Abstract
The invention discloses a steam generator for steam cooking equipment, which comprises a steam generator body, a water inlet component, a water discharge component, an impeller cleaning component, a controller and a heating component; the water inlet and the water outlet of the steam generator body are respectively communicated with the water inlet assembly and the water outlet assembly, the impeller cleaning assembly is partially arranged in the steam generator body, and the heating assembly is positioned in the steam generator body; the impeller cleaning assembly cleans and/or dries the inside of the steam generator body according to the cleaning instruction sent by the controller; an electric steamer and a cleaning control method are also disclosed. According to the invention, the impeller cleaning assembly is used for cleaning and drying the inside of the steam generator body and the drainage assembly, so that the peculiar smell generated in the steam generator body due to long-time use is avoided.
Description
Technical Field

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a steam generator for steam cooking equipment, which comprises a steam generator body 1, a water inlet assembly 2, a water discharge assembly 3, an impeller cleaning assembly 4, a controller 5 and a heating assembly 6, as shown in figures 1,2 and 3; the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12 of the steam generator body 1 are respectively communicated with the water inlet component 2 and the water outlet component 3, the impeller cleaning component 4 is partially arranged in the steam generator body 1, and the heating component 6 is positioned in the steam generator body 1; the impeller cleaning assembly 4 cleans and dries the inside of the steam generator body 1 according to the cleaning instruction sent by the controller 5, so that the impeller cleaning assembly 4 cleans and dries the inside of the steam generator body 1 and the drainage assembly 3, and peculiar smell is prevented from being generated in the steam generator body 1 due to long-time use.
The impeller cleaning assembly 4 comprises a driving motor 41 and an impeller 42, wherein the driving motor 41 is positioned at the top outside the steam generator body 1, and an output shaft is connected with the impeller 42 arranged in the steam generator body 1; when the impeller cleaning assembly 4 cleans the inside of the steam generator body 1, the water in the steam generator body 1 forms vortex inside along with the rotation of the impeller 42 to clean the inside of the steam generator body 1; when the impeller cleaning assembly 4 dries the inside of the steam generator body 1, air in the steam generator body 1 forms air vortex inside along with rotation of the impeller 42, so that air circulation is quickened, and drying of the inside of the steam generator body 1 is realized.
The water draining assembly 3 comprises a water draining pipe 31 and a water draining valve 32, one end of the water draining pipe 31 is communicated with the water draining port 12 of the steam generator body 1, and the other end of the water draining pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the electric steam box; the drain valve 32 is provided on the drain pipe 31.
The water inlet assembly 2 comprises a water tank 21, a water suction pump 22 and a water inlet pipe 23, one end of the water inlet pipe 23 is communicated with the water inlet 11 of the steam generator body 1, the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water tank 21, and the water suction pump 22 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 23.
The steam generator body 1 is provided with a cover plate 13, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the steam generator body 1 and the cover plate 13.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the steam generator body 1 is provided with a water outlet 12, the side surface of the lower part is provided with a water inlet 11, and two steam outlets 14 communicated with the inner cavity of the electric steam box are also provided.
The two steam outlets 14 are respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the electric steam box through steam pipes 15.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the steam generator comprises a steam generator body 1, a water inlet assembly 2, a water discharge assembly 3, an impeller cleaning assembly 4, a controller 5 and a heating assembly 6; the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12 of the steam generator body 1 are respectively communicated with the water inlet component 2 and the water outlet component 3, the impeller cleaning component 4 is arranged at the top in the steam generator body 1, and the heating component 6 is positioned in the steam generator body 1; the impeller cleaning assembly 4 cleans and dries the inside of the steam generator body 1 according to the cleaning instruction sent by the controller 5, so that the impeller cleaning assembly 4 cleans and dries the inside of the steam generator body 1 and the drainage assembly 3, and peculiar smell is prevented from being generated in the steam generator body 1 due to long-time use.
The impeller cleaning assembly 4 comprises a driving motor 41 and an impeller 42, wherein the driving motor 41 is positioned at the top outside the steam generator body 1, and an output shaft is connected with the impeller 42 arranged in the steam generator body 1; when the impeller cleaning assembly 4 cleans the inside of the steam generator body 1, water in the steam generator body 1 forms vortex inside along with rotation of the impeller 42, so that the inside of the steam generator body 1 is cleaned; when the impeller cleaning assembly 4 dries the inside of the steam generator body 1, air in the steam generator body 1 forms air vortex inside along with rotation of the impeller 42, so that air circulation is quickened, and drying of the inside of the steam generator body 1 is realized.
The water draining assembly 3 comprises a water draining pipe 31 and a water draining valve 32, one end of the water draining pipe 31 is communicated with the water draining port 12 of the steam generator body 1, and the other end of the water draining pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the electric steam box; the drain valve 32 is provided on the drain pipe 31.
The water inlet assembly 2 comprises a water tank 21, a water suction pump 22 and a water inlet pipe 23, one end of the water inlet pipe 23 is communicated with the water inlet 11 of the steam generator body 1, the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water tank 21, and the water suction pump 22 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 23.
The steam generator body 1 is provided with a cover plate 13, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the steam generator body 1 and the cover plate 13.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the steam generator body 1 is provided with a water outlet 12, the side surface of the lower part is provided with a water inlet 11, and two steam outlets 14 communicated with the inner cavity of the electric steam box are also provided.
The two steam outlets 14 are respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the electric steam box through steam pipes 15.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a cleaning control method of the steam generator, as shown in fig. 5, which is realized by the following steps:
Step S101: the controller 5 detects whether or not the cooking is ended, and if it detects that the cooking is ended, goes to step S102, otherwise, ends the cleaning flow, and continues the cooking.
Step S102: the water is injected into the steam generator body 1 through the water inlet assembly 2, and the water outlet assembly 3 is controlled to be in a closed state.
In particular, for cleaning the floor cleaner, a cleaning agent may be added to the water tank 21 of the water inlet assembly 2, and the cleaning agent may be a food-grade cleaning agent such as citric acid or vinegar.
Thus, after injecting water or water with a cleaning agent, the water is temporarily stored in the steam generator body 1 and part of the water inlet pipe 23 and part of the water outlet pipe 31.
Step S103: the controller 5 controls the impeller cleaning assembly 4 to perform stirring cleaning for a preset cleaning operation time.
Specifically, the cleaning operation time of the impeller cleaning assembly 4 is preset according to the size of the steam generator body 1.
After the impeller cleaning assembly 4 receives the cleaning instruction of the controller 5, the impeller cleaning assembly 4 performs stirring cleaning until the cleaning operation time is reached.
In the stirring and cleaning process of the impeller cleaning assembly 4, the driving motor 41 drives the impeller 42 to rotate, and water forms vortex inside the steam generator body 1 along with the rotation of the impeller 42, so that the inside of the steam generator body 1 is cleaned.
Step S104: the water draining assembly 3 is started to drain water, and the impeller cleaning assembly 4 is controlled to stir and dry.
Specifically, the drying operation time of the impeller cleaning assembly 4 is preset according to the size of the steam generator body 1.
After the impeller cleaning assembly 4 receives the drying instruction of the controller 5, the impeller cleaning assembly 4 performs stirring drying until the drying operation time is reached.
The impeller cleaning assembly 4 is stirred and dried, and the drain valve 32 of the drain assembly 3 is opened according to the control instruction of the controller 5, so that the water in the steam generator body 1 is completely drained.
In the process of stirring and drying the impeller cleaning assembly 4, the driving motor 41 drives the impeller 42 to rotate, air in the steam generator body 1 forms air vortex inside along with the rotation of the impeller 42, air circulation is quickened, and drying of the inside of the steam generator body 1 is achieved.
Step S105: the controller 5 detects whether the drying process is finished, and if the drying process is detected to be finished, the water discharging assembly 3 is controlled to be in a closed state and is shut down, otherwise, the drying process is continued.
Further, in order to improve the cleaning effect, step S103 and step S104 may be repeated at least twice or more.
