On the basis of the second step, starting electromagnetic heating of the electric heating belt 32 and the electromagnetic induction coil 11, enabling the temperature of the inner shell of the heating bin 36, the dust removing pipeline 9, the dust remover 13, the condensing pipeline 12, the second valve 14 and the metal hose 15 to be more than or equal to 280 ℃ and less than or equal to 320 ℃, then opening the microwave generator 28 to heat the oil-containing articles in the heating bin 36, starting the thermal oxidizer 23 when the pressure of the fourth pressure sensor 19 reaches 1 KPa-5 KPa, opening the third valve 20, opening the water spray atomizer 4 and the one-way valve 3 when the temperature of the first temperature sensor 7 is more than or equal to 250 ℃, controlling water to spray to the oil-containing articles in a mode of opening the water spray atomizer from small to large or alternatively according to the position of the oil-containing articles, selecting whether to start the hollow cylinder 31 to rotate, keeping the temperature of the first temperature sensor 7 between 250 ℃ and 320 ℃, continuously heating and evaporating oil of the oil-containing article, simultaneously opening the sealing fan 21 to increase the flow rate of oil-water steam, sequentially dedusting by the deduster 13, condensing by the condenser 18 and oxidizing by the thermal oxidizer 23, wherein the dust removed by the deduster 13 finally falls into the dry ash collecting box 40, separating water condensed by the condenser 18 by the oil-water separator 41, then sequentially pumping the separated water into the water storage chamber 5 of the water spraying sprayer 4 through the fifth valve 43, the filter 44, the centrifugal pump 45 and the sixth valve 46, finally observing the oil-containing state of the oil-containing article through the portable door, controlling the heating treatment time until the final requirement is met, and finally entering the next step;
step four: shutdown recovery
On the basis of the third step, firstly, the spray water quantity of the water spraying sprayer 4 is increased, a large amount of water is evaporated, the gas flow rate is increased, a pipeline is purged, dust falls into the dust remover 13, meanwhile, the temperature of the first temperature sensor 7 is controlled to be 120-130 ℃, then, the electromagnetic heating of the microwave generator 28, the water spraying sprayer 4, the electric heating belt 32 and the electromagnetic heating coil 11 is closed, after 5-10 minutes, the sealing fan 21, the thermal oxidizer 23, the first motor 29, the second motor 35, the second valve 14 and the third valve 20 are closed, the microwave processor 27, the electric heating belt 32, the electromagnetic heating coil 11, the microwave generator 28, the heating bin 36 and the containing disc 38 are waited for natural cooling, then the treated oil-containing article is taken out, the fourth valve 42 is opened for oil recovery according to the requirement, or the fifth valve 43 and the seventh valve 47 are opened, the centrifugal pump 44 is started, the unreusable waste water is discharged, and finally all the valves and the centrifugal pump 44 are closed, and even if the whole device is shut down, the microwave oil recovery of the oil-containing article is finished.

On the basis of the second step, the electromagnetic heating of the electric heating belt 32 and the electromagnetic induction coil 11 is started, the temperatures of the inner shell of the heating bin 36, the dust removing pipeline 9, the dust remover 13, the condensing pipeline 12, the second valve 14 and the metal hose 15 are more than or equal to 280 ℃ and less than or equal to 320 ℃, then the microwave generator 28 is opened to heat the oil-containing articles in the heating bin 36, when the pressure of the fourth pressure sensor 19 reaches 1KPa, the thermal oxidizer 23 is started, the third valve 20 is opened, when the temperature of the first temperature sensor 7 is more than or equal to 250 ℃, the water sprayer 4 and the one-way valve 3 are opened, the water spray amount is controlled to spray water to the oil-containing articles in a mode of opening the water sprayer from small to large or intermittently, and whether the hollow cylinder 31 is started to rotate is selected according to the positions of the oil-containing articles, the temperature of the first temperature sensor 7 is kept between 250 ℃ and 320 ℃, oil of an oil-containing article is continuously heated and evaporated, a sealing fan 21 is opened to increase the flow rate of oil-water steam, dust is removed by a dust remover 13, a condenser 18 is condensed and a thermal oxidizer 23 is oxidized in sequence, dust removed by the dust remover 13 finally falls into a dry ash collecting box 40, water condensed by the condenser 18 is separated by an oil-water layering device 41, the separated water can sequentially pass through a fifth valve 43, a filter 44, a centrifugal pump 45 and a sixth valve 46, the water can be circularly pumped into a water storage chamber 5 of a water spraying sprayer 4, finally the oil-containing state of the oil-containing article is observed through a portable door, the heating treatment time is controlled until the final requirement is met, and finally the next step is entered;
step four: shutdown recovery
On the basis of the third step, firstly, the spray water quantity of the water spraying sprayer 4 is increased, a large amount of water is evaporated, the gas flow rate is increased, a pipeline is purged, dust falls into the dust remover 13, meanwhile, the temperature of the first temperature sensor 7 is controlled to be 120-130 ℃, then, the electromagnetic heating of the microwave generator 28, the water spraying sprayer 4, the electric heating belt 32 and the electromagnetic heating coil 11 is closed, after 5 minutes, the sealing fan 21, the thermal oxidizer 23, the first motor 29, the second motor 35, the second valve 14 and the third valve 20 are closed, the microwave processor 27, the electric heating belt 32, the electromagnetic heating coil 11, the microwave generator 28, the heating bin 36 and the containing disc 38 are waited for natural cooling, then the treated oil-containing article is taken out, the fourth valve 42 is opened for oil recovery according to the requirement, or the fifth valve 43 and the seventh valve 47 are opened, the centrifugal pump 44 is started, the unrepeatable waste water is discharged, and finally all the valves and the centrifugal pump 44 are closed, and even if the whole device is shut down, the microwave oil removal recovery of the oil-containing article is finished.
In the first step, the oily articles are classified into granular oily articles and soft oily articles such as gloves, clothes and cotton yarns, if the oily articles are granular, the hollow cylinder 31 is taken out and directly put into the containing tray 38, and if the oily articles are soft oily articles such as gloves, clothes and cotton yarns, the hollow cylinder 31 is put into.
In summary, the first valve 2, the second valve 14, the third valve 20, the fourth valve 42, the fifth valve 43, the sixth valve 46 and the seventh valve 47 described in embodiments 1-9 can be configured to be automatically controlled.

On the basis of the second step, starting electromagnetic heating of an electric heating belt (32) and an electromagnetic heating coil (11), enabling the temperature of an inner shell of a heating bin (36), a dust removing pipeline (9), a dust remover (13), a condensing pipeline (12), a second valve (14) and a metal hose (15) to be more than or equal to 280 ℃ and less than or equal to 320 ℃, then starting a microwave generator (28) to heat oil-containing articles in the heating bin (36), starting a thermal oxidizer (23) when the pressure of a fourth pressure sensor (19) reaches 1 KPa-5 KPa, and opening a third valve (20) when the temperature of a first temperature sensor (7) is more than or equal to 250 ℃, the water spray atomizer (4) and the one-way valve (3) are opened to control the water quantity to spray water to the oil-containing article from small to large or alternatively, according to the position of the oil-containing article, whether the hollow cylinder (31) is started to rotate is selected, so that the temperature of the first temperature sensor (7) is kept between 250 ℃ and 320 ℃, the oil of the oil-containing article is continuously heated and evaporated, meanwhile, the sealing fan (21) is opened to increase the flow rate of oil-water steam, the oil-water steam sequentially passes through the dust remover (13) to remove dust, the condenser (18) to condense, the thermal oxidizer (23) to oxidize, wherein the dust removed by the dust remover (13) finally falls into the dry ash collecting box (40), and the water condensed by the condenser (18) is separated by the oil-water separator (41), then the separated water can sequentially pass through a fifth valve (43), a filter (44), a centrifugal pump (45) and a sixth valve (46), is circularly pumped into a water storage chamber (5) of a water spraying sprayer (4), finally, the oil-containing state of the oil-containing article is observed through a portable door, the heating treatment time is controlled until the final requirement is met, and finally, the next step is carried out;
step four: shutdown recovery
