Abstract

本发明涉及一种封闭式头灯生产工艺,依次包括如下步骤:将反射器与灯泡焊接;对焊接后的灯具进行裸配光型调整,并进行CCD测试;将CCD测试后的灯具与配光镜进行装配;对装配完成的灯具进行封胶,并进行初检;对初检后的灯具进行喷码印刷;对喷码印刷后的灯具进行终检;装箱入库。该封闭式头灯生产工艺流程简单,能够对灯具的整个生产过程进行全方位检测,保证了汽车车灯的各项性能,能够大大延长车灯的使用寿命。

封闭式头灯生产工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及灯具制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种封闭式头灯生产工艺。
背景技术:
汽车车灯是汽车领域内的主要配件,不仅为驾驶人员提供照明的作用,而且在汽车行驶过程中具有提示预警等作用,汽车车灯的质量关乎汽车驾驶人员的生命安全。
但现有的汽车车灯由于质量较差,经常会出现漏气漏水等现象,使用寿命较差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种密封性好、使用寿命长的封闭式头灯生产工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种封闭式头灯生产工艺,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将反射器与灯泡焊接;
(2)对焊接后的灯具进行裸配光型调整,并进行CCD测试;
(3)将CCD测试后的灯具与配光镜进行装配;
(4)对装配完成的灯具进行封胶,并进行初检;
(5)对初检后的灯具进行喷码印刷;
(6)对喷码印刷后的灯具进行终检;
(7)装箱入库。
其中,步骤(1)中,所述反射器的制作工艺依次包括:检验、钻孔、清洗烘干、真空蒸铝、铆接。
为了保证密封性,所述反射器铆接步骤采用铆钉胶烘烤。
其中,所述步骤(4)具体包括:封胶面、抽真空测试、封尾孔、全气密测试。
其中,所述步骤(6)具体包括:外观检测、点灯测试、通规测试。
为了保证使用寿命,所述配光镜采用高硼硅玻璃材料制得。
本发明的有益效果是:该封闭式头灯生产工艺流程简单,能够对灯具的整个生产过程进行全方位检测,保证了汽车车灯的各项性能,能够大大延长车灯的使用寿命。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易被本领域人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种封闭式头灯生产工艺,依次包括如下步骤:
预备工作:
(1)反射器的制作:对反射器进行检验,并钻相应的安装孔,然后进行清洗烘干,接着进行真空蒸铝,并装入铆钉,最后进行铆钉胶烘烤。
(2)灯泡的制作:对灯泡及支杆进行检验,合格后将其点焊成型。
(3)配光镜的制作:对配光镜进行检验。
预备工作完成进行如下操作:
(1)将反射器与灯泡通过氩弧焊焊接;
(2)对焊接后的灯具进行裸配光型调整,并进行CCD测试;
(3)将CCD测试后的灯具与配光镜进行装配;
(4)对装配完成的灯具进行封胶处理,然后进行抽真空测试,测试完成后封尾孔,接着进行全气密测试;
(5)对测试后的灯具进行喷码印刷;
(6)对喷码印刷后的灯具进行外观检测、点灯测试机通规测试;
(7)各项测试无误后装箱入库,完成加工。

Claims (6)

1.一种封闭式头灯生产工艺,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将反射器与灯泡焊接;
(2)对焊接后的灯具进行裸配光型调整,并进行CCD测试;
(3)将CCD测试后的灯具与配光镜进行装配;
(4)对装配完成的灯具进行封胶,并进行初检;
(5)对初检后的灯具进行喷码印刷;
(6)对喷码印刷后的灯具进行终检;
(7)装箱入库。
2.根据权利要1所述的封闭式头灯生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述反射器的制作工艺依次包括:检验、钻孔、清洗烘干、真空蒸铝、铆接。
3.根据权利要2所述的封闭式头灯生产工艺,其特征在于,所述反射器铆接步骤采用铆钉胶烘烤。
4.根据权利要1所述的封闭式头灯生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)具体包括:封胶面、抽真空测试、封尾孔、全气密测试。
5.根据权利要1所述的封闭式头灯生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)具体包括:外观检测、点灯测试、通规测试。
6.根据权利要1所述的封闭式头灯生产工艺,其特征在于,所述配光镜采用高硼硅玻璃材料制得。
