According to the scheme, after the humidifying device operates in the humidifying mode, the humidifying parameters of the humidifying device are obtained, wherein the humidifying parameters comprise humidifying attenuation or impurity adsorption of a humidifying wet film within a preset time, so that the operating parameters of the humidifying device are adjusted according to the humidifying parameters; the humidification damping quantity or the impurity adsorption quantity of the humidification wet film and other humidification parameters can represent whether the current humidification quantity of the humidification equipment changes, so that the humidification equipment adjusts the operation parameters of the humidification equipment according to the humidification parameters to ensure that the humidification quantity of the humidification equipment is not too large or too small, and the humidification control of the humidification equipment is reasonable.
Based on the hardware architecture of the humidifying equipment, the embodiment of the humidifying control method of the humidifying equipment is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a humidification control method of a humidification apparatus of the present invention, including the steps of:
step S10, after a humidifying device operates a humidifying mode, acquiring humidifying parameters of the humidifying device, wherein the humidifying parameters comprise a humidifying attenuation within a preset time or an impurity adsorption quantity of a humidifying film in the humidifying device;
in the present embodiment, the humidifying device includes a household appliance having a humidifying function, for example, an air conditioner, a humidifier. The humidifying device is provided with a water tank filled with humidifying water, and the humidifying device conveys the humidifying water to the indoor through a humidifying fan of a humidifying air channel so as to achieve the purpose of indoor humidification.
After the humidifying equipment operates in the humidifying mode, the humidifying equipment acquires humidifying parameters of the humidifying equipment, wherein the humidifying parameters comprise humidifying attenuation in a preset time or impurity adsorption of a humidifying wet film. The humidification attenuation amount may represent an attenuation or an increase in the amount of humidification of the humidification apparatus, and the humidification apparatus may determine whether the current amount of humidification is less than the expected amount of humidification by the humidification attenuation amount.
Be equipped with the humidification water in the water tank among the humidifying equipment, and the humidification water has certain impurity, impurity indicates calcium magnesium ion etc. and is equipped with the wet membrane of humidification in the humidification wind channel, the wet membrane of humidification can absorb the humidification water, humidifying equipment is through the operation of control humidification fan, make the moisture content of humidifying equipment on with the wet membrane of humidification carry to indoor, nevertheless impurity such as calcium magnesium ion can remain on the wet membrane of humidification in the humidification water, if the wet membrane of humidification goes up absorbent impurity too much, can make the wet membrane calcification degree of humidification more and more serious, under the unchangeable circumstances of humidification fan rotational speed, the humidification volume can reduce gradually. Therefore, the impurity adsorption amount of the humidified wet film is also used to represent the change in the humidification amount of the humidifying device.
And step S20, adjusting the operation parameters of the humidifying equipment according to the humidifying parameters.
In this embodiment, the humidifying mode of the humidifying device may be humidifying the wet film, that is, the humidifying device is provided with a humidifying wet film; the humidifying mode of the humidifying equipment can also be the humidifying mode of an atomizing device, the atomizing device can be an ultrasonic device, the humidifying equipment vibrates humidifying water in the water tank through the ultrasonic device so as to realize an ultrasonic classroom of the humidifying equipment, and the atomizing device can also be a spray head or a centrifugal device.
When the humidifying mode of the humidifying equipment is wet film humidifying, the humidifying equipment is internally provided with a humidifying wet film, and at the moment, the adjusted operating parameters of the humidifying equipment are the rotating speed of the humidifying fan. Specifically, the humidification parameters are provided with corresponding rotating speed values, and the larger the humidification parameters are, the larger the rotating speed values are. The humidifying parameter can be in a linear relation with the rotating speed value, namely the numerical value of one humidifying parameter corresponds to one rotating speed adjusting value. Due to the influence of environmental factors, such as high indoor temperature, the actual humidification amount of the humidification device may be higher than the expected humidification amount, at this time, the humidification attenuation amount may be a negative value, and the corresponding rotation speed adjustment value is a negative value, so as to reduce the rotation speed of the humidification fan, so that the actual humidification amount is reduced to the expected humidification amount; in addition, when the humidifying device is used for a long time, the components of the humidifying device are aged, the actual humidification amount of the humidifying device is possibly smaller than the expected humidification amount, at the moment, the humidification attenuation amount is a positive value, the corresponding rotating speed adjusting value is also a positive value, namely, the rotating speed of the humidifying fan is increased, so that the actual humidification amount is increased to the expected humidification amount. When the humidification parameters include the impurity adsorption amount of the humidification wet film, the impurities adsorbed on the humidification wet film are more and more along with the continuous use of the humidification wet film, so that the actual humidification amount of the humidification device is less and less, and therefore, the rotating speed of the humidification fan needs to be gradually increased to ensure that the actual humidification amount is the expected humidification amount.
For example, when the humidification parameter is the humidification attenuation, the humidification attenuation is 10%, and the rotation speed of the humidification fan is increased to 1100 r/min; the humidification attenuation is 20%, and the rotating speed of a humidification fan is increased to 1200 r/min; the humidification attenuation is 30%, and the rotating speed of a humidification fan is increased to 1300 r/min; the humidification attenuation is 40%, and the rotating speed of a humidification fan is increased to 1400 r/min; the humidification attenuation is 50%, and the rotating speed of a humidification fan is increased to 1500 r/min.
For another example, when the humidification parameter is the impurity adsorption amount of the humidification wet film, the impurity adsorption amount is 50mg, the wet film filth blockage degree is 1 grade, and the rotating speed of the humidification fan is adjusted to 1200 r/min; the impurity adsorption capacity is 100mg, the filth blockage degree is 2 grades, and the rotating speed of the humidifying fan is adjusted to 1300 r/min; the impurity adsorption capacity is 150mg, the filth blockage degree is 3 grades, and the rotating speed of the humidifying fan is adjusted to 1400 r/min.
When the humidifying equipment humidifies the atomizing device, the humidifying parameter is the humidifying attenuation, namely the operating parameter of the humidifying equipment is adjusted according to the humidifying parameter, and the power of the atomizing device is adjusted according to the humidifying attenuation. The larger the humidification attenuation amount is, the larger the power of the atomizing device is. For example, in the unit time T and the unit space V, the humidity is attenuated from 60% to 55%, the unit time T and the unit space V have a humidity attenuation amount of 5%, the preset humidity is reached after the humidification is restarted, and the operation is automatically adjusted to a certain compensation humidification power to continuously operate. For example, the compensation humidification power is 1.2MHz, the humidity compensation amount is 5% in the unit time T and the unit space V, the compensation humidification power is 1.6MHz, and the humidity compensation amount is 10% in the unit time T and the unit space V. Then, after the humidification is started again to reach the preset humidity, the current humidification power is automatically adjusted to be 1.2MHz, so that the current indoor humidity can be continuously ensured to be kept at 60%. In the humidifying process, air supply can be started up, down, left and right synchronously, and the humidity uniformity is improved;
in the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the humidifying device operates in the humidifying mode, the humidifying parameters of the humidifying device are obtained, and the humidifying parameters include the humidifying attenuation amount within a preset time or the impurity adsorption amount of a humidifying wet film, so as to adjust the operating parameters of the humidifying device according to the humidifying parameters; the humidification damping quantity or the impurity adsorption quantity of the humidification wet film and other humidification parameters can represent whether the current humidification quantity of the humidification equipment changes, so that the humidification equipment adjusts the operation parameters of the humidification equipment according to the humidification parameters to ensure that the humidification quantity of the humidification equipment is not too large or too small, and the humidification control of the humidification equipment is reasonable.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the humidification control method of the humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the step S10 includes:
step S11, acquiring water loss and target water loss in a water tank of the humidifying equipment within a preset time length;
step S12, determining a humidification attenuation amount from the water volume loss and the target water volume loss.
In this embodiment, an atomization device may be disposed in the water tank of the humidification apparatus, and the atomization device may be an atomization sheet, that is, the humidification mode of the humidification apparatus is ultrasonic humidification. The water tank is provided with a liquid level sensor which can be a reed pipe-magnetic suspension water level switch, a resistance type water level sensor, a capacitance type water level sensor, or a pressure sensor or a differential pressure sensor. The level sensor may be invasive or non-invasive. The liquid level sensor can detect the liquid level of the humidification water in the water tank in real time. The humidifying equipment can determine the water loss through the reduction of the liquid level in the preset time, the preset time is correspondingly provided with the target water loss, the humidifying equipment can calculate the humidifying attenuation through the water loss and the target water loss, and the preset time can be any appropriate numerical value. For example, if the water loss is 5cm, the water loss may be a liquid level decrease, and the target water loss is 8cm within a preset time period, then the humidification attenuation is [ (8-5)/8] × 100%: 37.5%.
It should be noted that the target water consumption may be a preset water consumption corresponding to a preset time period. The target water amount can be determined according to the humidification gear under the humidification mode, specifically, the humidification mode of the humidification device is provided with four humidification gears such as powerful, high, medium and low, and each humidification gear is correspondingly provided with a preset water loss with preset duration, for example, the preset water loss corresponding to the humidification mode of the powerful gear is 8cm, and the preset water loss corresponding to the humidification mode of the high gear is 6 cm. The target water quantity loss can be determined by the humidification equipment through the currently running humidification gear.
Further, the humidification apparatus may be determined according to a difference between the current humidification humidity and the set humidity. Specifically, a user can set a value to which the indoor humidity needs to reach, wherein the value is the set humidity, and if the difference value between the current indoor humidity and the set humidity is small, the humidification quantity of the humidifying equipment is small, namely the loss of the target water quantity is small; when the difference between the current indoor humidity and the set humidity is large, the humidification amount of the humidifying device is large, and the loss of the target water amount is large. It is understood that the greater the difference between the current indoor humidity and the set humidity, the greater the target water amount loss. The indoor humidity can be acquired by a humidity sensor.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the humidifying equipment calculates the humidifying attenuation amount through the liquid level sensor, so that the operating parameters of the humidifying equipment are adjusted through the humidifying attenuation amount.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the humidification control method of the humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the step S10 includes:
step S13, acquiring the total water consumption of the humidifying wet film in the using time and the impurity concentration in the humidifying water of the humidifying equipment;
and step S14, determining the impurity adsorption quantity of the humidification wet film according to the impurity concentration and the total water quantity loss.
In this embodiment, the humidifying air duct of the humidifying device is internally provided with a humidifying wet film, and the humidifying wet film is connected with the water tank, so that the humidifying wet film absorbs humidifying water in the water tank. The humidifying fan can convey the moisture on the humidifying wet film to the room, but impurities in the humidifying water remain on the humidifying wet film. The more the amount of adsorption of impurities on the humidifying wet film, the higher the clogging degree of the humidifying wet film. For this, the humidifying device calculates the impurity adsorption amount of the humidified wet film. Specifically, the humidifying device determines the total amount of water absorbed by the humidifying wet film in the using time period, namely the total loss of water, for example, the humidifying wet film is used for fifty times in total, the amount of water absorbed each time is 2L, and then the total loss of water is 100L. The concentration of impurities in the humidification water can be detected by a water quality sensor, for example, Ca in the humidification water2+In a concentration of0.3mg/L,Mg2+0.3mg/L and fine particulate impurities 0.9mg/L, the impurity concentration is 0.3+0.3+0.9 to 1.5mg/L, and therefore the impurity adsorption amount of the wet film is 1.5mg/L × 100L to 150 mg.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the humidifying equipment determines the total water consumption loss of the humidifying wet film in the using time and the impurity concentration of the humidifying water, so that the impurity adsorption quantity of the humidifying wet film is calculated according to the impurity concentration and the total water consumption loss, and the operating parameters of the humidifying equipment are adjusted according to the impurity adsorption quantity, so that the humidifying control of the humidifying equipment is reasonable.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a fourth embodiment of the humidification control method of a humidification apparatus of the present invention, based on the third embodiment, after step S14, the method further includes:
step S30, judging whether the impurity adsorption quantity is less than a preset threshold value;
step S20, when the impurity adsorption quantity is less than the preset threshold value, executing the step of adjusting the operation parameters of the humidifying equipment according to the humidifying parameters;
and step S40, when the impurity adsorption quantity is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, outputting a prompt message for replacing the humidifying wet film.
In the present embodiment, after the humidifying device calculates the impurity adsorption amount of the humidified wet film, it is determined whether the impurity adsorption amount is smaller than a preset threshold value, which may be any suitable value, for example, 145 mg. If the impurity adsorption quantity of the humidifying wet film is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, the blockage degree of the humidifying wet film is over high, and at the moment, the humidifying equipment outputs the replacement prompt information of the humidifying wet film, so that a user can replace the humidifying wet film according to the replacement prompt information; when the impurity adsorption quantity is smaller than the preset threshold value, the blockage degree of the humidifying wet film is lower, and the humidifying device ensures the humidifying quantity by increasing the rotating speed of the humidifying fan, namely the humidifying device adjusts the rotating speed of the humidifying fan through the humidifying parameter.
It should be noted that the preset threshold value can be flexibly set according to the humidification amount of the humidification apparatus. Specifically, the humidifying equipment determines the impurity adsorption quantity of a humidifying wet film, and then determines the blockage grade of the impurity adsorption quantity, wherein each blockage grade is correspondingly provided with a rotating speed adjusting value of a humidifying fan; the set humidification quantity of the humidifying equipment corresponds to the set rotating speed of a humidifying fan, the humidifying fan comprises a maximum rotating speed value, and the maximum rotating speed value subtracts the set rotating speed value to obtain a rotating speed difference value; the humidifying apparatus may determine a maximum impurity adsorption amount corresponding to a rotation speed adjustment value smaller than the rotation speed difference value as a preset threshold value. For example, the rotation speed is set to 2000rpm, the maximum rotation speed is 2500rmp, the difference is 500rpm, the rotation speed adjustment value corresponding to the 4 th level of the clogging level is 600rpm, the rotation speed adjustment value corresponding to the 3 rd level of the clogging level is 500rpm, and the impurity interval corresponding to the 3 rd level of the clogging level is 100mg-150mg, so the preset threshold may be 150 mg. Of course, the preset threshold value must be smaller than the maximum impurity adsorption amount of the humidifying wet film, that is, so that the humidifying wet film can absorb the humidifying water for humidification.
In the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, humidification equipment further judges whether impurity adsorption capacity is less than and predetermines the threshold value after confirming the impurity adsorption capacity of the wet membrane of humidification, if, then the suggestion user changes the wet membrane of humidification to guarantee humidification equipment's humidification effect.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fifth embodiment of the humidification control method of a humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on the fourth embodiment, the step S10 further includes:
step S15, acquiring humidity variation and target humidity variation of the action space of the humidifying equipment within preset time;
in step S16, a humidification damping amount is determined based on the humidity change amount and the target humidity change amount.
In this embodiment, when the humidifying device is operating, the indoor humidity and the set humidity are obtained, the difference between the indoor humidity and the set humidity is calculated, and then the total duration of increasing the indoor humidity to the set humidity by the humidifying device is determined according to the difference. The humidifying equipment can divide the total time length into a plurality of preset time lengths, namely the sum of all the preset time lengths is the total time length, and can set the target humidity variable quantity corresponding to all the preset time lengths, and the target humidity variable quantities of all the preset time lengths can be the same or different, and are not limited. It can be understood that the humidifying apparatus increases the indoor humidity to the set humidity within the total time period by realizing the target humidity change amount for each preset time period.
The humidifying equipment acquires the indoor actual humidification variable quantity within the preset time length, then compares the actual humidification variable quantity with the target humidification variable quantity, if the actual humidification variable quantity is smaller than the target humidification variable quantity, the humidification attenuation of the humidifying equipment is indicated, the target humidification variable quantity subtracts the actual humidification variable quantity to obtain a variable quantity difference value, and the difference value is divided by the target humidification variable quantity to obtain the humidification attenuation quantity.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the humidification device presets the indoor humidification variation and the target humidification variation within a preset time period, so as to determine the humidification attenuation according to the humidification variation and the target humidification variation, and further adjust the operating parameters of the humidification device according to the humidification attenuation, so as to make the humidification control of the humidification device reasonable.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 shows a sixth embodiment of the humidification control method of a humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on any one of the first to fifth embodiments, the step 20 includes:
step S21, determining the rotating speed of a fresh air fan in the humidifying equipment and acquiring outdoor humidity, wherein the humidifying equipment runs a fresh air mode;
and step S22, adjusting the operation parameters of the humidifying equipment according to the rotation speed of the fresh air fan, the outdoor humidity determination and the humidifying parameters.
In this embodiment, the humidifying device may be an air conditioner of a specific humidification mode. The air conditioner is provided with a fresh air mode. The air conditioner can simultaneously operate a humidification mode and a fresh air mode. Outdoor humidity is generally higher than indoor humidity, and when the air conditioner starts a fresh air mode, the indoor humidity is increased. And the purpose of the air conditioner operating the humidification mode is to increase the indoor humidity to a set humidity. The air conditioner determines the rotating speed of the fresh air fan and acquires outdoor humidity, the outdoor humidity can be detected by a humidity sensor arranged on the fresh air duct, and the outdoor humidity can also be determined by weather information in the area where the air conditioner is located. The air conditioner can calculate the outdoor humidification quantity in unit time through the outdoor humidity and the rotating speed of the fresh air fan.
When the fresh air function is started, the target humidification amount of the humidifying equipment in unit time is constant, but when the fresh air function is started, the target humidification amount of the humidifying equipment changes, namely the original target humidification amount is subtracted by the outdoor humidification amount to obtain the changed target humidification amount. In this regard, the air conditioner only needs to ensure that the humidification quantity currently output by the air conditioner is the changed target humidification quantity through the humidification parameter. For example, the original humidification amount of the humidifying equipment is 10cm/min, that is, the humidifying water in the water tank is reduced by 10cm per minute, the humidifying water in 1cm is 0.1L, that is, the original target humidification amount is 1L/min, and the outdoor humidification amount is 0.1L/min, so that the target humidification amount after being changed is 1L/min-0.1L/min-0.9L/min.
In the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, humidification equipment adjusts the target humidification volume according to the rotational speed and the outdoor humidity of new trend fan when the new trend mode of operation, and then adjusts humidification equipment's operating parameter according to the target humidification volume after humidification parameter and the adjustment for humidification equipment considers the influence of the outdoor humidity that the new trend function brought, humidification equipment's intelligent degree is higher.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a seventh embodiment of the humidification control method of a humidification apparatus of the present invention, and based on the first to fifth embodiments, the step S20 includes:
step S23, determining a target operation parameter corresponding to the interval where the humidification parameter is located;
and step S24, controlling the humidifying fan to operate according to the target operation parameters.
In this embodiment, a plurality of humidification parameter intervals are set on the humidification device, and each humidification parameter interval is correspondingly set with one target operation parameter. When the humidifying mode of the humidifying equipment is wet film humidifying, the target operation parameter is the target rotating speed of the humidifying fan, and when the humidifying mode of the humidifying equipment is atomizing device humidifying, the target operation parameter is the target power of the atomizing device. After the humidifying equipment determines the humidifying parameters, the interval where the humidifying parameters are located can be determined, so that the humidifying equipment operates according to the target operating parameters corresponding to the interval.
For example, when the humidification parameter is the humidification attenuation, the target rotational speed is 1100r/min when the humidification attenuation is (0, 10% >), the target rotational speed is 1200r/min when the humidification attenuation is (10%, 20% >), the target rotational speed is 1300r/min when the humidification attenuation is (20%, 30% >), the target rotational speed is 1400r/min when the humidification attenuation is (30%, 40% >), and the target rotational speed is 1500r/min when the humidification attenuation is (40%, 50% >).
For example, when the humidification parameter is the impurity adsorption amount of the humidified wet film, the impurity adsorption amount is (0, 50 mg), the wet film clogging degree is 1, the target rotation speed is 1200r/min, when the impurity adsorption amount is (50mg, 100 mg), the wet film clogging degree is 2, the target rotation speed is 1300r/min, when the impurity adsorption amount is (100mg, 150 mg), the wet film clogging degree is 3, and the target rotation speed is 1400 r/min.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the humidifying device operates according to the target operating parameter through the target operating parameter of the pair of intervals where the humidifying parameter is located, so as to ensure the humidifying amount of the humidifying device.
