Detailed Description
When the existing air conditioner operates in a dehumidification mode, a flow path of a refrigerant is the same as a refrigeration mode, the temperature of air blown into an indoor unit by an indoor fan is reduced to be below a dew point temperature by utilizing the evaporation and heat absorption of an indoor heat exchanger, so that water vapor in the air is condensed and separated out from the air, and the aim of dehumidification is fulfilled; because the temperature in the indoor unit is low, the air conditioner is easy to blow out cold air in the dehumidification process, and the comfort degree of the user of the air conditioner is affected. s447: and (4) increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
Wherein the specific value of the standard temperature difference range is determined according to the requirement of a customer; the preferred standard temperature difference range in the invention is [ -0.5, 0.5) ° c; when the temperature difference delta T of the inlet air and the outlet air is within the standard temperature difference range, the difference between the outlet air temperature and the inlet air temperature of the air conditioner is small, the condition that the outlet air of the air conditioner does not cause discomfort of a user of the air conditioner at the moment is judged, the heat exchange condition of the heat exchanger does not need to be adjusted, and the outdoor fan 4 runs at the existing rotating speed.
When the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range, the air outlet temperature is lower than the air inlet temperature, cold wind feeling is easily generated, and discomfort of a user of the air conditioner is caused; in order to improve the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is subjected to speed reduction treatment according to the numerical value of the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit, so that the heat release quantity of the outdoor heat exchanger 6 is reduced, the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 is increased, namely the heating quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 to the dehumidified air is increased, and the purpose of improving the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is achieved.
When the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not less than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range, the air outlet temperature is higher than the air inlet temperature, so that the indoor temperature is increased and the requirement of a user on the indoor temperature is not met; in order to reduce the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is accelerated according to the value of the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit, so that the heat release quantity of the outdoor heat exchanger 6 is increased, the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 is reduced, namely the heating quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 to the dehumidified air is reduced, and the purpose of reducing the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is achieved.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is compared with the standard temperature difference range, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the comparison result, and then the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger is adjusted, so that the purpose of adjusting the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit is achieved, and the indoor temperature is stable.
When the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is reduced according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the speed reduction value of the outdoor fan 4 is determined according to the difference value between the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit and the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range, and the larger the difference value between the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit and the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range is, the larger the speed reduction value is.
The speed reduction processing of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner specifically comprises the following steps:
judging the temperature difference range of the inlet and outlet air temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of minus 2 to minus 0.5, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is reduced by 100 rpm;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of minus 4 to minus 2 ℃, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is reduced by 200 rpm;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of minus 6 to minus 4 ℃, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is reduced by 300 rpm;
if the temperature difference delta T of the air inlet and outlet of the indoor unit is less than-6 ℃, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is reduced by 400 rpm.
When the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted, in order to improve the running stability of the air conditioning system, after the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted each time, the next rotating speed adjustment is carried out after a preset time delay; the preset time is preferably 5 min.
And (4) adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 according to the method until the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is within the standard temperature difference range, and finishing the adjustment.
Similar to the process of performing speed reduction processing on the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the speed reduction processing on the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:
judging the temperature difference range of the inlet and outlet air temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of 0.5,2) DEG C, increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 by 100 rpm;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of [2,4) ° C, increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 by 200 rpm;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of [4,6 ] DEG C, increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 by 300 rpm;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is more than or equal to 6 ℃, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is increased by 400 rpm.
And (4) adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 according to the method until the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is within the standard temperature difference range, and finishing the adjustment.
In order to maintain the stability of the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit, if the inlet and outlet air temperature difference Δ T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not less than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range, before the speed increasing process is performed on the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 according to the inlet and outlet air temperature difference Δ T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the method further includes:
s4461: judging whether the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is the highest rotating speed or not; if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is the highest rotating speed, the step S4462 is executed, otherwise, the step S447 is executed;
s4462: acquiring a first operation time length of the outdoor fan 4 in the highest rotation speed operation;
s4463: judging whether the first operation time length reaches a first preset operation time length or not; if the first operation duration reaches the first preset operation duration, the step S4464 is executed, otherwise, the step S4462 is executed;
s4464: judging whether the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not less than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range or not; if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not smaller than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range, the step S4465 is executed, otherwise, the step S443 is executed;
s4465: and controlling the operation of the second electronic expansion valve 22 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
When the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 4 is the highest rotating speed and the operation duration reaches the first preset operation duration, the heat release capacity of the outdoor heat exchanger 6 is adjusted to the maximum through the outdoor fan 4, the heat release capacity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 is the minimum, and the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not smaller than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range, so that the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 is still too high, and the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 needs to be further adjusted through the second electronic expansion valve 22 to maintain the indoor temperature to be stable.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, after the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted to the highest rotating speed, if the indoor air outlet temperature is still high, the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger is further adjusted through the second electronic expansion valve, and the purpose of maintaining the indoor temperature stable is achieved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the controlling the operation of the second electronic expansion valve 22 according to the air inlet/outlet temperature difference Δ T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes:
s001: comparing the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner with a standard temperature difference range;
s002: judging whether the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is within a standard temperature difference range or not; if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is within the standard temperature difference range, the step S003 is carried out, otherwise, the step S004 is carried out;
s003: the second electronic expansion valve 22 operates at the existing opening degree;
s004: judging whether the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range or not; if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range, the step S005 is executed, otherwise, the step S006 is executed;
s005: increasing the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 22 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner;
s006: judging whether the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not smaller than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range, if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not smaller than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range, entering a step S007, otherwise, entering a step S001;
s007: the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 22 is reduced according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
The specific value of the standard temperature difference range is determined according to the requirements of customers, and for convenience of description, the preferable standard temperature difference range is the same as the standard temperature difference range in the operation process of controlling the outdoor fan 4 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, namely the standard temperature difference range is [ -0.5, 0.5) ° C; when the temperature difference Δ T between the inlet air and the outlet air is within the standard temperature difference range, the difference between the outlet air temperature and the inlet air temperature of the air conditioner is small, it is determined that the outlet air of the air conditioner does not cause discomfort to a user of the air conditioner at the moment, the heat exchange condition of the heat exchanger does not need to be adjusted, and the second electronic expansion valve 22 operates at the existing opening.
When the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range, the air outlet temperature is lower than the air inlet temperature, cold wind feeling is easily generated, and discomfort of a user of the air conditioner is caused; in order to increase the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner, the opening of the second electronic expansion valve 22 is increased according to the value of the inlet and outlet air temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit, so as to increase the heat release of the second indoor heat exchanger 23, namely, the heating quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 to the dehumidified air, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner.
When the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not less than the maximum value in the standard temperature difference range, the air outlet temperature is higher than the air inlet temperature, so that the indoor temperature is increased and the requirement of a user on the indoor temperature is not met; in order to reduce the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner, the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 22 is reduced according to the value of the inlet and outlet air temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit, so that the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 is reduced, namely the heating quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 to the dehumidified air is reduced, and the purpose of reducing the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner is achieved.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is compared with the standard temperature difference range, the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the comparison result, and then the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger is adjusted, so that the purpose of adjusting the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit is achieved, and the indoor temperature is stable.
When the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 is increased according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the value of the increase of the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 is determined according to the difference value between the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit and the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range, and the larger the difference value between the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit and the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range is, the larger the value of the increase of the opening degree is.
The method for adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner specifically comprises the following steps:
judging the temperature difference range of the inlet and outlet air temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit;
if the temperature difference delta T of the inlet air and the outlet air of the indoor unit is in the range of minus 2 to minus 0.5, the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 is increased by 10 PLS;
if the temperature difference delta T of the inlet air and the outlet air of the indoor unit is in the range of minus 4 to minus 2 ℃, the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 is increased by 20 PLS;
if the temperature difference delta T of the inlet air and the outlet air of the indoor unit is in the range of minus 6 to minus 4 ℃, the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 is increased by 30 PLS;
and if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is less than-6 ℃, increasing the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 by 50 PLS.
When the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 is adjusted, in order to improve the operation stability of the air conditioning system, after the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted each time, the next rotating speed adjustment is performed after a preset time delay; the preset time is preferably 5 min.
And (4) adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 according to the method until the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is within the standard temperature difference range, and finishing the adjustment.
Similar to the process of adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 according to the difference Δ T between the inlet air temperature and the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the process of adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 according to the difference Δ T between the inlet air temperature and the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner provided by the invention specifically comprises:
judging the temperature difference range of the inlet and outlet air temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of 0.5,2) DEG C, reducing the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 by 10 PLS;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of [2,4) ° C, reducing the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 by 20 PLS;
if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is in the range of [4,6) ° C, reducing the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 by 30 PLS;
and if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is more than or equal to 6 ℃, reducing the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 23 by 50 PLS.
And (4) adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 22 according to the method until the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit is within the standard temperature difference range, and finishing the adjustment.
In order to maintain the stability of the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit, if the inlet/outlet air temperature difference Δ T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range, before the opening of the second electronic expansion valve 22 is increased according to the inlet/outlet air temperature difference Δ T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the method further includes:
s0041: judging whether the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 22 is the maximum opening degree; if the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 22 is the maximum opening degree, the process proceeds to step S0042, otherwise, the process proceeds to step S005;
s0042: acquiring a second operation time length of the second electronic expansion valve 22 in the maximum opening operation;
s0043: judging whether the second operation time length reaches a second preset operation time length, if so, entering a step S0044, and otherwise, entering a step S0042;
s0044: judging whether the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range or not; and (4) if the air inlet and outlet temperature difference delta T of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range, the step S44 is executed, otherwise, the step S003 is executed.
When the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 22 is the maximum opening degree and the operation duration reaches the second preset operation duration, the heat release capacity of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 is adjusted to the maximum through the second electronic expansion valve 22, and the temperature difference Δ T of the inlet air and the outlet air of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is smaller than the minimum value in the standard temperature difference range at this time, which proves that the heat release amount of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 is still too low at this time, and the heat release amount of the second indoor heat exchanger 23 needs to be further adjusted through the outdoor fan 4 to maintain the indoor temperature stable.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, after the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the maximum opening degree, if the indoor air outlet temperature is still low, the heat release quantity of the second indoor heat exchanger is further adjusted through the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, and the purpose of maintaining the indoor temperature stable is achieved.
