使用方法,解决了目前无亲水涂层球囊导管使用过程中出现的粘滞阻力大、通过性差、对血管造成损伤的技术问题,由以下质量分数的原料组分混合制备而成:异丙醇溶液75.4~75.5%、蒸馏水22.9~23.0%、聚环氧乙烷1.1~1.2%、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯0.4~0.5%、余量为偶氮二异丁腈。本发明用于制备球囊导管的亲水涂层。

Description

一种用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液及制备和使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种亲水涂层溶液,尤其是涉及一种用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液及制备和使用方法。
背景技术
球囊导管作为医用导管,主要用于通过相应的介入治疗器械经人体股动脉或桡动脉将支架或药物输送到人的冠状动脉有狭窄性病变的部位。但目前球囊导管表面亲水涂层并不多见,在使用过程中易出现粘滞阻力大、通过性差、对血管造成损伤等问题。
发明内容
本发明就是针对现有球囊导管存在的上述技术问题,提供一种用于球囊导管使其表面更加润滑,对患者身体(特别是血管内壁)的损伤更小的亲水涂层溶液,以及这种球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液的制备和使用方法。
为此,本发明提供了一种球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液,由以下质量分数的原料组分制成:异丙醇溶液75.4~75.5%、蒸馏水22.9~23.0%、聚环氧乙烷1.1~1.2%、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯0.4~0.5%、余量为偶氮二异丁腈。
优选的,由以下质量百分比的原料组分制成:异丙醇溶液75.4%、蒸馏水22.96%、聚环氧乙烷1.17%、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯0.44%、偶氮二异丁腈0.03%。
优选的,所述异丙醇溶液中异丙醇的质量分数为99.5%。
一种上述用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取其中质量百分比为64.7~64.8%的异丙醇溶液,置于棕色试剂瓶中,加入聚环氧乙烷、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯和蒸馏水,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌12~24小时,得到溶液I;
(2)加入剩余质量百分比的异丙醇溶液,置于棕色试剂瓶中,加入偶氮二异丁腈,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌10分钟,得到溶液II;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的溶液I与步骤(2)得到的溶液II混合、密封、搅拌5~10分钟,置于棕色试剂瓶中,盖上瓶盖密封,得到亲水涂层溶液。
一种上述用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将亲水涂层溶液均匀涂抹到球囊导管上;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的球囊导管放入紫外固化机干燥固化。
本发明制备的用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液,用于球囊导管使其表面更加润滑,进入人体或接触水溶液时球囊导管的***力和抽出力更小,对患者身体(特别是血管内壁)的损伤更小。
具体实施方式
本发明所用到的试剂清单如下:
亲水涂层溶液的制备:
准备:配制质量分数为99.5%的异丙醇溶液。
实施例1
(1)按质量百分比为75.4%称取配制好的异丙醇溶液,后称取其中的64.7%置于棕色试剂瓶中,然后按质量百分比加入1.17%聚环氧乙烷、0.44%新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯和22.96%蒸馏水,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌18小时,得到溶液I;
(2)加入步骤(1)中剩余的异丙醇溶液,置于棕色试剂瓶中,然后按质量百分比加入0.03%偶氮二异丁腈,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌10分钟,得到溶液II;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的溶液I与步骤(2)得到的溶液II混合、密封、搅拌8分钟,置于棕色试剂瓶中,盖上瓶盖密封,得到亲水涂层溶液1。
实施例2
(1)按质量百分比为75.4%称取配制好的异丙醇溶液,后称取其中的64.8%置于棕色试剂瓶中,然后按质量百分比加入1.1%聚环氧乙烷、0.4%新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯和23%蒸馏水,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌12小时,得到溶液I;
(2)加入步骤(1)中剩余的异丙醇溶液,置于棕色试剂瓶中,然后按质量百分比加入0.1%偶氮二异丁腈,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌10分钟,得到溶液II;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的溶液I与步骤(2)得到的溶液II混合、密封、搅拌10分钟,置于棕色试剂瓶中,盖上瓶盖密封,得到亲水涂层溶液2。
实施例3
(1)按质量百分比为75.5%称取配制好的异丙醇溶液,后称取其中的64.8%置于棕色试剂瓶中,然后按质量百分比加入1.2%聚环氧乙烷、0.5%新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯和22%蒸馏水,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌24小时,得到溶液I;
(2)加入步骤(1)中剩余的异丙醇溶液,置于棕色试剂瓶中,然后按质量百分比加入0.8%偶氮二异丁腈,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌10分钟,得到溶液II;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的溶液I与步骤(2)得到的溶液II混合、密封、搅拌5分钟,置于棕色试剂瓶中,盖上瓶盖密封,得到亲水涂层溶液3。
亲水涂层溶液的使用:
(1)将上述三个实施例制得的亲水涂层溶液分别均匀涂抹到球囊导管上;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的三种球囊导管放入紫外固化机中干燥固化。
然后将三个实施例对应的球囊导管与对比例(未进行亲水涂层)的球囊导管进行测试对比(参照ISO 25539-2-2012标准),重复做三组试验取平均值,结果如下表:
结论:由测试结果可知,使用本发明制得的亲水涂层溶液处理后的球囊导管与未经过涂层处理的球囊导管相比,***力更小、抽出力更小、推送性更好,说明其表面更润滑。
以上虽然结合实施例对本发明作了详细的说明,但是所属技术领域的技术人员能够理解,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,在权利要求保护范围内,还可以对上述实施例进行变更或改变等。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液,其特征是,由以下质量百分比的原料组分制成:异丙醇溶液75.4~75.5%、蒸馏水22.9~23.0%、聚环氧乙烷1.1~1.2%、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯0.4~0.5%、余量为偶氮二异丁腈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲水涂层溶液,其特征是,由以下质量百分比的原料组分制成:异丙醇溶液75.4%、蒸馏水22.96%、聚环氧乙烷1.17%、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯0.44%、偶氮二异丁腈0.03%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的亲水涂层溶液,其特征是,所述异丙醇溶液中异丙醇的质量分数为99.5%。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取其中质量百分比为64.7~64.8%的异丙醇溶液,置于棕色试剂瓶中,加入聚环氧乙烷、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯和蒸馏水,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌12~24小时,得到溶液I;
(2)加入剩余质量百分比的异丙醇溶液,置于棕色试剂瓶中,加入偶氮二异丁腈,盖上瓶盖密封,搅拌10分钟,得到溶液II;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的溶液I与步骤(2)得到的溶液II混合、密封、搅拌5~10分钟,置于棕色试剂瓶中,盖上瓶盖密封,得到亲水涂层溶液。
5.一种如权利要求1或2所述的用于球囊导管的亲水涂层溶液的使用方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)将亲水涂层溶液均匀涂抹到球囊导管上;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的球囊导管放入紫外固化机干燥固化。
