Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of gates, and relates to an aquatic organism shoveling device for a gate and a mounting structure of the aquatic organism shoveling device on a vertical-type gate. The technical proposal is as follows: the bracket consists of a seat plate, vertical plates and shaft support plates, wherein the two vertical plates are respectively fixed at two ends of the seat plate to form a channel steel shape, and the two mutually parallel shaft support plates are vertically fixed at the outer sides of the vertical plates; the shaft supporting plate is provided with a first round hole which can be in clearance fit with the pin shaft; the scraping plate comprises a scraping plate body and an ear plate; the bottom of the ear plate is provided with a second round hole which can be in clearance fit with the pin shaft; the scraping plate is clamped between the two shaft support plates and faces the vertical plate; the pin shaft penetrates through the first round hole and the second round hole to connect the scraping plate to the bracket; the limiting plate is connected with the side edges of the two shaft support plates; a spring pressing plate is arranged between the two shaft supporting plates. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of gates, and particularly relates to a device which is applied to an underwater vertical-type flat gate and can remove aquatic organisms attached to a gate track and an installation structure of the device.
Background
In hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering, the structure of vertical gate is: the two sides of the door leaf are U-shaped door slots, the vertical rails are respectively arranged at the two side walls of the U-shaped door slots, and the edge beam webs at the two sides of the door leaf of the vertical lift gate are provided with rollers. The rollers roll along the vertical track of the U-shaped gate slot, so that the vertical lift gate moves up and down along the vertical track, namely, the gate is opened and closed. The roller is directly contacted with the surface of the vertical track, so that the smoothness of the surface of the track is ensured, and the friction resistance born by the roller when the gate is opened and closed can be effectively reduced. And in many areas, due to the influence of water environment, a layer of compact, elastic and viscous aquatic organisms is accumulated on the gate slot track which is positioned under water for a long time, which has adverse effects on the gate opening and closing processes.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an aquatic organism shoveling device for a gate and an installation structure of a vertical lift gate. The aquatic organism removing device is arranged on the side beam webs on two sides of the gate door leaf and is staggered up and down with the rollers on the side beam webs, so that the influence of the aquatic organisms attached to the surface of the track on the opening and closing of the gate can be reduced.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an aquatic organism shoveling device for a gate comprises a bracket, a scraping plate, a spring pressing plate, a limiting plate and a pin shaft; the bracket consists of a seat plate, vertical plates and shaft support plates, wherein the two vertical plates are respectively fixed at two ends of the seat plate to form a channel steel shape, and the two mutually parallel shaft support plates are vertically fixed at the outer sides of the vertical plates; the shaft supporting plate is provided with a first round hole which can be in clearance fit with the pin shaft; the scraping plate comprises a scraping plate body and an ear plate perpendicular to the scraping plate body; the ear plate is provided with a second round hole which can be in clearance fit with the pin shaft; the scraping plate is clamped between the two shaft support plates and faces the vertical plate; the pin shaft penetrates through the first round hole and the second round hole to connect the scraping plate to the bracket; the limiting plate is connected with the side edges of the two shaft supporting plates and limits the scraping plate to rotate outwards; the spring pressing plate is arranged between the two shaft supporting plates and consists of a vertical section, a horizontal section and an arc section in sequence, wherein the vertical section is arranged on the outer side of the vertical plate and is in transition with the horizontal section, and the arc section is abutted against the surface of the scraping plate.
The aquatic organism shoveling device has the working principle that two scraping plates are arranged on the outer side of the bracket through two pin shafts, and the limiting plate and the spring pressing plate play a role in adjusting the sharp edge position of the scraping plates. The scraping plate can rotate around the pin shaft, the limiting plate limits the outward rotation of the scraping plate, and the spring pressing plate lightly props against the scraping plate to limit the inward rotation of the scraping plate. Meanwhile, the spring pressing plate has certain elasticity, so that the scraper can inwards rotate inwards by a certain amplitude when the outer side of the scraper is stressed, and the limiting plate can be pressed under the action of the spring pressing plate when the outer side of the scraper is not stressed.
Based on the technical characteristics, the bracket comprises a transverse plate, and three sides of the transverse plate are welded with the two vertical plates and the seat plate respectively. The transverse plate can increase the rigidity of the bracket and reduce the instability of the two vertical plates serving as cantilever structures.
A mounting structure of a vertical lift gate, using the aquatic organism removing device for a gate; the two sides of the door leaf of the vertical lift gate are U-shaped door slots, vertical tracks are respectively arranged at the two side walls of the U-shaped door slots, and the edge beam webs at the two sides of the door leaf of the vertical lift gate are provided with externally overhanging rollers which roll along the vertical tracks. The aquatic organism removing device is fixed on the side beam web plate through a seat plate and is staggered with the roller up and down; the sharp edge distance of the scraping plates at two sides is adjusted by adjusting the position of the limiting plate of the aquatic organism removing device, so that the sharp edge distance is equal to the diameter of the roller.
Based on the technical characteristics, the aquatic organism removing device is respectively arranged above the uppermost roller and below the lowermost roller. When the gate descends along the vertical direction, the aquatic organism removing device at the lowest end is firstly contacted with the track, and the surface of the track in the running range of the roller is completely removed; when the gate ascends along the vertical direction, the uppermost aquatic organism removing device is contacted with the track firstly, and the surface of the track in the running range of the roller is removed completely. The aquatic organism removing device is respectively arranged at the upper end of the uppermost roller and the lower end of the lowermost roller, and can effectively cover the movement ranges of all the rollers.
Based on the technical characteristics: the longitudinal center line of the blade surface of the scraper blade body and the center line of the tread of the roller are positioned on the same vertical plane, so that the contact range of the roller and the track can be completely shoveled by the blade edge of the scraper blade.
The invention has the outstanding and beneficial technical effects that: considering the influence of the surface of the gate track placed under water for a long time on the opening and closing of the gate caused by the attachment of aquatic organisms, the device is arranged on the gate boundary beam web plate, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient. The scraper blade has a certain elastic movement space when contacting with the surface of the track, so that dirt on the surface of the embedded part can be scraped off, and the surface of the track can be protected from being damaged.
The size of the bracket and the scraper can be adjusted according to the width between the tracks and the size of the roller, so as to be applied to the vertical lift type flat gate with different sizes.

As shown in fig. 3, the bracket 1 is composed of a seat plate 1a, a vertical plate 1b and a shaft support plate 1d, wherein the two vertical plates 1b are respectively fixed at two ends of the seat plate 1a to form a channel steel shape, and the two shaft support plates 1d which are parallel to each other are vertically fixed at the outer sides of the vertical plates 1b; the shaft supporting plate is provided with a coaxial first round hole which can be in clearance fit with the pin shaft. To increase the rigidity of the bracket, three sides of the transverse plate 1c are welded with two vertical plates 1b and the seat plate 1a respectively.
The blade 2 as shown in fig. 4 includes a blade body 2a and an ear plate 2b, the ear plate 2b being welded integrally with the blade body 2 a; the ear plate 2b is provided with a coaxial second round hole which can be in clearance fit with the pin shaft 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the squeegee 2 is caught between the two shaft support plates 1d and faces the riser 1b; the pin shaft 5 penetrates through the first round hole and the second round hole to connect the scraping plate 2 to the bracket 1; the limiting plate 4 is connected with the side edges of the two shaft support plates 1d and limits the scraper 2 to rotate outwards; a spring pressing plate 3 is arranged between the two shaft supporting plates 1d and is composed of a vertical section, a horizontal section and an arc section in sequence, the vertical section is arranged on the outer side of the vertical plate 1b, and the arc section abuts against the surface of the scraping plate 2 through transition of the horizontal section.
Fig. 6, 7 and 8 show a mounting structure of a vertical lift gate using the aquatic organism removing apparatus, which is mountable to a side sill web 10 of a vertical lift gate 9 by a bolt group 7 (see fig. 1), and a seat plate 1a is attached to the side sill web 10. Fig. 5 shows a longitudinal center line M1 of the blade surface of the blade body of the aquatic removing apparatus. As shown in fig. 6, the longitudinal center line M1 of the blade surface of the scraper body of the installed aquatic organism removing apparatus should be aligned with the center line of the tread surface of the cantilever roller 6.
The two sides of the door leaf of the vertical lift gate 9 are U-shaped door slots, vertical tracks are respectively arranged at the two side walls of the U-shaped door slots, the edge beam webs 10 at the two sides of the door leaf of the vertical lift gate 9 are provided with externally overhanging rollers 6, the rollers 6 roll along the vertical tracks in the U-shaped door slots, and the aquatic organism removing device 8 is stuck to the edge beam webs 10 of the gate through a seat plate 1a and is staggered up and down with the rollers 6; the sharp edge distance D1 of the scraping plates at two sides is adjusted by adjusting the fixed position of the limiting plate of the aquatic organism removing device 8, so that the sharp edge distance D1 is equal to the diameter of the roller. Schematic illustrations of the blade spacing D1 can be seen in fig. 2 and 7.
The aquatic organism removing device can be arranged at intervals with the rollers, and the arrangement position is not limited. The aquatic organism removing device is preferably arranged at the upper end of the uppermost roller and the lower end of the lowermost roller respectively so as to ensure that aquatic organisms in the roller running space are completely removed.
