The use principle is as follows: when small articles such as towels and clothes need to be sterilized or disinfected, the sealing door 27 is firstly opened, the motor 24 is driven to rotate forwards, the positioning net 22 is driven to move downwards to be out of the air conditioner body 1, and the articles to be sterilized or dried of the towels are clamped in the clamping grooves 221 at the end parts of the positioning net 22; then, the driving motor 24 rotates reversely, and the positioning net 22 and the towel are wound on the outer side of the storage rack 21 by the driving motor 24; the sealing door 27 is turned upwards, so that the bolt 283 fixes the sealing door 27 and the air conditioner body 1, the driving motor 24 continues to rotate, and the third ultraviolet germicidal lamp 23 at the top of the cavity 16 and the second germicidal lamp in the storage rack 21 sterilize and disinfect the towels; at the same time, the drying port 251 blows the air in the air conditioner body 1 into the cavity 16, and the towel, clothes, etc. on the counter rack 21 are dried quickly.
