Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building water supply and drainage pipeline installation engineering, and particularly relates to a rotation positioning welding device for a waterproof sleeve water stop wing ring.
Background
When the building water supply and drainage pipeline passes through roof boards, bathroom floors, basement outer walls and other structural walls and boards with waterproof requirements, waterproof sleeves are needed to be embedded in the building water supply and drainage pipeline, the waterproof requirements on the building water supply and drainage pipeline are high, so that the waterproof requirements on the welding quality of the water stop wing rings are also high, the relative movement speed of welding rods and welding seams is difficult to control according to a traditional fixed welding method, the welding quality is not guaranteed, the waterproof requirements of the building are difficult to meet, and the building water supply and drainage pipeline is high in welding work intensity and low in working efficiency.

The rotary positioning welding device for the waterproof sleeve water-stopping wing ring consists of a sleeve supporting device, a manual rotating device and a water-stopping wing ring fixing device; the sleeve supporting device comprises a bottom plate, a vertical rod arranged in the center of the bottom plate and a round upper-layer operating platform arranged above the vertical rod; the manual rotating device comprises a bearing arranged at the top end of the vertical rod and a manual rotating ring arranged on the outer ring of the upper-layer operating platform, and the upper-layer operating platform is arranged on the top surface of the bearing and can horizontally rotate along the axis of the bearing; the water stop wing ring fixing device comprises a round stable platform sleeved on the vertical rod and positioned below the upper-layer operation platform, at least three main adjusting screw rods vertically penetrating through the upper-layer operation platform and the stable platform and arranged around the vertical rod at equal angles, a movable clamp sleeved on the main adjusting screw rods and positioned above the upper-layer operation platform, a clamping piece arranged in the movable clamp, a quick-press lock catch arranged on the movable clamp and with the bottom end connected with the clamping piece, and main adjusting nuts assembled on the main adjusting screw rods and respectively positioned above and below the upper-layer operation platform and the stable platform; the movable clamp is a U-shaped clamp with an opening facing the center of the upper operating platform, one end of the clamping piece is sleeved on the main adjusting screw rod, and the clamping piece is pressed down by the quick-press lock catch to clamp the water-stop wing ring; at least three radial positioning adjusting grooves are formed in the upper operating platform and the stabilizing platform at equal angles, and the main adjusting screw vertically penetrates through the positioning adjusting grooves in the upper operating platform and the stabilizing platform; an auxiliary adjusting screw rod parallel to the main adjusting screw rod is further inserted into the inner ring of the stable platform, the top end of the auxiliary adjusting screw rod is welded with the bottom surface of the upper operating platform, and auxiliary adjusting nuts are arranged on the auxiliary adjusting screw rod and located on the stable platform in a matched mode.
The manual rotating ring is welded with the outer ring of the upper operating platform through the connecting rods which are radially arranged, so that a rotating wheel type structure is formed. The outer diameters of the upper operating platform and the stabilizing platform are the same. The bottom plate is a round steel plate.
By adopting the invention, the sleeve and the water stop wing ring can be fixed on the upper-layer operation platform, the water stop wing ring can be accurately positioned, the position of the water stop wing ring fixing device can be horizontally adjusted according to the pipe diameter of the sleeve, the water stop wing ring fixing device can be vertically adjusted according to the welding height of the water stop wing ring, and the water stop wing ring welding of the water stop sleeve with various specifications of different models is satisfied. During welding, the upper operating platform can be slowly rotated to perform rotation welding, the welding mode of the waterproof sleeve water-stop wing ring is changed from traditional fixed welding to rotation welding, and the relative movement speed of the welding rod and the welding seam is conveniently and stably controlled in the welding process, so that the welding efficiency and the welding quality are greatly improved.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The waterproof sleeve water stop wing ring rotation positioning welding device shown in figures 1, 2 and 3 consists of a sleeve supporting device, a manual rotating device and a water stop wing ring fixing device. The sleeve supporting device comprises a bottom plate 1, a vertical rod 3 arranged in the center of the bottom plate and a circular upper-layer operating platform 2 arranged above the vertical rod. The manual rotating device comprises a bearing 4 arranged at the top end of the vertical rod and a manual rotating ring 5 arranged on the outer ring of the upper-layer operating platform, and the upper-layer operating platform 2 is arranged on the top surface of the bearing 4 and can horizontally rotate along the axis of the bearing. The manual rotating ring 5 is welded with the outer ring of the upper operating platform through a connecting rod 15 which is radially arranged to form a rotating wheel type structure, so that the upper operating platform can be held and rotated by both hands conveniently. The water stop wing ring fixing device comprises a round stable platform 8 sleeved on the vertical rod 3 and positioned below the upper-layer operation platform, at least three main adjusting screws 6 vertically penetrating through the upper-layer operation platform and the stable platform and surrounding the vertical rod 3 and the like, a movable clamp 9 sleeved on the main adjusting screws and positioned above the upper-layer operation platform, a clamping piece 11 arranged in the movable clamp, a quick-pressure lock catch 10 installed on the movable clamp and with the bottom end connected with the clamping piece 11, and main adjusting nuts 7 assembled on the main adjusting screws and respectively positioned on the upper-layer operation platform and the stable platform. The movable clamp 9 is a U-shaped clamp with an opening facing the center of the upper operation platform 2, the quick-press lock catch 10 is arranged on a top plate of the U-shaped clamp and can be pressed downwards, one end of the clamping piece 11 is sleeved on the main adjusting screw 6 and can rotate, and the clamping piece 11 is pressed downwards to clamp the water stop wing ring through the quick-press lock catch 10. The quick-press lock catch 10 is a product in the prior art and is directly purchased in the market. At least three positioning adjusting grooves 12 which are radially arranged are equiangularly formed in the upper-layer operation platform 2 and the stable platform 8, and the main adjusting screw vertically penetrates through the positioning adjusting grooves in the upper-layer operation platform 2 and the stable platform 8; an auxiliary adjusting screw 13 parallel to the main adjusting screw 6 is also inserted into the inner ring of the stable platform 8, the top end of the auxiliary adjusting screw is welded with the bottom surface of the upper operating platform 2, and an auxiliary adjusting nut 14 is assembled on the auxiliary adjusting screw and positioned above and below the stable platform 8. Typically, the outer diameters of the upper operating platform 2 and the stabilizing platform 8 are the same.
In order to more clearly show the structure of the invention, the movable clamp at the top of the main adjusting screw in the uppermost positioning adjusting groove is taken out in fig. 2.
The shape of the base plate 1 of the present invention may be rectangular or circular, and the upper operating platform 2 is generally circular for convenience of rotation. Because the sizes of the water supply pipe and the water discharge pipe are generally between 40mm and 250mm, the diameter of the upper operating platform is generally about 350mm, so that the welding of the water stop wing rings of the sleeves with various types can be ensured to be carried out on the operating platform.
In order to keep the balance of the whole structure, the size of the bottom plate 1 is slightly larger than that of the upper operation platform, the vertical rod 3 cannot be excessively high, the general height is 400-500 mm, if the height is too low, the operation of constructors is not facilitated, and if the height is too high, the overall stability is not facilitated.
The base plate 1 of this embodiment is made of a circular steel plate having a diameter of 500mm for maintaining the stability of the whole apparatus. The upper operating platform 2 is made of round steel plates with the diameter of 350mm and is used for placing steel sleeves to be welded. The upright 3 is made of galvanized steel pipes with the diameter of 65mm and the length of 300 mm. The manual rotating ring 5 is welded on the periphery of the upper-layer operation platform and is formed by processing phi 10 round steel and used for an operator to rotate the upper-layer operation platform in a handheld manner. The total height of the installation of the invention is generally 400-500 mm.
The upper operating platform 2 is connected with the top end of the vertical rod 3 through the bearing 4, so that the whole upper operating platform 2 can rotate along the axis of the bearing. The optimal structure of the invention is that three groups of hydrofoil ring fixing devices are arranged, the main adjusting screw rod 6 is horizontally moved and adjusted in the positioning adjusting groove 12 according to the pipe diameter of the welded sleeve, the main adjusting screw rod 6 can be vertically adjusted through the adjusting nut 7 according to the welding height of the welded hydrofoil ring, and the adjusting nut 7 can also fasten the main adjusting screw rod 6 on the upper operating platform 2. The stabilizing platform 8 is arranged between the upper operating platform and the bottom plate to prevent the inclination of the fixing device of the water stop wing ring. The movable clamp 9 and the clamping piece 11 can freely rotate due to being sleeved on the main adjusting screw 6, so that the water stop wing ring and the sleeve to be welded are conveniently fixed on the upper-layer operation platform.
As shown in fig. 1, the method of use of the present invention is as follows:
a. the main adjusting screw rod 6 is arranged at the position farthest from the center of the upper-layer operation platform 2 in the positioning adjusting groove 12;
b. Placing the sleeve 16 on the upper operating platform, wherein the center of the sleeve coincides with the center of the upper operating platform;
c. sleeving the water stopping wing rings 17 on the sleeve from top to bottom according to construction requirements;
d. rotating the adjusting nut 7 according to the height of the water stop wing ring to enable the bottom surface of the clamping piece 11 to be consistent with the height of the water stop wing ring, and positioning the adjusting screw 6 on the operating platform 2;
e. the main adjusting screw rod 6 is horizontally moved towards the center of the upper-layer operation platform along the positioning adjusting groove 12, fine adjustment is carried out when the water stop wing ring is approaching, the water stop wing ring is positioned between the bottom plate of the U-shaped clamp and the clamping piece 11, the quick-press lock catch 10 is pressed, and then the installation and the positioning of the water stop wing ring on the sleeve are completed;
f. and welding the inner ring of the water stopping wing ring on the sleeve. In the welding process, the upper operating platform is slowly rotated, the relative moving speed of the welding rod and the welding line is stably controlled, the welding efficiency is improved, and the welding quality is ensured.
The materials used in the invention, such as steel plates, steel pipes used for supporting the vertical rods, round steel used for the peripheral handheld rotating ring and the like, can be processed by short materials and waste materials on the construction site, thereby realizing the utilization of the short materials and the waste materials, saving the materials and reducing the cost. The bearings, bolts, nuts, quick-press locks and the like are directly purchased in the market.

The rotary positioning welding device for the waterproof sleeve water-stopping wing ring is characterized by comprising a sleeve supporting device, a manual rotating device and a water-stopping wing ring fixing device; the sleeve supporting device comprises a bottom plate (1), a vertical rod (3) arranged in the center of the bottom plate (1) and a circular upper-layer operating platform (2) arranged above the vertical rod (3); the manual rotating device comprises a bearing (4) arranged at the top end of the vertical rod (3) and a manual rotating ring (5) arranged on the outer ring of the circular upper-layer operating platform (2), wherein the circular upper-layer operating platform (2) is arranged on the top surface of the bearing (4) and can horizontally rotate along the axis of the bearing (4); the water stop wing ring fixing device comprises a round stable platform (8) sleeved on a vertical rod (3) and positioned below a round upper-layer operation platform (2), at least three main adjusting screws (6) which vertically penetrate through the round upper-layer operation platform (2) and the round stable platform (8) and are arranged around the vertical rod (3) at equal angles, a movable clamp (9) sleeved on the main adjusting screws (6) and positioned above the round upper-layer operation platform (2), a clamping piece (11) arranged in the movable clamp (9), a quick-press lock catch (10) arranged on the movable clamp (9) and the bottom end of which is connected with the clamping piece (11), and main adjusting nuts (7) assembled on the main adjusting screws (6) and respectively positioned above and below the round upper-layer operation platform (2) and the round stable platform (8); the movable clamp (9) is a U-shaped clamp with an opening facing the center of the circular upper-layer operation platform (2), one end of the clamping piece (11) is sleeved on the main adjusting screw (6), and the clamping piece (11) is pressed down by the quick-press lock catch (10) to clamp the water-stop wing ring (17); at least three positioning adjusting grooves (12) which are radially arranged are formed in the upper circular operation platform (2) and the circular stabilizing platform (8) at equal angles, and the main adjusting screw (6) vertically penetrates through the positioning adjusting grooves (12) on the upper circular operation platform (2) and the circular stabilizing platform (8); an auxiliary adjusting screw rod (13) parallel to the main adjusting screw rod (6) is further inserted into the inner ring of the circular stable platform (8), the top end of the auxiliary adjusting screw rod (13) is welded with the bottom surface of the circular upper-layer operation platform (2), and auxiliary adjusting nuts (14) are arranged on the auxiliary adjusting screw rod (13) and located on the circular stable platform (8) in an up-down matching mode; the outer diameters of the round upper-layer operation platform (2) and the round stabilizing platform (8) are the same; the bottom plate (1) is a round steel plate.
