本发明公开了一种环保型建筑集成板及其制备方法,包括集成板本体,杉木基板的上端通过胶粘连接有纤维板,纤维板的上端通过胶粘连接有木纹面板,杉木基板的下端通过胶粘连接有平衡面板;本发明还公开了一种环保型建筑集成板的制备方法,包括防腐浸泡、晾干烘干、榫卯、胶粘和压合的步骤;该环保型建筑集成板,通过以杉木基板作为基板材,纤维板作为复合板材,采用天然的木纹面板作为装配室内的面板材,平衡板可有效防止集成板发生断裂现象,各板材之间除胶粘固定之外还采用榫卯的结构连接,并最后通过压合实现成型,可以使得各板材之间连接更加稳定,防止出现板材分离裂开的现象,避免内部胶水散发造成室内环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及集成板技术领域,具体为一种环保型建筑集成板及其制备方法。
背景技术
集成板即胶合木,与木质工字梁和单板层积材同为三种主要的工程材产品之一,集成板广泛被应用于建筑领域,但是传统的建筑集成板普遍存在在使用工程中易发生板材分离、裂开的现象,从而易导致内部胶水散发,造成室内空气污染,环保型较差;为此,我们提出一种环保型建筑集成板及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型建筑集成板及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型建筑集成板,包括集成板本体,所述集成板本体由杉木基板、纤维板、木纹面板、防火层、平衡面板和耐磨层组成,所述杉木基板的上端通过胶粘连接有纤维板,所述纤维板的上端通过胶粘连接有木纹面板,所述木纹面板的上表面设置有防火层,所述杉木基板的下端通过胶粘连接有平衡面板,所述平衡面板的下表面设置有耐磨层。
优选的,所述杉木基板的上端沿板材的长度方向开设有至少三道燕尾卡槽,相邻两个燕尾卡槽之间的距离均相等,所述杉木基板的宽度方向边沿处均开设有多道插板槽,每道插板槽均将相邻的两个燕尾卡槽连通,所述插板槽的开设深度均不小于150mm,且插板槽的槽底部均与燕尾卡槽的槽底部持平。
优选的,所述纤维板是由两块相同大小的纤维分板拼接而成,所述纤维分板的下端均沿长度方向设置有与燕尾卡槽相同数量的燕尾形卡板,相邻的两个燕尾形卡板之间均连接有边插板,且边插板的下端均与燕尾形卡板的下端持平。
优选的,两个所述纤维分板分别通过燕尾形卡板***杉木基板两端的燕尾卡槽中,所述边插板均插设在杉木基板两端的插板槽中,两个所述纤维分板的拼接处、对应两个燕尾形卡板的拼接处、燕尾形卡板与燕尾卡槽之间、边插板与插板槽之间均通过胶粘固定。
优选的,所述纤维板的上表面沿长度方向开设有至少三个圆木卡槽,所述木纹面板的下表面沿竖直方向设置有与圆木卡槽数量相等的圆木杆,所述圆木杆均从侧边卡入到对应的圆木卡槽中,所述圆木杆和圆木卡槽的截面均为三分之二圆状,所述圆木杆与圆木卡槽之间均通过胶粘固定。
一种如上所述的保型建筑集成板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将杉木基板置入防腐液中浸泡2-4小时,晾干至表面含水率为30-40%,然后在各个杉木基板上涂刷桐油至表面金黄色,再置入烘干设备中烘干备用;
S2:将制作好的纤维板对称切割成两块纤维分板,将两块纤维分板采用的插接方式从杉木基板的两端***到杉木基板中,各贴合处、拼接处和插接处均通过胶水粘接;
S3:将制作好的木纹面板通过圆木杆卡入圆木卡槽的方式连接在纤维板上,并通过胶水粘接固定;
S4:将制作好的平衡面板粘接在杉木基板的下端,然后将连接好的杉木基板、平衡面板、纤维板以及木纹面板采用压合机压合,压合完成后在木纹面板的表面涂刷防火层,在平衡面板的表面涂刷耐磨层即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的结构设计合理,该环保型建筑集成板,通过以杉木基板作为基板材,纤维板作为复合板材,采用天然的木纹面板作为装配室内的面板材,平衡板可有效防止集成板发生断裂现象,各板材之间除胶粘固定之外还采用榫卯的结构连接,并最后通过压合实现成型,可以使得各板材之间连接更加稳定,防止出现板材分离裂开的现象,避免内部胶水散发造成室内环境污染,同时采用防火层可起到很好的阻燃效果,耐磨层可以保证集成板的面部耐磨性更好,而且本发明的制备方法更加的简单、设备要求低,具有很好的推广效果。

本发明涉及的环保型建筑集成板的制备步骤如下:
S1:将杉木基板101置入防腐液中浸泡3小时,晾干至表面含水率为35%,然后在各个杉木基板101上涂刷桐油至表面金黄色,再置入烘干设备中烘干备用;
S2:将制作好的纤维板102对称切割成两块纤维分板,将两块纤维分板采用的插接方式从杉木基板101的两端***到杉木基板101中,各贴合处、拼接处和插接处均通过胶水粘接;
S3:将制作好的木纹面板103通过圆木杆1031卡入圆木卡槽1023的方式连接在纤维板102上,并通过胶水粘接固定;
S4:将制作好的平衡面板105粘接在杉木基板101的下端,然后将连接好的杉木基板101、平衡面板105、纤维板102以及木纹面板103采用压合机压合,压合完成后在木纹面板103的表面涂刷防火层104,在平衡面板105的表面涂刷耐磨层106即可。

所述杉木基板(101)的上端沿板材的长度方向开设有至少三道燕尾卡槽(1011),相邻两个燕尾卡槽(1011)之间的距离均相等,所述杉木基板(101)的宽度方向边沿处均开设有多道插板槽(1012),每道插板槽(1012)均将相邻的两个燕尾卡槽(1011)连通,所述插板槽(1012)的开设深度均不小于150mm,且插板槽(1012)的槽底部均与燕尾卡槽(1011)的槽底部持平;
