Description

Control method for air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly relates to a control method for an air conditioner.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of living standard of people, people also put forward higher and higher requirements on living environment. In order to maintain a comfortable ambient temperature, an air conditioner has become an indispensable equipment in human life. In recent years, although air conditioner technology has been developed to a great maturity, there are some places where improvement is required for the existing air conditioners. Specifically, in order to flexibly control the air supply direction of the air conditioner, many existing air conditioners are provided with a swing blade structure, when the air conditioner is in a swing mode, a swing blade of an indoor unit can swing continuously to control the air supply direction of the air conditioner, however, the existing air conditioner only controls the air supply direction by the swing blade structure, and the 360-degree all-directional air supply effect cannot be achieved.
Further, when the existing air conditioner operates in the swing mode, the swing blade of the indoor unit can swing continuously to control the air supply direction of the air conditioner, but the air supply mode still has some problems. On one hand, the existing air conditioner can not realize 360-degree all-directional air supply only by swinging the fan blades when operating in a swinging mode; on the other hand, the swing blades of the existing indoor unit always swing at a uniform speed in the whole air supply process. Particularly, the existing air conditioner does not pay attention to the position distribution of users, even if only one user exists in the whole room, the air swinging blade of the indoor unit still swings in the whole swinging range, and particularly when the heat exchange requirements of the users are strong, the users are difficult to feel comfortable in the air supply mode of the existing air conditioner in a short time, and therefore the user experience is poor.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new control method for an air conditioner to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, i.e., to solve the problem that it is difficult for a user to obtain a comfortable feeling in a short time in an air supply manner of the conventional air conditioner, the present invention provides a control method for an air conditioner, an indoor unit of the air conditioner including a fixed member and a rotating member rotatably connected to the fixed member, the rotating member being provided to be rotatable in a first direction with respect to the fixed member, the rotating member being provided with an air outlet at which a swinging member is provided, the swinging member being provided to be swingable in a second direction transverse to the first direction with respect to the rotating member, the control method comprising: acquiring position information of a user; and controlling the rotating component to rotate and/or the swinging component to swing according to the position information of the user.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the swing member according to the position information of the user" includes: controlling only the rotation of the rotating member if at least one user is not within the swing range of the swing member and all users are within the rotation range of the rotating member.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the swing member according to the position information of the user" includes: and if at least one user is only in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction but not in the rotation range of the rotating component, and at least one user is only in the rotation range of the rotating component but not in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction, or at least one user is not in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction or the rotation range of the rotating component, controlling the rotating component to rotate and controlling the wind swinging component to swing along the second direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the swing member according to the position information of the user" further includes: and if at least one user is only in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction but not in the rotation range of the rotating component, and at least one user is only in the rotation range of the rotating component but not in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction, or at least one user is not in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction or the rotation range of the rotating component, controlling the rotating component to rotate and controlling the wind swinging component to swing along the second direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the swing member according to the position information of the user" further includes: and if all users are in the swing range of the wind swinging component, only controlling the wind swinging component to swing.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the swing member according to the position information of the user" further includes: and if all users are in the swing range of the wind swinging component, only controlling the wind swinging component to swing.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member" specifically includes: controlling a rotation angle and/or a rotation speed of the rotating member according to the position information of the user.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of "controlling the swing of the swing member" specifically includes: and controlling the swing angle and/or the swing speed of the wind swinging component according to the position information of the user.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control method for an air conditioner, the air conditioner includes a human body detection sensor, and the step of "acquiring location information of a user" specifically includes: and acquiring the position information of the user through the human body detection sensor.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method for an air conditioner, the step of providing the human body detection sensor on the rotating member and acquiring the position information of the user through the human body detection sensor includes: position information of a user is acquired by the human body detection sensor while the rotating member is rotated.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the technical solution of the present invention, the indoor unit of an air conditioner of the present invention includes a fixed member and a rotating member rotatably connected to the fixed member, the rotating member is configured to be rotatable in a first direction with respect to the fixed member, an air outlet is provided on the rotating member, and an air swinging member is provided at the air outlet, the air swinging member is configured to be swingable in a second direction transverse to the first direction with respect to the rotating member, and the indoor unit can supply air to the outside through the air outlet provided on the rotating member, that is, the air supply direction of the indoor unit can be changed as the rotating member rotates. On one hand, the invention can realize the wind swinging in a small range through the wind swinging component; on the other hand, the rotating component can rotate 360 degrees relative to the fixed component, so that the air outlet is arranged on the rotating component, the indoor unit can realize 360-degree all-dimensional air supply, and the problem of poor user experience caused by the fact that the air swing blade structure of the existing air conditioner cannot realize all-dimensional air supply is effectively solved. The control method of the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring position information of a user; and controlling the rotating component to rotate and/or the swinging component to swing according to the position information of the user. The invention judges the position range needing preferential heat exchange by acquiring the position information of a user, thereby determining the position range of the indoor unit needing preferential air supply; then, the invention can control the rotation of the rotating component and/or the swing of the air swinging component according to the position information of the user, so that the indoor unit can quickly supply air to the position of the user or the position nearby the position of the user, and the user can quickly obtain comfortable feeling. In addition, because the indoor unit can supply air in a large range through the rotating member, swing air in a small range can be realized through the swing member, and the air supply range realized by the rotating member and the swing air range realized by the swing member are generally partially overlapped; therefore, after the position range of the indoor unit needing preferential air supply is determined, the rotary component can be controlled to rotate and/or the air swinging component can be controlled to swing according to the air supply range, so that the heat exchange requirement of a user can be met quickly, and meanwhile, the energy consumption can be saved to the greatest extent.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the swing member according to the position information of the user" includes: controlling only the rotation of the rotating member if at least one user is not within the swing range of the swing member and all users are within the rotation range of the rotating member. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the air supply range that can be achieved by the rotating member and the swing range that can be achieved by the swing member usually have a partial overlapping region, if at least one user is not in the swing range of the swing member and all users are in the rotation range of the rotating member, it indicates that the indoor unit cannot meet the requirement of rapid heat exchange of the users by swinging the air through the swing member at this time.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the wind swinging member according to the position information of the user" further includes: and if at least one user is only in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction but not in the rotation range of the rotating component, and at least one user is only in the rotation range of the rotating component but not in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction, or at least one user is not in the swing range of the wind swinging component along the second direction or the rotation range of the rotating component, controlling the rotating component to rotate and controlling the wind swinging component to swing along the second direction. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, if at least one user is only in the swing range of the swing member in the second direction, i.e., the user is in the swing range of the swing member and not in the rotation range of the rotation member, and at least one user is only in the rotation range of the rotation member and not in the swing range of the swing member in the second direction, i.e., the user is in the rotation range of the rotation member and not in the swing range of the swing member, in this case, in order to effectively ensure that each user can quickly obtain comfort, the present invention controls the rotation of the rotation member and controls the swing of the swing member, so that the indoor unit can quickly blow air to the vicinity of each user. In another case, if at least one user is not in the swing range of the swing member in the second direction or in the rotation range of the rotation member, that is, the user is not in the air supply range of the indoor unit, the present invention controls the rotation of the rotation member and the swing of the swing member simultaneously, so that the indoor unit can rapidly supply air to the position closest to the users in the air supply range, and thus the users outside the air supply range can rapidly obtain comfortable feeling.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member and/or the swing of the wind swinging member according to the position information of the user" further includes: and if all users are in the swing range of the wind swinging component, only controlling the wind swinging component to swing. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the case that all users are within the swing range of the swing member, the air conditioner can supply air to all users only by controlling the swing of the swing member, so that all users can quickly obtain comfort; meanwhile, the energy consumption can be better reduced only by controlling the swinging of the wind swinging component, so that the control mode not only can quickly make all users feel comfortable, but also can save the energy consumption to the maximum extent.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of "controlling the rotation of the rotating member" specifically includes: controlling a rotation angle and/or a rotation speed of the rotating member according to the position information of the user. It can be understood that the invention can judge the position range needing preferential heat exchange according to the position information of the user, thereby determining the position range of the indoor unit needing preferential air supply; in this case, the present invention can control the blowing range of the indoor unit by controlling the rotation angle of the rotating member, and also can enable the outlet port to be quickly rotated to the vicinity of each user by controlling the rotation speed of the rotating member while enabling the outlet port to be distant from each user at a slower speed.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of "controlling the swing of the swing member" specifically includes: and controlling the swing angle and/or the swing speed of the wind swinging component according to the position information of the user. It can be understood that the invention can judge the position range needing preferential heat exchange according to the position information of the user, thereby determining the position range of the indoor unit needing preferential air supply; in this case, the present invention can control the blowing range of the indoor unit by controlling the swing angle of the swing member, and also can make the indoor unit blow air toward each user more quickly through the swing member by controlling the swing speed of the swing member while making the swing member swing away from each user at a slower speed.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step of "acquiring the position information of the user by the human body detection sensor" includes: position information of a user is acquired by the human body detection sensor while the rotating member is rotated. It can be understood that, in the invention, the human body detection sensor is arranged on the rotating member, so that when the rotating member is rotated, the human body detection sensor can rotate along with the rotating member, and therefore, the human body detection sensor can respectively face to each direction in the rotating process, and the accuracy of the detection result is effectively improved.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the steps of the method of the present invention are described herein in a particular order, these orders are not limiting, and one skilled in the art may perform the steps in a different order without departing from the underlying principles of the invention. Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "connected" and "connected" should be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Specifically, in the preferred embodiment, the air conditioner of the present invention includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit connected to each other, the indoor unit includes a fixed member and a rotating member, the rotating member is rotatably connected to the fixed member so that the rotating member can rotate relative to the fixed member, the rotating member is configured to be able to rotate in all directions in a horizontal direction relative to the fixed member, the rotating member is provided with an air outlet, the air outlet is provided with a wind swinging member, and the indoor unit blows air to the outside through the air outlet so that the rotation of the rotating member can change the blowing direction of the indoor unit. In the preferred embodiment, the wind swinging component can swing wind up and down, namely swing wind along the direction transverse to the horizontal direction, and can also swing wind left and right, namely swing wind along the horizontal direction in a small range; however, this description is not restrictive, that is, although the first direction is a horizontal direction in the preferred embodiment, it is obvious for the skilled person that the specific direction of the first direction can be set according to the actual use requirement; meanwhile, although the wind swinging component in the preferred embodiment can swing wind up and down and swing wind left and right, the wind swinging component can obviously only swing wind up and down. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the specific structure of the wind swinging member at all, the wind swinging member may be a wind swinging blade structure, or may be other structures having a wind swinging function, and a technician may set the specific structure of the wind swinging member according to actual use requirements. Meanwhile, the heat exchanger of the indoor unit can be arranged in the fixed component and can also be arranged in the rotating component, namely, the invention does not limit the specific arrangement positions of other components of the indoor unit at all, and technicians can set the heat exchanger according to actual use requirements. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the specific structures of the fixed member and the rotating member, that is, a technician may set the structures of the fixed member and the rotating member according to the actual use requirement, as long as the rotating member is provided with an air outlet, and the rotating member can rotate in the first direction relative to the fixed member to change the air blowing direction of the indoor unit. Meanwhile, the invention does not limit the specific shape, the setting position and the specific number of the air outlets at all, and technicians can set the air outlets according to actual use requirements.
Furthermore, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention does not limit the specific connection manner between the fixed member and the rotating member, as long as the rotating member can rotate relative to the fixed member, for example, the fixed member can be connected with the rotating member through a rotating shaft to realize a rotating function, and the rotating member can also be connected with the fixed member through a magnetic suspension connection to realize a rotating function; in other words, the technician can set the specific connection mode between the fixed member and the rotating member according to the actual use requirement, as long as the rotating member can rotate relative to the fixed member.
Further, the air conditioner of the present invention further includes a human body detection sensor, and the air conditioner can detect the position information of the user through the human body detection sensor, and accordingly analyze the distribution of all users. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the specific type of the human body detection sensor, and a technician may set the type of the human body detection sensor according to actual use requirements, as long as the air conditioner can obtain the position information of the user through the human body detection sensor. As a preferred embodiment, a driving motor is provided in the fixed member, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the rotating member, and the air conditioner controls a rotation parameter of the rotating member by controlling an operation parameter of the driving motor, such as a rotation range, a rotation speed, and the like of the rotating member; of course, this description is not restrictive, and the skilled person will obviously also be able to set the drive means of the rotating member itself according to the actual requirements of use. In addition, the air conditioner further comprises a controller, wherein the controller can acquire the detection result of the human body detection sensor, and can also control the rotation parameter of the rotating member, the swing parameter of the wind swinging member and various operation parameters of the air conditioner. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention does not limit the specific structure and model of the controller, as long as the controller can implement the above functions, and the controller may be an original controller of the air conditioner or a controller separately configured to execute the control method of the present invention, and a technician may set the structure and model of the controller according to actual needs.
Referring first to fig. 1, a flow chart of main steps of the control method of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, based on the air conditioner described in the above embodiment, the control method of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
s1: acquiring position information of a user;
s2: and controlling the rotating component to rotate and/or the wind swinging component to swing according to the position information of the user.
Further, in step S1, the controller can acquire the user 'S location information, i.e., the specific location of each user in the room, through the human body detection sensor, so as to use the user' S location information as the basic parameter of the control method. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the specific parameters included in the position information, for example, the position information may be the position information occupied by the center of the human body, or the position information occupied by the whole human body; meanwhile, the invention does not limit the concrete mode of the air conditioner for acquiring the user position information, and technicians can set the mode according to actual use requirements, for example, the controller can detect the position information of the user through the human body detection sensor, and can also analyze the position information of the user through image information acquired by the camera device.
Further, in step S2, the controller may control the rotation member to rotate and/or the swing member to swing according to the position information of the user. It is understood that the controller can analyze the number of users in the heat exchange space and the distribution of each user according to the position information of the users, and based on the information, the controller can control only the rotation of the rotating member, only the swing of the swing member, or both the rotation of the rotating member and the swing of the swing member. In addition, the invention does not limit the specific rotation mode of the rotating member and the specific swinging mode of the swinging member at all, for example, the swinging member can swing wind up and down, or swing wind left and right, or even swing wind up and down and left and right.
Referring now to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating the steps of a preferred embodiment of the control method of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, based on the air conditioner described in the above embodiment, a preferred embodiment of the control method of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s101: acquiring position information of a user through a human body detection sensor while rotating the rotating member;
s102: controlling the rotating member to rotate only if at least one user is not in the swing range of the wind swinging member and all users are in the rotating range of the rotating member;
s103: if at least one user is only in the swing range of the wind swinging component swinging up and down but not in the rotation range of the rotating component and at least one user is only in the rotation range of the rotating component but not in the swing range of the wind swinging component swinging up and down, controlling the rotating component to rotate and controlling the wind swinging component to swing up and down;
s104: if at least one user is not in the swing range of the wind swinging component swinging up and down and the rotation range of the rotating component, controlling the rotating component to rotate and controlling the wind swinging component to swing;
s105: if all users are in the swing range of the swing member, only controlling the swing member to swing;
s106: controlling a rotation angle and/or a rotation speed of the rotating member according to the position information of the user;
s107: controlling the rotation angle and/or rotation speed of the rotating member and the swing angle and/or swing speed of the wind swinging member according to the position information of the user;
s108: and controlling the swinging angle and/or the swinging speed of the wind swinging component according to the position information of the user.
Further, in step S101, the controller may control the rotation member to rotate while acquiring position information of the user through the human body detection sensor. Since the human body detection sensor in the preferred embodiment is disposed on the rotating member, the human body detection sensor can rotate along with the rotating member during the rotation of the rotating member, so that the human body detection sensor can more accurately acquire the specific position of each user in the whole room.
Further, in step S102, based on the position information of the user, if the controller determines that at least one user is not within the swing range of the swing member and all users are within the rotation range of the rotation member, the controller controls the rotation member to rotate. Since the rotation range of the swinging member in the horizontal direction is limited, and the rotating member can rotate in all directions in the horizontal direction, when at least one user is not in the swing range of the swinging member and all users are in the rotation range of the rotating member, the controller can control the rotating member to rotate, so that the indoor unit can rapidly supply air to the vicinity of each user, and the comfort of each user is rapidly improved. It should be noted that, a technician needs to determine the swing range of the swing member according to the actual situation of each indoor unit; meanwhile, the invention does not limit the specific rotating mode of the rotating component, and technicians can set the rotating mode according to actual use requirements.
Further, in step S106, in the case where the controller controls the rotation of the rotation member, the controller may also control the rotation angle and/or the rotation speed of the rotation member according to the position information of the user. It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific control manner, and it is within the scope of the present invention that the controller controls the rotation angle and/or the rotation speed of the rotating member according to the position information of the user. As an example, the controller may control the rotating member to rotate only in the vicinity of a range where the outlet is facing the user; as another embodiment, when the rotating member rotates to an angle at which the air outlet faces the user, the controller controls the rotating member to rotate at a slower speed, and when the rotating member rotates to an angle at which the air outlet is not aligned with the user, the controller controls the rotating member to rotate at a faster speed.
Further, in step S103, based on the position information of the user, if the controller determines that at least one user is only in the swing range in which the wind swinging member swings up and down but not in the rotation range of the rotating member and at least one user is only in the rotation range of the rotating member but not in the swing range in which the wind swinging member swings up and down, the controller controls the rotating member to rotate and controls the wind swinging member to swing. Since the swing member of the preferred embodiment can swing both right and left and up and down in a small range and the rotary member can only swing in all directions in the horizontal direction, the air supply range by the swing of the swing member and the air supply range by the rotation of the rotary member are only partially overlapped in the horizontal direction, and if at least one user is only in the swing range of the swing member swinging up and down, that is, only in the air supply range by the swing member swinging up and down, and at least one user is only in the rotation range of the rotary member, that is, not in the air supply range by the swing member swinging left and right, the controller can control the rotation of the rotary member and the swing of the swing member so that the indoor unit can quickly supply air to the vicinity of each user, so as to quickly improve the comfort of each user. In addition, it should be noted that, the present invention does not limit any specific rotation mode of the rotating member and any specific swing mode of the wind swinging member, and the technician can set the specific rotation mode according to the actual use requirement.
Further, in step S104, based on the position information of the user, if the controller determines that at least one user is not within the swing range of the swing member or within the rotation range of the rotation member, that is, at least one user is not within the air supply range of the indoor unit at all, the controller controls the rotation of the rotation member and the swing of the swing member, so that the indoor unit can quickly supply air to the position within the air supply range thereof, which is closest to the user, and thus the user outside the air supply range can quickly obtain comfort. In addition, it should be noted that, the present invention does not limit any specific rotation mode of the rotating member and any specific swing mode of the wind swinging member, and the technician can set the specific rotation mode according to the actual use requirement.
Further, in step S107, in the case where the controller simultaneously controls the rotation of the rotation member and the swing of the wind swinging member, the controller may further control a rotation angle and/or a rotation speed of the rotation member and a swing angle and/or a swing speed of the wind swinging member according to the position information of the user. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit any specific control manner of the rotating member and the swinging member, and it is within the protection scope of the present invention that the controller controls the rotating angle and/or the rotating speed of the rotating member and the swinging angle and/or the swinging speed of the swinging member according to the position information of the user. Taking the control manner of the rotating member as an example, as an embodiment, the controller may control the rotating member to rotate only in the vicinity of the range where the air outlet faces the user; as another embodiment, when the rotating member rotates to an angle at which the air outlet faces the user, the controller controls the rotating member to rotate at a slower speed, and when the rotating member rotates to an angle at which the air outlet is not aligned with the user, the controller controls the rotating member to rotate at a faster speed. Since the control mode of the wind swinging component can be the same as that of the rotating component, the detailed description is omitted here.
Further, in step S105, based on the position information of the user, if the controller determines that all users are within the swing range of the swing member, that is, all users are within the air supply range formed by the swing of the swing member, the controller controls the swing member to swing without controlling the rotation member to rotate, thereby effectively saving energy consumption of the air conditioner. It should be noted that the wind swinging range in the preferred embodiment includes a wind swinging range formed by the wind swinging member swinging up and down and a wind swinging range formed by swinging left and right. In addition, it should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the specific swing mode of the swing member, and the technician can set the swing mode according to the actual use requirement.
Further, in step S108, in the case that the controller controls the wind oscillating member to oscillate, the controller may further control an oscillation angle and/or an oscillation speed of the wind oscillating member according to the position information of the user. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit this specific control manner, and it is within the protection scope of the present invention that the controller controls the swing angle and/or the swing speed of the wind swinging member according to the position information of the user. As an example, the controller may control the wind swinging member to rotate only near a range where the wind outlet faces a user; as another embodiment, when the wind swinging member rotates to an angle that the air outlet faces the user, the controller controls the swinging speed of the wind swinging member to be reduced, and when the wind swinging member swings to an angle that the air outlet is not aligned with the user, the controller controls the swinging speed of the wind swinging member to be increased.
Finally, it should be noted that the above examples are all preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. When the present invention is actually used, a part of the steps may be added or deleted as needed or the order between the different steps may be changed by those skilled in the art. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the invention.
So far, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
