Abstract

一种液体敷料及其制作方法,属于医疗用品的技术领域。液体敷料由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、卡波姆940、纯化水组成。微生物限度要求:需氧菌总数≤100cfu/mL,霉菌和酵母菌总数≤100cfu/mL,金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均不得检出。成分配比(重量比):聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为0.5~50.00%,卡波姆940为0.1~0.50%,纯化水为0.1~99%,防腐剂适量。工艺方法:按照配方比例称量原料,将原料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液;将卡波姆940原料置于另一加有纯化水的容器,使之充分溶胀制成水凝胶溶液,然后将二者混合,搅拌均匀,分装而成。通过在伤口创面表面形成保护层,起物理屏障作用。用于小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面及周围皮肤的护理。

技术领域
本发明属于一种利用高分子材料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和卡波姆940为主要原料制作医疗用品的技术领域。
背景技术
皮肤伤口创伤等皮肤浅表面受损问题是人们正常生活中常见的现象,一旦皮肤造成创伤出现伤口的情况下,就必须采取措施防止伤口创面感染,伤口本身污染的程度与以后是否发生感染有很大的关系,一般伤口分类如下:1.清洁伤口(Clean-Wounds) ---无发炎现象。2.清洁污染伤口(Clean-Contaminated Wounds) ---没有明显污染。3.污染伤口(Contaminated Wounds) ---有急性发炎,但未化脓。有坏死组织的外伤伤口。4.感染伤口(Dirty or Infected Wounds) ---己有感染的伤口。
目前创口处理的方法一般有:
(1)用碘酒或用酒精或用紫水消毒,沿着伤口的边缘由里向外擦,不要把碘酒、酒精涂入伤口内。伤口内如有异物,需要慎重处理取出。
(2)小伤口可以在其浅表涂一点红汞(红药水)(特别注意,红药水与碘酒和碘伏以及任何含碘消毒液不能同时使用,也不可以过于使用红药水)或紫药水。
以上伤口处理方法存在一些不足,伤口容易处于干燥状况,开放的伤口不应使其完全干燥,脱水损伤了伤口底部的组织。上皮细胞在干痂下移行比湿润的伤面困难。这对伤口愈合不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种液体敷料及其制作方法,通过在创面表面形成保护层,起物理屏障作用。用于小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面及周围皮肤的护理。
本发明的技术方案为:
本发明的结构组成是:由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、卡波姆940、纯化水组成。非无菌提供,但有微生物限度要求:需氧菌总数≤100cfu/mL,霉菌和酵母菌总数≤100cfu/mL,金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均不得检出。
液体敷料的成分配比(重量比):聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为0.5~50.00%,卡波姆940为0.1~0.50%,纯化水为0.1~99%,防腐剂适量。
工艺方法:按照配方比例称量原料,将原料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液;将卡波姆940原料置于另一加有纯化水的容器,使之充分溶胀制成水凝胶溶液,然后将二者混合,搅拌均匀,分装而成。
本发明主要原料为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP),分子式(C6H9NO)n、卡波姆940,分子式(C3H4O2)n,分别是高分子水溶性和水溶胀化合物,都是医疗耗材常用的成膜材料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题:采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、卡波姆940、纯化水为主要原料,进行组方,使具在创面形成凝胶保护膜的特性,起到物理屏障作用,隔离细菌,具有的吸湿性能,保证了创面适宜的温湿度愈合条件,对创面愈合起到促进的作用。这些特性使敷料覆盖于创面后,在阻隔了大分子物质和细菌入侵的同时,还保证了创面与外界的气体交换,为保证创面处在封闭、温暖、湿润的环境中创造了条件。进而促进小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面的愈合。弥补了目前伤口处理方面出现干燥问题的不足之处。
本发明的适用范围是:通过在创面表面形成保护层,起物理屏障作用。用于小创口、擦
伤、切割伤等浅表性创面及周围皮肤的护理。
本发明是由PVP和卡波姆组成的湿性封闭敷料,二者联合使用起到协同作用。具有在创面形成凝胶保护膜的特性,起到物理屏障作用,隔离细菌,具有的吸湿性能,保证了创面适宜的温湿度愈合条件,对创面愈合起到促进的作用。这些特性使敷料覆盖于创面后,在阻隔了大分子物质和细菌入侵的同时,还保证了创面与外界的气体交换,为保证创面处在封闭、温暖、湿润的环境中创造了条件。进而促进小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面的愈合。弥补了目前伤口处理方面出现干燥问题的不足之处。
具体实施方式
1、按照配方比例称量原料(重量比):聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP) 0.5~10.00%卡波姆940 0.1~0.25%、纯化水0.1~99%防腐剂适量。
2、按工艺方法,按照配方比例称量原料,将原料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液;将卡波姆940原料置于另一加有纯化水的容器,使之充分溶胀制成水溶液,然后将二者混合,搅拌均匀,分装而成。

Claims (5)

1.一种液体敷料,其特征是由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、卡波姆940、纯化水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体敷料,其特征是微生物限度要求:需氧菌总数≤100cfu/mL,霉菌和酵母菌总数≤100cfu/mL,金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均不得检出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液体敷料,其特征是液体敷料的成分配比(重量比):聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为0.5~50.00%,卡波姆940 为0.1~0.50%,纯化水为0.1~99%,防腐剂适量。
4.一种液体敷料制作方法,其特征是按照配方比例称量原料,将原料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液;将卡波姆940原料置于另一加有纯化水的容器,使之充分溶胀制成水凝胶溶液,然后将二者混合,搅拌均匀,分装而成。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的液体敷料,其特征是按照配方比例称量(重量比):聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为 0.5~10.00%、卡波姆940为0.1~0.25%、纯化水为0.1~99% 、防腐剂适量。
