The invention provides a ground wire lock and an unlocking key, which aim to solve the problem that a ground lock in the prior art cannot prevent overhauling personnel from performing idle running operation.
As shown in fig. 1 to 15, a ground wire lock includes a lock body 10, a movable member 20, an unlocking rotation shaft 30, and a stopper 40, the lock body 10 having a ground wire hole 11 into which a ground wire head 140 is inserted and an extension 12 that blocks an unlocking key 150 from being withdrawn from the lock body 10, the extension 12 stopping the unlocking key 150 to block the unlocking key 150 from being withdrawn from the lock body 10 when the unlocking key 150 unlocks the ground wire lock; the movable piece 20 is movably arranged in the lock body 10, and at least one part of the movable piece 20 can extend into the ground wire hole 11 so as to lock the ground wire end 140 on the lock body 10 or prevent the ground wire end 140 from exiting the lock body 10; the unlocking rotary shaft 30 is rotatably arranged in the lock body 10 and is driven by the unlocking key 150 to be switched from a stop position of the stop movable piece 20 to a dodge position of the dodge movable piece 20; the limiting piece 40 is movably arranged in the lock body 10 and has a locking position and an unlocking position, when the unlocking rotating shaft 30 rotates to the avoiding position, the limiting piece 40 moves to the locking position, the first limiting portion 41 of the limiting piece 40 stretches into the ground wire hole 11, the second limiting portion 42 of the limiting piece 40 moves to the rotating path of the unlocking rotating shaft 30 to lock the unlocking rotating shaft 30 to the avoiding position, when the ground wire head 140 stretches into the ground wire hole 11, the ground wire head 140 presses the first limiting portion 41 and enables the limiting piece 40 to be switched to the unlocking position, the first limiting portion 41 withdraws from the ground wire hole 11, the second limiting portion 42 avoids the rotation of the unlocking rotating shaft 30, and the unlocking rotating shaft 30 can move to the stopping position.
In this embodiment, through the mutual cooperation and mutual limitation among the extension portion 12, the movable member 20, the unlocking rotation shaft 30 and the limiting member 40, when the unlocking key 150 does not unlock the lock body 10, the ground wire head 140 cannot be inserted into or removed from the ground wire lock, and when the ground wire head 140 can be freely mounted or removed from the ground wire lock, the unlocking key 150 cannot be removed from the ground wire lock, thereby preventing the overhauling personnel from performing idle running operation. The specific process is as follows: when the ground wire lock is not unlocked, a part of the movable member 20 extends into the ground wire hole 11, and because the unlocking rotating shaft 30 is located at the stop position, the unlocking rotating shaft 30 blocks the movement of the movable member 20, so that a part of the movable member 20 keeps the inside of the ground wire hole 11 immovable, and the movable member 20 which cannot move blocks the movement of the ground wire head 140, so that the ground wire head 140 cannot be mounted on the ground wire lock or the ground wire head 140 cannot be removed from the ground wire lock at this time, as shown in fig. 6 and 7; when the ground wire head 140 needs to be mounted on or removed from the ground wire lock, the unlocking key 150 is inserted into the ground wire lock, the unlocking key 150 is rotated, the unlocking key 150 drives the unlocking spindle 30 to move together, so that the unlocking spindle 30 moves from the stop position to the avoidance position, in the process, the movement of the unlocking key 150 to pull out the ground wire lock is blocked by the protruding part 12 and cannot be pulled out normally, thereby locking the unlocking key 150, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the second limiting part 42 of the limiting part 40 moves onto the rotating path of the unlocking spindle 30, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, so that the unlocking spindle 30 and the unlocking key 150 cannot be reversed, thereby locking the unlocking key 150 on the ground wire lock, simultaneously the first limiting part 41 of the limiting part 40 stretches into the ground wire hole 11, the ground wire lock unlocking is completed, the ground wire head 140 may then be mounted to or removed from the ground wire lock, during which the ground wire head 140 may press the first limiting portion 41, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, such that the first limiting portion 41 exits the ground wire hole 11, the limiting member 40 is entirely switched from the locking position to the unlocking position, the second limiting portion 42 exits the rotational path of the unlocking shaft 30, the unlocking shaft 30 and the unlocking key 150 may be normally rotated, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the unlocking key 150 may be removed from the ground wire lock after the ground wire head 140 is mounted or removed, the unlocking shaft 30 is reset after the unlocking key 150 is removed, the unlocking shaft 30 re-stops the movement of the movable member 20, the movable member 20 is maintained at the position extending into the ground wire hole 11, and the ground wire lock is restored to the state shown in fig. 6 and 7. The above arrangement can effectively prevent the maintainer from taking out the unlocking key 150 for the next maintenance operation when the grounding wire end 140 is not connected or the grounding wire end 140 is not connected. After the mechanical mechanism is designed to force the maintainer to connect the grounding wire, the unlocking key 150 can be taken out for the next maintenance operation. Therefore, compared with the common grounding lock, the ground wire lock has the function of preventing idle operation, prevents misoperation, ensures the operation safety of maintenance personnel, simplifies the ground wire lock mechanism, has compact structure and small lock body, has better reliability, greatly reduces the production and manufacturing cost and the assembly complexity, and improves the reliability and the service life of the ground wire lock.
As shown in fig. 5, the ground wire lock further includes a first reset element 50, and two ends of the first reset element 50 respectively abut against the lock body 10 and the movable element 20, and provide a reset force for the movable element 20 to extend into the ground wire hole 11. The first restoring member 50 is preferably a linear spring, and the first restoring member 50 is sleeved on the movable member 20, so that the movable member 20 always has a movement trend of extending into the ground wire hole 11, and thus the movable member 20 is driven to automatically restore when the ground wire head 140 does not press the movable member 20.
In this embodiment, the ground wire lock further includes a second reset element 60, where two ends of the second reset element 60 respectively abut against the lock body 10 and the limiting element 40, and provide a reset force for the limiting element 40 to move to the locking position. The second reset member 60 is similar to the first reset member 50, and is preferably a linear spring, and the second reset member 60 can make the limiting member 40 always have a movement trend of moving to the locking position, so that when the unlocking key 150 drives the unlocking rotating shaft 30 to rotate to the avoiding position, the limiting member 40 can automatically move to the locking position under the driving of the second reset member 60.
In this embodiment, the ground wire lock further includes a third reset member 70, two ends of the third reset member 70 respectively abut against the lock body 10 and the unlocking rotation shaft 30, and provide a torsion force for the unlocking rotation shaft 30 to rotate to the stop position. Since the unlocking shaft 30 rotates relative to the lock body 10, the third reset member 70 is preferably a torsion spring, and the torsion spring is sleeved on the third reset member 70, so that the unlocking shaft 30 always has a movement trend of rotating to the stop position, and the local thread end 140 presses the second limiting portion 42, so that when the limiting member 40 moves to the unlocking position, the third reset member 70 can drive the unlocking shaft 30 to automatically rotate reversely to the stop position.
It should be noted that, the ground wire lock of this embodiment needs to be used in cooperation with the corresponding ground wire head 140, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the ground wire head 140 is provided with a concave portion into which the movable member 20 extends, and two sides of the concave portion are convex portions along the axial direction of the ground wire head 140, when the ground wire head 140 is mounted on the ground wire lock, the movable member 20 extends into the concave portion, and when the ground wire head 140 is inserted into or pulled out of the ground wire lock, the convex portions squeeze the movable member 20, so that the movable member 20 exits the ground wire hole 11.
The unlocking shaft 30 of the present embodiment has a stopper 31 extending in the radial direction, and the stopper 31 can move onto the movement path of the movable member 20 or away from the movement path of the movable member 20 in response to the rotation of the unlocking shaft 30, thereby controlling the movement of the movable member 20. When the unlocking rotating shaft 30 is located at the stopping position, the stopping part 31 moves to the movement path of the movable piece 20, the stopping part 31 prevents the movable piece 20 from exiting the ground wire hole 11, so that the movable piece 20 is locked at a position extending into the ground wire hole 11, and when the unlocking rotating shaft 30 is located at the avoiding position, the stopping part 31 avoids the movement of the movable piece 20, and the movable piece 20 can move freely.
As shown in fig. 7, the unlocking shaft 30 further has a protrusion 32, the protrusion 32 is disposed on an end surface of the unlocking shaft 30 and is eccentrically disposed with the unlocking shaft 30, when the unlocking shaft 30 is not rotated to the avoidance position, the protrusion 32 is always abutted against the protrusion 32 under the action of the second reset member 60, but does not affect the movement of the protrusion 32, when the unlocking shaft 30 is rotated to the avoidance position, the limiter 40 is moved to the locking position under the action of the second reset member 60, the protrusion 32 is dislocated with the second limiter 42, and the second limiter 42 extends into the movement path of the protrusion 32 and is abutted against the side surface of the protrusion 32, thereby blocking the reverse rotation of the unlocking shaft 30 and locking the unlocking shaft 30 to the avoidance position. Of course, the boss 32 may be provided on the circumferential surface of the unlocking rotation shaft 30 and protrude in the radial direction of the unlocking rotation shaft 30.
Optionally, an end of the movable member 20 and/or the first limiting portion 41 extending into the ground wire hole 11 has a guiding inclined plane, and when the ground wire head 140 extends into the ground wire hole 11, the ground wire head 140 presses the guiding inclined plane to drive the movable member 20 and/or the first limiting portion 41 to withdraw from the ground wire hole 11. The guiding slope allows the ground wire head 140 to more smoothly push the movable member 20 and the first limiting portion 41. Preferably, the movable member 20 and the portion of the first limiting portion 41 extending into the ground wire hole 11 are hemispherical, and the hemispherical cambered surface forms a guiding inclined plane, however, the hemispherical shape may be replaced by a conical shape or other shapes capable of forming an inclined plane.
In this embodiment, the ground wire lock further includes a blocking piece 80 and a fastening piece 90, where the blocking piece 80 is located at an end of the movable piece 20 far away from the ground wire hole 11, and is detachably connected to the movable piece 20 through the fastening piece 90, so as to control a distance that the movable piece 20 stretches into the ground wire hole 11. The baffle 80 is circular and is provided with a through hole, the maximum diameter of the baffle 80 is larger than the diameter of a mounting hole for mounting the movable piece 20 on the lock body 10, the fastener 90 is a screw, a threaded hole is formed in one end of the movable piece 20, which is away from the guiding inclined plane, during mounting, the movable piece 20 stretches into the mounting hole, then the baffle 80 is sleeved at one end of the movable piece 20, which is far away from the ground wire hole 11, and the baffle 80 is tightly connected with the movable piece 20 by the screw. The above-mentioned setting mode can be convenient for the installation of moving part 20, and separation blade 80 can also restrict moving part 20 and stretch into the distance in ground wire hole 11 simultaneously, avoids moving part 20 to stretch into the too big problem that leads to the inefficacy of distance in ground wire hole 11 under the effect of first restoring member 50.
