Abstract
The invention discloses a bottle washing spray needle which comprises a water spraying needle tube, a compression screw sleeve, a compression bushing and a screw sleeve seat, and is characterized in that the water spraying needle tube comprises a tube body and a tube seat at the bottom, the tube seat is arranged in an inner cavity of the screw sleeve seat, and the bottom end surface of the tube seat is matched with the wall spherical surface of the inner cavity of the screw sleeve seat to form a sealing area; the top of the water spraying needle tube is provided with a water spraying hole, and the inner cavity of the water spraying needle tube is communicated with the clean water pipe through a through hole formed in the bottom of the screw sleeve seat; the compression bushing is sleeved on the tube body of the needle tube, and the bottom end surface of the compression bushing is matched with the spherical surface of the upper end surface of the tube seat to form a first compression area; the compression screw sleeve is in threaded fit with the upper portion of the screw sleeve seat, and the bottom end face of the compression screw sleeve abuts against the upper end face of the compression bushing to form a second compression area. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicine filling, in particular to the field of medicine bottle cleaning before medicine filling, and specifically relates to a bottle washing spray needle.
Background
Before filling, the medicine bottle needs to be cleaned. The conventional cleaning method is to insert a needle into a medicine bottle, spray high-pressure water at the top of the needle, and flush the inner wall of the medicine bottle.
The structure of the existing spray needle is shown in fig. 1, and comprises a water spray needle tube 1', a screw 2' and a screw seat 5'. The bottom of the water spraying needle tube 1 'is welded in the center of the screw 2'; the screw 2' is in threaded connection with the screw seat 5', and the middle is sealed by the sealing ring 3 '; the screw seat 5 'is welded on the clean water pipe 7'. According to the bottle washing spray needle, the inner cavity of the water spraying needle tube is communicated with the clean water pipe through the through hole formed in the bottom of the screw sleeve seat, and is not communicated with the threaded area at the upper part of the screw sleeve seat. Thus, the threaded part of the compression screw sleeve matched with the screw sleeve seat is outside the clean water area, and the problem of secondary pollution is thoroughly solved.
According to the bottle washing spray needle, the bottom end face of the spray needle tube is matched with the spherical surface of the screw sleeve seat, and the upper end face of the spray needle tube is matched with the spherical surface of the compression bushing, so that the spray needle tube can rotate around the tube seat within a certain angle range. When in use, the water spraying needle tube is only required to be rotated, or the water spraying needle tube is assisted by small-angle bending to be inserted into the medicine bottle. Therefore, the material requirement on the water spraying needle tube is not high, and the material with low equivalent lattice of plastic parts can be adopted, and the manufacturing cost of the product is reduced through one-time injection molding.
According to the bottle washing spray needle, the water spraying needle tube is detachably arranged in the inner cavity of the screw sleeve seat through the compression screw sleeve and the compression bushing, when the water spraying needle tube is damaged, only the part is needed to be replaced independently, and other parts can still be used continuously, so that the use and maintenance cost is reduced.
As an improvement of the invention, the water spraying hole arranged at the top of the water spraying needle tube comprises a central water spraying hole and peripheral oblique water spraying holes. The central water spraying hole is a straight hole and is directly sprayed to the bottom of the medicine bottle; the peripheral oblique water spraying holes are sprayed to the side wall of the medicine bottle close to the bottom, so that the cleaning capability can be improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the structure of the conventional bottle washing needle has been described above, and will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 2, the compression screw sleeve bottle washing spray needle of the present invention comprises a water spray needle tube 1, a compression screw sleeve 2, a compression bushing 3 and a screw sleeve seat 4.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the water jet needle tube 1 includes a tube body and a bottom tube seat 106. The tube holder 106 is disposed in the cavity 402 of the screw holder 4. The bottom end surface 107 of the tube seat is a spherical surface and is matched with the spherical surface of the inner cavity wall of the screw seat to form a sealing surface 7. The top of the water spraying needle tube is provided with a water spraying hole 101, and an inner cavity 104 of the water spraying needle tube is communicated with the clean water pipe 6 through a through hole 405 formed in the bottom of the screw sleeve seat. The upper end face 105 of the tube seat is spherical and is matched with the bottom end face of the compression bushing to form a first compression area 8.
In this embodiment, only one central water spraying hole is formed in the top of the water spraying needle tube 1.
On this basis, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the water spraying hole formed at the top of the water spraying needle tube 1 includes a central water spraying hole 110 and peripheral inclined water spraying holes 111. The central water spraying hole 110 is a straight hole and is directly sprayed to the bottom of the medicine bottle; the peripheral inclined water spraying holes 111 are sprayed to the side wall of the medicine bottle near the bottom, so that the cleaning ability can be improved.
The inclined water spraying holes 111 are uniformly distributed, and the number of the inclined water spraying holes is 4-6. The included angle between the inclined water spraying hole 111 and the central line 112 of the water spraying needle tube is 30-60 degrees.
Further, the pipe body of the water spraying needle pipe 1 is divided into an upper section 102 and a lower section 103, and a step surface 108 is arranged between the two pipe bodies. The step surface 108 is also provided with an oblique middle water spray hole 109. The middle water spraying hole 109 sprays to the side wall of the medicine bottle to clean the medicine bottle in all directions, thereby further improving the cleaning capability.
The middle water spraying holes 109 are evenly distributed, and the number of the water spraying holes is 4-6. The included angle between the middle water spraying hole 109 and the water spraying needle tube central line 112 is 30-60 degrees.

The water spraying needle tube 1 can be a straight tube or a taper tube. In the present embodiment, the latter structure is adopted. The cone angle of the taper pipe is not excessively large, and is preferably less than 2 degrees.
The water spraying needle tube 1 can be made of a material with certain elasticity, such as stainless steel or plastic.
Referring to fig. 7, the compression screw sleeve 2 has a central through hole 201 through which the water spray needle tube 1 passes. The sleeve body of the compression screw sleeve 2 is provided with external threads 203, and the head 202 of the compression screw sleeve 2 is a truncated hexagon.
Referring to fig. 8, the screw socket 4 has a straight cylindrical structure, and is provided with a socket 106 for accommodating the water spraying needle tube and an inner cavity 402 for compressing the bushing 3, wherein the bottom inner cavity wall 403 is spherical and is matched with the bottom end surface 107 of the socket to form the sealing surface 7. The upper part of the screw sleeve seat 4 is provided with an internal thread 401 matched with the external thread 203 of the compression screw sleeve 2. The center of the bottom of the screw sleeve seat 4 is provided with a through hole 405 for communicating the inner cavity 104 of the water spraying needle tube with the clean water tube 6. The outer edge of the bottom of the screw sleeve seat 4 is also provided with a spigot surface 404 matched with the clean water pipe 6.
Referring to fig. 9, the compression bushing 3 has a central through hole 301, and a bottom end surface 302 of the compression bushing 3 is spherical and cooperates with the upper end surface 105 of the water spraying needle tube base to form a first compression surface 8. The upper end surface of the compression bushing 3 abuts against the bottom end surface of the compression screw sleeve 2 to form a second compression area 9.
The bottle washing spray needle is assembled according to the following method:
the compression bushing 3 and the compression screw sleeve 2 are sequentially sleeved on the pipe body of the water spraying needle pipe 1; the tube seat 106 is then placed in the inner cavity 402 of the screw seat 4 together with the compression sleeve 3; the compression screw sleeve 2 is screwed to be connected with the screw sleeve seat 4, and meanwhile, the compression screw sleeve 2 compresses the tube seat 106 of the water spraying needle tube 1 and the inner cavity wall 403 of the screw sleeve seat 4 through the compression bushing 3 to form a sealing area.
The bottle washing spray needle has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the bottle washing spray needle, the inner cavity of the water spraying needle tube is communicated with the clean water pipe through the through hole formed in the bottom of the screw sleeve seat, and is not communicated with the threaded area at the upper part of the screw sleeve seat.
