图1和2示出了本发明的部件,其在安装状态下被拧到致动器特别是升降致动器的螺纹轴上。该部件包括配置为螺母26的金属元件16和塑料元件18。在安装状态下,螺母26的内螺纹拧到螺纹轴上。塑料元件18包括在安装状态下与螺纹轴接触的区域14。区域14是环形的。在从螺纹轴上移除部件的状态下,与部件拧到螺纹轴上的状态相比,区域14变形。在横截面中(图2),该区域配置成唇形。在其径向外部区域上,金属元件16包括在金属元件16的整个圆周上延伸的齿轮齿。金属元件16被压入基础材料元件中。
通过将部件拧到螺纹轴上,螺母绕中心轴线28旋转。区域14与中心轴线的距离小于螺母26的内螺纹12的外径30。塑料元件18以其表面与金属元件的总表面的10%以上接触。
在其径向外表面上,塑料元件包括可以通过扳手夹持的平坦区域32,使得通过移动扳手,可以将部件拧到螺纹轴上。这里,塑料元件18将沿圆周方向20的力传递到金属元件16上。金属元件的轴向侧端表面22(图2)比塑料元件的轴向侧端表面24更远离部件的重心,其中两个端表面设置在部件的同一侧上。这具有的优点是,通过将部件的相应侧面压紧到壳体的平坦表面上,塑料元件不会被压离金属元件。

代替所提到的开关,螺纹轴的端部位置也可以通过压紧致动器的壳体的部件来标记,由此在致动器中产生过电流,该过电流向致动器的电子器件发信号通知到达端部位置,该端部位置然后存储在致动器的存储器中。
将部件拧到螺纹轴的第一端上。将另一相同的部件拧到螺纹轴的第二端上。通过螺纹轴上的两个部件的拧紧,可以非常精确地调节执行器的最大和最小位置以及致动器的总行程,这对于补偿公差特别有用。
在当前情况下,螺母26相对较短,这节省了安装空间。
当部件拧到螺纹轴上时,塑料元件和金属元件通过螺纹轴的螺纹相对于彼此保持就位。当部件拧到螺纹轴上时,使用特殊工具以确保塑料元件和金属元件相对于彼此保持就位。
由于金属元件和塑料元件都非常经济有效,因此整个部件也极具成本效益。
塑料元件可以由硬塑料构成。

Claims (10)

1.一种致动器,包括螺纹轴并且包括部件(10),该部件(10)包括内螺纹(12)并且被拧到螺纹轴上,其特征在于,
所述部件包括至少一个区域(14),该区域由塑料构成,特别是硬塑料,并且其与螺纹轴接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的致动器,其中,所述部件包括至少一个金属元件(16),所述金属元件具有的设计使得能够在金属元件的圆周方向上进行过盈配合和/或摩擦配合力传递。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的致动器,其中,所述部件包括至少一个塑料元件(18),所述塑料元件包括所述区域并且与致动器的金属元件(16)接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的致动器,其中,所述塑料元件配置成使得能够以过盈配合的方式沿金属元件的圆周方向(20)将力传递到金属元件上。
5.根据权利要求3或4中任一项所述的致动器,其中,所述金属元件被压入所述塑料元件中,或者塑料元件通过金属元件的部分包覆成型来制造。
6.根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的致动器,其中,所述金属元件的轴向侧端表面(22)比所述塑料元件的轴向侧端表面(24)更远离所述部件的重心,所述塑料元件设置在部件的与金属元件的轴向侧端面相同的一侧上。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的致动器,其中,与从所述螺纹轴移除所述部件的状态相比,所述区域变形。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的致动器,其中,所述区域配置成唇形。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的致动器,其中,所述部件可使用扳手拧到螺纹轴上。
10.一种部件,特别是用于根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的致动器的部件,包括塑料元件和螺母(26),所述螺母具有中心轴线(28),螺母通过拧到外螺纹上而围绕该中心轴线旋转,其中,所述塑料元件包括至少一个区域(14),其与中心轴线的距离小于螺母的内螺纹(12)的外径(30),其中,所述塑料元件接触螺母的总表面的至少10%,优选为至少30%。
